This store has excellent employees. They ate professional, kind, and energetic. They do not have the lazy complacent attitude that I see in many retail stores. They will walk with you if you need help finding something and i witness them treating everyone with respect. The hours are limited and its the only pharmacy in a 5 mile range so yes, they stay busy, which is why people complain. But, its not from lack of customer service.

If you need somewhere to run in really quickly and run out really quickly this place is perfect unless you need a prescription there Pharmacy is the slowest that I’ve experienced but I don’t think it’s their fault. I think they just need more staff.After reading all the other reviews, I would like to give y’all some advice call beforehand and they have an automated system and it will tell you that your prescription won’t be ready for like a day but then you can request to get it sooner and they’ll feel it within 30 minutes

Horrible as expected...they refuse to fill my prescriptions for weeks then fill just to turn around and take it back to claim to have to call doctor. Very rude pharmacist who need to learn to speak clear and better English. No business being a pharmacist he has no manners he hangs up on customers and is very rude. The techs are even worse. They are poorly trained on customer service and treat people on pain medicine poorly. DO BETTER CVS!

Worst pharmacy in the country!!! Never has scripts done when they are needed. The staff is rude and about as helpful as a broken leg. I will no longer use them and you should not either.

Pharmacy drive thru closed again. Long line inside. This sucks! Now after 37 minutes in line they only had one of my two prescriptions ready. Even after being notified by robo call they were ready. Pharmacy clerk ask me to come back in 30 minutes. Why? Just to get back in line for 30 minutes? Why do I even give CVS my business?

I only went through the drive thru to pick up a prescription. My normal pharmacy was out of a particular medication I needed. I called the CVS in Haughton and they had it. I gave them my name and information and told them I would call my doctor the next morning. When I called the Dr. The next day, CVS had already called and taken care of it.Good job 👏.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every single time I come to pick up a prescription it’s never ready until days later. I’m especially angry this time because my toddler is suffering a severe rash and needs the treatment the doctor prescribed yet it’s a day later and still not done. He was in screaming pain last night all because this pharmacy can’t get it together. If your kid is suffering and needs help fast, DO NOT come here.

This pharmacy could use some help. My doctor calls in prescription 3 days in advance and it’s still not ready upon arrival. The people are not friendly and it’s not a good experience at all. I guess service doesn’t matter so I am in the processing of changing pharmacies. I’m sure no one cares but beware.

Called in and the automated system found my number and info and noticed I had a prescription to be filled and asked if I’d like to notify the pharmacist that I was on my way. I did, it’s a 30 min drive from work.When I arrived I found that it hadn’t been filled and that the two other prescriptions my wife had stopped in to get at 3 pm still wasn’t filled; hers were called in at 11:00am. I arrived around 5:26pm. I was told to come back a hour later. It was more like 7:00This isn’t the first time this has happen. The pharmacy is in disarray in my opinion.Out side aesthetic’s of this business is horrible. Really needs to be maintained better.I see why Brookshire’s pharmacy has a long line. Everyone goes over there.

The worst service I have ever gotten. I'm one of the many Fred's pharmacy fall outs. My very first prescriptions they lost my Percocet. Seriously!!!!! Then they were rude about it. Changed my profile very quickly to another pharmacy. I've still had another script that they have had for over a month that they keep saying can't be filled because they don't have the med. WTH???? Try to call for updates....... can't get through. Have sat on hold for 45- 60 minutes more than once to just give up.

My wife went to pick up a prescription for my granddaughter at the pharmacy at this location and they were the most uncaring, rude, condescending, and aggressively refuted everything that my wife was saying. There was a minor issue with the date of birth on the insurance card that they could not resolve and they acted completely unprofessional and all previous insurance claims have been fulfilled without an issue except at this particular CVS location. They will never see our shadows cross their threshold again and if you value your temperament, stay away from this. store

They never answer their pharmacy line I'm currently on hold at 21 minutes! Trying to get my refills that were supposed to be ready yesterday by 2:00PM. They are never ready! I used the automated service to call in refills and they apparently do not fill them when they are submitted. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. They are rude and do not care about their business. My doctor told me he did not recommend CVS at all. To go to Kroger!

