Needed a certain vitamin recommended by my doctor. Went to the pharmacy at the Harvey location and the pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed. Went to self checkout after which was quick and easy. I enjoy shopping here because they offer different and unique items that you don't see in Walmart also.

I was at this location because I was in town visiting family. I enjoyed seeing the different options and was greeted by an employee in toys and electronics. That’s my reason behind two star rating. If they based on my sole interaction with the cashier it would have been a single star. She didn’t make eye contact and seemed preoccupied with something else when it came time to give me my total.

Shopped at Target 11/18/22. Associate Sunset was amazing.She goes the extra mile to assist her customers. Everyone needs to be like her. It makes a tremendous difference to the shopping experience. The store was well stocked and very clean. Cheaper prices than Amazon on the item I purchased and picked up in the store.

I love how convenient Target makes it to order online and pickup either in store or drive up. This has been super helpful for me because let’s face sometimes we’re just so tired we don’t want to get out to shop. And not to mention the employees are always nice. Target is like the Chick Fil A of stores! Lol. Top tier service with a smile.

This location is pretty good. Yes, there are times where the lack of cashiers can cause the check out lines to be long, but an employee usually calls for more assistance when things get borderline outrageous.

I would definitely do the pick up service again . It’s says it will be done within 2hours , It was . I pulled up put my slot number in and the young lady came out in minutes . We had the number in the window ,done . Thank You and Have A Great Day was her ending. Love It

Even as busy as they were, The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She even went into the back and found what I needed. She had a very positive and upbeat attitude. It was a pleasant experience.

Customer service is good. But a huge must be done suggestion: have receipts for items that the customer (s) by emailed to their email at cash register or at self-checkout..WE NEED TO SAVE THEM TREES, ENERGY, ATMOSPHERE, & POLLUTION!! GEAUX GREEN!!!!

No issues with in store shopping. My issue is with online pickup orders. I've had 3 orders be cancelled due to the item "not being available in store". Each time I've walked in the store and found the item I had ordered for pickup. Don't know if employees are just being lazy and don't want to look or what. Why have in-store pickup if you're just going to cancel every order?!

Honestly....because of the person at the counter. She had a smile on her face. She acknowledged me. She greeted me. She explained my order pick up. She thanked me. I normally shop at Walmart and NOTHING has been pleasant at any store since covid started. This was the first time that I felt my business was appreciated and my needs were taking care of. Good job Target!

Love the store. The only thing that I would improve is getting more clothes for teenagers. Sometimes it becomes a little difficult to buy 12 year old clothes. They're not not in children's any more. Your also are not really in women's clothing yet. So I believe there should be a junior's division. Also is it possible to get more size 7 shoes? On Saturday I traveled to 3 stores to find 2 pair of shoes for my child.

The best good quality products VERY HELPFUL STAFF never any attitude unlike their competitors if I can't go to target I won't go anywhere only complaint is the o store in Harvey the younger teenager that were on register needed more attitude trying but I won't EVER LET THAT STOP ME GOING TO TARGET

The store is very nice, clean and appealing to the eye. They always have several registers open and always have shopping carts available. Prices are a bit higher than competitors but worth the extra amount for a more pleasant shopping experience.

Normally I'd give you all 5 stars. Usually extremely good customer service and cleanliness, but that girl you had working customer service around 4pm needs retraining. No need for the level of rudeness she showed my wife today.

I rarely ever go to target, but when I do, it's most of the time, this one. It's a nice store. But. The employees aren't really nice at all. Why would you close all registers a full hour before closing? I didn't wanna hear one of the cashiers saying "This line is closed. I'm tired, I wanna go home and sleep." In my opinion, thgas rude to say in front of a handful of customers. Seriously, do better.

there were people on the floor to help today and the cashier enlightened me about the Target App putting a percentage of my purchase into my wallet. I had a large order today but could not use it due to the slow download and the line behind me - but she gave me knowledge for my next visits.
