On December 27, 2023 in the evening, I placed my order and got the incorrect change. Nothing was said to me by the male. He walked away and a female gave me the food. She asked me what was wrong and I told her that I was short of change due. She said that they ran out. Whether it’s 2 cents or 75 cents, it is theft. At least have the decency to acknowledge it and apologize. Or make an effort and think ahead. Some employees will reach in their own pockets and give the customer the change, then get reimbursed when there’s change. It’s not the amount, it’s the principle of it. The male who took my order had no manners at all. I don’t fault him as much as I do his parents for failing to do their job. The female looked at me like as if I’m making a big deal about the 2 cents. It’s not the 2 cents, it’s the principle.If the employees are lax in things like this, what else is subpar?He asked for my name. He didn’t make an effort to get it right. Yes, I’m a foreigner, but my name is not that uncommon.Manager, please send your employees to take a course in manner and etiquette. It is obvious that they didn’t get it from the people who raised them.I really believe service should be no star highlighted.

I came to this location tonight just got home realized I had a completely WRONG ORDER. everyone there seemed to hate they had to work on Christmas and taking it out on customers. I went back they argued with me about WHICH wrong sandwich it was and didn’t just remake it because it was wrong . This is unacceptable, pitiful, disgraceful service . DO BETTER get some people in there worth looking at . Merry Christmas to you jerks

Not the absolute worst location, but definitely not the best either. It'll do if you're on the road and you're already at the gas station, but I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to eat at this location.

Lunchtime at Arby’s. Buffalo chicken meal. The ladies at the front counter were super nice and helpful. The location did not feel clean. There were mud and trash on the tables and on the floors. The food was consistent with other Arby locations that I’ve been to in the past. The parking lot was extremely congested from the gas station and the Casino Next-Door. I would return to this location but it would not be my first choice.

I ordered chicken wraps and I told them NO bacon on it and hi made two times with the bacon, I’m surprised how stupid it is and if you don’t want to work go for something else…This place needs to be close or change all workers…

I hate giving a less than average report to any type of business or location. But, my experience last night at this location was not a very pleasant one. The staff seemed to be preoccupied with other things. There were no other customers inside nor in the drive-thru. From the time I placed my order which was 2 orders of the"2 Beef and Cheddar's for $7," of which they only had one for my order that I had to correct at the window, took 23 minutes to receive. And on top of that, it wasn't even warm. The staff was somewhat polite during what little interaction we shared though. I'm aware that there are many chores to do to operate a fast food restaurant... But customer service should be the most important priority. But I could be wrong.... There could be some simple improvements that would eliminate all of this... Nobody is perfect, Lord knows I'm not.. But don't tell everybody!

When I ordered a Ruben without the dressing the sandwich had no cheese and no kraut. Just bread and meat. My friend ordered one too but her kraut was refrigerator cold and the meat was about luke warm. The person in the back could be heard complaining about special ordered sandwiches. I am very disappointed in that Arby's all the way around. The guest area was at least clean.

If I owned this establishment and one of my employees handed out a meal that looked like this I would just walked up to them and say you're no longer needed and you need to leave from behind the counter....this is just out right pathetic and I won't ever spend another penny is this establishment....yes this is supposed to be a ham and cheese crsnt...not one but both looked like this

This place is inside of a Pilot truck stop. I walked in and stood in front of the counter ready to place my order, and stood, and stood, and stood, the few employees that were in sight just looked at me like I was bothering them by coming in. Not one asked to help me. Finally what seemed to be a manager came from the back and took my order but seemed frustrated by the fact I ordered the chicken sandwich that needed deep fried instead of something they could microwave. I asked if they were closed or closing and she said neither. Not for another 2 hours. I don't understand the attitude that was exhibited here especially with a manager present. I'll come back because I live close, my mom likes their food, the service is not always bad.

It's hit or miss at this one. The other day staff was arguing. Time before that great. Time before that my sandwich was so sloppy I wore most of it. Tonight cashier was great and fries fresh but the classic meat was cold and the bum never saw heat. I ended up throwing out window while going down road figured animals would eat it

We always enjoy the food and the employees. Just recently learned they have crinkly fries and I love them. I don't really care for the curly fries batter so this is why I'm so happy to have a tater I like.

Was the worst service I have ever had at any Arby's. Placed a simple order 2 Arby's, chicken pecan sandwich 15 people came and left before we got are order. Asked twice working on it was the answer. Manager was not concerned at the least. Lady that took order apalagised several times, Manager nothing.

I went in and was going to use the restroom before I ordered. I had to walk through a pool of water to get to the restroom. When I came out I noticed that although they weren't terribly busy, the same people were standing waiting for food as when I came in. I also noticed that while there were plenty of empty tables, there was not a single clean table in the place. I'm talking about nasty crusty barbeque sauce stuck to tables that looked like they hadn't been wiped for days. We saw another customer with food in her hands and a disgusted look on her face comment that there were no clean tables. We left without ordering. If the dining area is this nasty, I hate to think about the kitchen.

Shout out to Brenda for having such amazing customer service skills. Its not often that you have a friendly, genuine employee and its so nice to have them take care of you.Its the small things like smiling & putting sauce in the bag that make a difference. Especially when you’re happy about bringing my food out to me when it is 95° outside. I appreciate you girl. Keep it up

The service was relatively slow. The drink machine didn't have water. There were no medium lids. The sweet tea was behind the counter. I had to wait in line again to get sweet tea. The fries were not fresh. The sauce was empty. No sauces functioned for distribution. Etc. Etc.
