I love to go to Sam's club , there are food samples, I love the fresh fruits & Rotisserie chickens, and buying bulk..the store was clean ,& the people were friendly.10/19/23 dropped in fast for paper towels, & A Fresh hot Rotisserie chicken ❤️ parking lot was full, store is clean & very well stocked , courteous, friendly door checkers3/24/24 Sam's club shopping dayThe store was crowded as usual, it was clean & well stocked. New items & summer stock were out ,great! 2 lady employees were very kind and helpful by loading my 5 cases of water on the push cart & a young man pushed them to my car & and loaded them in the trunk . It was a thumbs 👍 shopping experience.4/14/24 As a SAM'S member for almost 20 years .it's one of my 1 stop shop places. On Sundays, Sam's is so crowded! I love to save money and buy certain things in bulk. I've been waiting for 50 minutes on Rotisserie chicken to cook 😋 So, I had time to check out other areas. There are sales, and it looked like a family outing. I love to eat at a bargain price w 2 or 3 people ,However, today I didn't have time.

This is the third time, I've came to the snack bar and it was stated, they weren't serving whole pizza. I attempted to call before making the trip but no answer. The first time it was late so, I understood. The very next day, the young lady with attitude, stated she did not feel like cutting it. Today I went in and was advise the same thing. I spoke with a Supervisor to address. It was a few other customers who also wanted a whole pizza. The service in the snack bar by one young lady is below average. One of my perks for having a Sam's card is,I enjoy is the snack bar. The Supervisor today, stated you do not need a Sam's card to buy anything from the Snack bar. I don't believe this because, howelse would you get through the front door.. If whole pizza will be no longer be available, please remove it from the menu. Also don't' ask customer to purchase, whenever you're doing a competition. So said the Supervisor today. Very dissatisfied customer.

Very satisfactory visit with great customer service. One lovely lady employee was leaving work and helped me put all of my groceries in the car. She was truly an angel. Sam's is truly blessed to have an employee like her.

Add more Cash Registers & Employees Indefinitely & Permanently. And there SHOULD NOT be an option on the C/C Terminal for print receipt! ONLY email!

Pickup messages is working ok.The sams app has been working FINALLY at the pickup spots, so the Wi-Fi must have been extended further into the parking lot. Been waiting for that to happen for the life of the app. Okay.Much more space moving around inside the store these days.Scan & Go app works perfectly and does what it's supposed to do.Pickup to the car works very well in my experience. Pretty fast, too. Associates are always helpful and friendly.__________Earlier:I'm a careful Sams shopper.Sometimes next-door Walmart is cheaper on identical items.Do the math and save 💰.Use Scan and Go. It does things you need to be a smart shopper.The Pharmacy is top notch. Period.The Bakery is swell.Auto Tire Dept is among the best out there. They use real T-plugs for repairs, which are forever free once you buy in.They'll shop your list and bring it out to the car. That means not having to walk the huge store. It's terrific if there's no need to personally pick. Exactly like catalog shopping.

This is not a review of the store as a shopper. I'm a mother first my son who was fired today and told he was in the bathroom too long, he was told someone went and reported that to management. He has been battling depression and made a good effort Jim apparently is the manager threatened to fire him a few weeks ago after he pressured my son into revealing he is on meds and he knew this and told him today that he isn't working to work it must be for another reason and had the nerve to ask my son is he doing it for a family member. As a mother this is totally unacceptable I am furious, Amy and Sue stir the pot with constantly reporting what the employees do and this is why there is a constant revolving door at this location. I not sure if they're busy stereotyping but I will report this and not let this go. My son should not be treated or talked to this way. Management you need to open your minds your not that important to think that you can speak to anyone's son/daughter this way.

I went to your Sam’s store on Manhattan Blvd in Harvey, Louisiana on March 16, 2024 at 11:00/11:30am. I went to pick out my grapes. I opened the container to make sure the grapes were firm and not soft. I have always done that. The worker who was pushing a pallet jack saw me and approach me. He said I was not allowed to do that and if I did not want them he had to take them. So I handed the grapes to him since those grapes were soft. Then he watched me to make sure I did not do it again. I told him he did not have to watch me. He said he had to. I told him I did know that was the rule and he was making me feel like a criminal by watching me. He replied I did not say you were. I explained to him that by him watching my every move (he stared at me the entire time I was by the grapes) it made me feel like a criminal. I also feel he discriminated against me. I have seen people taste the grapes before purchasing them. Those people are never told anything.Making a customer feel like they are being watched and made to feel like a criminal is poor customer service.

This location sucks! I bought two rotisserie chickens here and this is what it looked like inside. I returned them and got a refund but the foolish store manager said it’s okay to eat. Then you eat it, I told her. I filed a compliant and they denied my claim saying these chickens were cooked at temperature. There’s no way these were cooked at temp. I didn’t expect them to admit to any liability but I did get sick. I’ve eaten several rotisserie chickens from here and never have any of them looked like this. I’m not shopping in here anymore. I’d rather go to Costco, they have better quality items anyway.