This CVS has the worst customer service EVER. Ontop of the ridiculous wait times for prescriptions. I currently have a respiratory infection and my prescription went to them at 10:47 a.m and they are saying I may not get my prescription until 9:00 p.m. just get your medicine literally anywhere else but haughton. Terrible attitude, messy floors , understaffed and the slowest pharmacy

COUNT YOUR DAYS. CVS PHARMACY IS TRASH. THE STAFF IS RUDE AS HECK. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. I WAS PICKING UP MEDICATION THAT WAS CALLED IN AT (5:00PM) STILL WAS NOT FILLED AT 9:00PM. THEN THIS LADY KNEW SOMEONE WAS BEHIND US AND SHE SHUT THE WINDOW AND LOCKED IT. IT WAS 9:00PM I GET YOU CLOSED AT 9:00PM BUT THAT’S PETTY AND RUDE. I WOULD HAVE CAME INSIDE AND RAISED HELL.

Horrible customer service. They always have a 20 minute wait in the drive through and inside, don't go to pick up your RX unless you have plenty of free time. Lazy and ignorant staff- if I didn't know how to submit PAs or find coupons online,I'd be paying much more for my prescriptions because they either don't know how or want to take a few minutes to help you get the lowest price. The app doesn't work, so I have to spend 10-20 minutes on hold just to find out if my RX is ready! Wont be going back there!!

I’ve been coming to this CVS in Haughton for years. The service lately has dropped off tremendously. Today the lady helping me forgot to include my daughters two medications I had just had filled for her staph infection. So I asked my husband to pick up the remaining prescriptions on the way home. Again they forgot to put them in the bag and my husband didn’t know what he was picking up. So then I made another 40 minute drive up their to get them and the pharmacist was so rude. I will not be returning.

I have been with this CVS for yrs now and the service is getting so bad. Seems new ppl all the time who are going in circles. I've gone through the drive thru because meds were supposed to be ready. Nope. Had to wait an hour in my car as I didnt want to make another trip. So slowwww It was better when Linda was there.

Nothing is ever ready unless you go and physically wait in store. Terrible service. Updated to add- new pharmacist is just as lazy and unprofessional as the last. They need to close it down and let a company that actually runs well to buy it. This place is a JOKE.

Absolutely terrible!!! Customer service sucks! They told me they'd have my prescription ready within the hour 3 hours later I go to get it they give me 2 other prescriptions that I didn't even need. I called them and sat on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. This is not the first time this has happened it happens everytime I go to pick something up. I will be switching pharmacies after this one. WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! They dont even deserve the 1 star I gave them!!!!

My wife gets her medication here because her insurance prefers CVS. Recently this has been literally the worst place to go. We will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere, I'd rather pay more than be told it will take 45 minutes to get a prescription our doctor sent 24+ hrs prior. Do not go to this CVS for your medication needs. They never have them done. (Even when you get a notification saying your prescription is filled). Not sure what they are doing in there, but it's clearly not the job they were hired for.

Slowest pharmacy every. They give you a time they’ll be ready just to make you wait another hour and half every time. Whether it’s already called in or not they take forever. So worth it to drive further out for accurate times and better customer service.

This is the most inefficiently run pharmacy I have ever used. The staff is lazy and incredibly rude! The often lose, forget to fill, and even mislabel dosage for prescriptions. I even attempted to utilize their online refill system, after 7 days my refill still showed "in process". Seriously, corporate needs to intervene. I'm so over them...just transferred to another pharmacy.

While visiting this CVS pharmacy today to fill a couple of my prescriptions. I met a Tech by the name of Raschunda Roshell who went above and beyond her normal work duties to help me find a coupon to help bring down the price on one of my prescriptions. She was very pleasant, patient, kind and overall down to earth and I could not have been more pleased with her customer service. Raschunda I thank you ma'am for taking time out of your busy work schedule to help me. This has honestly brightened my day, and I can not thank you enough. As promised I will call corporate and advise them that your a GREAT asset to CVS, and they need more people like you. Ma'am thank you!

Sit in line 4 cars back for 20 minutes. Once we reached the window, they said it was 7:05 PM and the registered closed down and could not help us because the pharmacy was closed. I now understand why everyone in town is moving their prescriptions!

Possibly the worst pharmacy on earth. They have had a Rx there for 6 days and it still isn’t filled. I hate knowing that I have to deal with them because this is where our company insurance is partnered with. To the woman that said that they are helpful and saved her money, you must have been the very first person to use them and the only one there that day.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!!!!!
