Very disappointed. I would not use this florist again. Ordered a 100 arrangement for the condolence of the passing of my step father. Paid an additional fee for delivery. I personally spoke to the person on the phone and my only request was the freshest flowers they had in the store. Many of the flowers were wilted or dead by the second day my mom had them. In addition the bouquet was mostly filler, looked like one of the 14.99 arrangements you buy at the grocery store. Not what you would expect from a florist.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place!!! The owner is the sweetest woman you are gonna meet, and always goes above and beyond to help me.Country Village Florist was THE first place I ever bought flowers for my now bride of 15+ years, and it will be the last place I buy her flowers. <big smile> Always in my corner, wonderful flowers, and plenty of beautiful gift ideas.Thank you, CVF! The lady who made my arrangement was so kind and the flowers are gorgeous. The shop is really cute and has some little gift type items too. I needed a small flower arrangement last minute to set a picture frame on for my dad’s memorial service and they had them ready within an hour. Highly recommend using this place!

Our Dad is interned at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home and Park. My siblings and I live in different parts of the state and country. We needed someone to ensure that floral remembrances for our father would be handled with grace and care. In Kimmie at Country Village Florist, we found the jewel we were looking for. Her personal attention to the details we requested really comforted us along with the photo of each arrangement as it appeared at Dad's grave. I was able to customize a pet safe arrangement with the colors I was looking for and get it delivered same day without going over budget and without the gift looking scrawny. I'm very happy with this florist and the family that received the flowers were very happy with them :)

Cute shop, nice staff, flowers left a lot to be desired. I was organizing a Memorial for a family member and ordered an arrangement to nestle an urn and a picture in. I shopped online and requested silk flowers. So I fully expected it to be different. Different was actually really disappointing. It did have the lilies and yellow roses that I requested, but it was so bare. I had to hide the arrangement at the back of the table because you could very clearly see the foam block all the way around the thing, I was so disappointed as this was supposed to be a centerpiece for the night and a keepsake after. . I was in a hurry when I picked up. I did comment on how small and asked how I was supposed to set things in it, but I am not the type of person to cause a stink....especially when I'm in a major time crunch. I paid in advance, and for 185 and some change, it was not worth my money and will definitely not be ordering from here again.

I live in East Texas, and I ordered, by phone, a mixed fresh flower basket for a funeral. It was absolutely beautiful! It was delivered on the same afternoon that I ordered it, and I could not have been more pleased. I think this is the prettiest arrangement that I have ever bought from ANY florist, and the price was very reasonable. The lady who helped me on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Country Village Florist, and I will definitely use them again.

Country Village Florist provided the flowers for my mother's service at Hillcrest Cemetery in late April. They were gorgeous and so beautiful done. Mom's favorite flower was the rose and the spray was amazingly done with wonderful roses of different varieties. It was breath taking. I was able to bring some of them home and dry them for a lovely remembrance.

I recently purchased a premium package of flowers as an anniversary gift for my wife. The flowers arrived and looked nothing like the picture. They were missing some greenery and babies breath which really took away from the look of the flowers. I called to let them know and ask what happened and they offered $10 off. This was not acceptable to me saying how I paid $80 for the flowers and only received 50% of them I felt I should only have to pay for 50%. She was very short when speaking to me and had an attitude but she assured me the discount would be applied to my card. This was a lie because I only received $27 of the $80 back. I’ve only used them twice but will never do business with this place again!

I lived in Haughton for 19 years and used Country Village Florist. The owner Michelle Tabor is talented, sweet , and easy to work with. We moved to Florida 3 years ago and tried flower shops here twice with mediocre results. Whenever I need flowers I still arrange it through Country Village Florist.

Country Garden delivered flowers that I had ordered for a funeral service to the funeral home, but the family never received them. The Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home somehow lost or misplaced the arrangement. Country Garden refunded my money. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Forgot half the order on Valentine's Day. Then tried to act as if it wasn't really their fault and that it wasn't really that big of a deal. They said it was left on the front porch which was not true. (it seemed as if they were trying to make a case that the stuff was stolen from the porch.) The flowers were hand delivered and not left on the porch. They did send the rest of the order the next day, but it's not really the same as getting it on Valentine's Day. However this would have been fine and everything Ok because the arrangement was nice but the biggest problem is in how they acted when they were told that they had made a mistake. When they were corrected on the fact that it was not left on the porch but hand delivered, the next excuse was that they had so many orders because it was Valentine's Day. Well you can't mess up on Valentine's Day, you need to double check all orders. We were not expecting a refund but wanted them to be aware that it was a mistake on their part. Apparently they didn't like being told that they had messed up and rudely suggested that we bring it all back in and get a refund.( Yeah that's what we want to do, take away a gift that was given to someone and return it to get our money back.) Really?!A simple we are so sorry for our mistake was all that was needed.
