I always enjoy going to Walmart, Usually , I shop for specifics so I get in & out. There was a good crowd shopping those sales today & there are sales. The store was clean & well stocked . The employees were courteous & helpful.

The Walmart Supercenters in New Orleans offers a convenient one-stop shopping experience for a variety of needs where customers have access to a wide range of products and services. The stores generally maintain a good standard of cleanliness and organization.Customers can find an extensive selection of items ranging from electronics, home furniture, and appliances to toys, clothing, and baby gear.The checkout process is the ones of the strangest ones I've seen, there are 12 if not more self-checkout stations, but you can use them only if you have 15 items or less!Who comes to Walmart to buy only 15 items?!!?!Now this wouldn't have been such a big problem if they had the same number of typical checkout stations, but here there were only 3 opened and you had to wait at least 45 minutes to pay!!!I do not want to know what are the waiting times during peak hours.The staff is not that well prepared and it's hard to find someone who can help you, I had to wait for 10-15 minutes for an employee to come and unlock an item.Rate: 2.3/5Overall, this Walmart offers a great variety at good value which makes them a solid choice for a shopping routine, but be prepared to wait if you need something or when you checkout.

Cashier was going to go on a lunch, so she told us to tell everyone behind us that she's closing. Let a ton of people know but they stayed in line only for her to tell them to go away, cuz she's going to lunch. Pretty gas experience

Employees were efficient and helpful but there were very few of them. I don't like having to check yourself out. And there are never enough electric carts for handicapped customers.

Ordered delivery due to my schedule, order was delayed two hours (no biggie) when employee arrived with all 15 items they decided to keep for themselves 11 of them. No managers available when I called in, order requested for my signature and employee signed for me.

ZERO Stars, why have 2 sides of the store with self checkout and they are never open when there is a crowded store? I’m standing in line with 2 items for 30 minutes, when I could have just went through a self checkout in 2 minutes.

One of the LESS crowded Walmart’s, in my opinion. Associates are always pleasant and helpful. Shelves are mostly stocked and the temp is appropriately set!

We live in New Orleans' French Quarter..and drive to Harvey to WM on Manhattan. We spend sooo much time there, hubby and I seriously considered renewing our vows (15 happy years so far?) in the frozen food aisle!

This place is a disaster. They closed all the self checkouts, and there’s not enough regular check out isles available so there were at least 40-50 peso pile waiting

Typical Walmart. Just wonder why they restock during the day, instead of at night when there are no customers. It's frustrating when there is a cart for restocking just left on an aisle and you are trying to get something off of the shelf. Also the personal shoppers think that they have the right to just step in front of someone. Rant over

Just want to hear Yesterday got a whole bunch of arts and crafts stuff I love their products got a digital coin counting money jar also desk supplies we got markers pencils at a very good price a marker board two of the money jars alarm clock nice outfits shoes for my little boy outfits for myself a big book sack that was on sale for 9.99 when originally it was $18 also in the women's section underwear they have a lot of stuff on sale like I said I love shopping here I'm going back tonight and I also get all my groceries at Walmart

Found all that I went there for. Had some childless behavior from a young woman. Her friend was in one line and she was in my line ahead of me. My line moved faster so her friend came and got in front of me. The friend did not have any merchandise to check out but the one that came from the other line had a basket full.Store was crowded.Was kinda crowded but not too much had to ask for a product location and met a super friendly associate of course she was a older lady not like the younger associates. Met another associate who was a little cold with an answer but did come around and got me to the correct location of what I was looking for. And again it was an older associate.Kinda crowded today but it's the Christmas ⛄ 🎄 season and can be expected. Love the self checkout as it allows me to get in shop and pay for my purchases. And the lines are not long like the typical check out with a cashier. Some employees are still rude to customers.Parking: Lots of folks like to park close to the building but I choose to park way out less scratches and dents to my truck.

I wish I could give this poorly ran establishment a negative ⭐️these people are the absolute worst. I’ve been waiting in pickup for an hour. I literally had to get out my car and walk in to speak with a manager. I absolutely understand why people shop at target…this Walmart is a hell hole an should be shut down…I hope the powers that be read this…you really need to do better…a Aldi is opening and I hope they close this Walmart down…I can assure you I will absolutely be shopping there..DO NOT EVER GO TO PICKUP…THEY ARE LAZY IDIOTS..NO CAP…NEVER HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED THIS LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONAL STUPIDITY

Messy and never stocked. The store is full of Walmart workers shopping for pick up orders. You can hardly get a cart through the aisle. When something runs out it’s usually out for a while.

Only one cashier, I refuse to self check I am on disability and walk the store selecting my own groceries and then expect me to scan and bag those groceries with no added discount or incentive?!?! Why are you taking customer service and jobs away prices are up and I'm sure so are your profits off my sweat. Walmart sucks bring back small grocers please and don't go to the Walmart on the Expressway they have NO cashier's entire store is self check out!

Shopping here now bc the Neighborhood Walmart on Manhattan and Harvey Blvd is always pushing their politics down your throat. Palestine flagged blacked out vans parked at the entrance blocking the customers AGAIN.Don't be like the manager on Harvey Blvd. Keep your customers.

Horrible customer service. Asked for some help at the electronic department and was never helped. Waited for over 30 minutes and I asked for help several times. Store ended up closing and I was asked to leave. Really needed some toner for our printers but washed to come back the next day since the store was closed. I tried to explain my situation and they said there was nothing they could do because it was past closing time.

This location has horrible automotive service. It appears the entire department is mismanaged and unsupported by the store manager. Even if you arrive early, the department will open up late. Clowns could manage better.