Totally different than the Metairie location. This one seems so much larger. Was able to get everything I needed and the good 27 gallon black totes with the yellow lids were on sale from 14.98 to now 7.98. They were on sale for 9.98 in Metairie go figure.

Come to Sam’s weekly. To be fair from what I’ve noticed from the past year living here New Orleans, Louisiana nobody likes their job and the work ethic here is pitiful. So I’m not completely surprised Sam’s workers are like that, not all of em but most of em. I’m not one to complain either I just notice things.This morning coming into Sam’s I was asked to show membership which is fine totally normal however the man that walked in before me was not asked for his membership and the worker snapped at me when I asked why was I asked to show but he wasn’t? Wtv brushed it off people have bad days (even tho this is quite a common occurrence for me at this sams) anyways. As I’m leaving I’m having trouble pulling up my receipts why would the app offer scan n go receipts if they’re going to come out square and not QR code. The lady at the exit said don’t hold up her line and don’t do that to her again (I’m assume waste her time? She’s paid hourly but okay.) I look to her ti read her name. This chick smirks and says you can’t get my name because she had her name tag covered with a sticker?!?!? I prefer Sam’s over Costco but bro? Also the reason I didn’t have the QR code pulled up was because I had ate something at the cafe and the app was being buggy. I also had my Sam’s app open and ready to be shown when I walked in to the store.Since I’m here already I’ll give my thoughts on the I’m assuming man holding a high billet in the store? A few months ago I was getting a new card from customer service and a man asked me to translate for him and the lady was doing her best while doing that Louisiana bothered face nevertheless doing her job it’s not part of the job description to have a smile on her face so wtv. Anyways the man w the grey hair wears a black Columbia look alike sweater , you can tell he’s hustling but part of customer service is to be helpful and not demeaning. I have experience working IT helpdesk and I would never speak to a user the way he did demeaning and all I had to tell him to ease off a little the man was obviously having a hard time understanding because of the language barrier?!? Whatever though I sometimes think America is getting too soft or woke but sometimes it is needed not in all things but when your JOB is to be SERVING THE CUSTOMERS, do better. Move up in the world if you don’t like where you are don’t ruin someone else’s day because of your faulty work ethic. I gave this sams a 2 star because it has it flaws but also I come here weekly and most the workers do a good job especially the guys that restock and meat department.

This is my FAVORITE location to visit, because of how well the gas pump line flows (with structure) it's always calm with no problems, the long time employee/attendants are always paying attention and are very kind.

Pickup order almost an hour late then I’m told they didn’t give me the rotisserie chicken but I could go inside the store and get one. UHHHHH really?!? I waited 55 minutes for an incomplete order and now they expect me to go inside. Horrible customer service!!!!!

Sam's Club is a good place to shop. It has a very diverse selection of products and good prices. The Sam's app is very handy for checkout when you have a few items and there are long attended checkout and self check out lines.

This place should be ashamed. The store opens to “basic customers” at 10:00. When I got there all 3 of the scooters were dead or out of order. How lazy must they be to not charge the chargers for customers who need help with mobility.

It is pretty outrageous how the gas pumps are only available at certain times. Who does that? The gas pump lines are excessively and unnecessarily long because of this.What’s the point in paying for a membership if the shipping is not free? Curbside is not free either. It’s like there’s a fee at every turn. You have to get “plus” for those privileges. It’s garbage.

Since I can't get no one to handle my complaint on the phone Ill have to leave my review here. I'm very upset with the bakery. They knew something was wrong with my cake and I can tell because how long it took for them to give it to me secondly they poured so much sprinkles trying to cover up the cracks in the case yeah I know stuff happens but believe you could have done with discounted my cake I'm very upset they try to cover it up just her it to fall apart as soon as I get home

I placed an order to be delivered to me on Monday (4/10/2023) between 2-4pm. My order never showed up. I contacted Sam's Club through the chat service where they were of no help. They had offered an $8 gift card when the delivery was initially late as compensation. 30 minutes prior to my store closing I contacted them again, they promised a delivery TODAY (4/11/2023) along with another $10 gift card for compensation. They have failed to deliver the gift card and have yet to deliver my order. Every time I get on chat to talk to someone they refuse to actually assist and disconnect without notice because they don't want to help. There's no way to avoid this or file a complaint about it. I went to cancel my order and there is no option to and was ineligible for a return. I can't return something I never even got! Apparently, they can't get a driver to deliver the order. I paid Sam's to deliver, not a 3rd party, so that is an issue for them to figure out to get my delivery to me on time. Each agent has refused to cancel and refund my order. I want a full refund and at this point. Our family has been a member for over 30 years and this is how Sam's treats their long-term members. Oh, and I've tried calling my local Sam's Club over and over and over - nobody ever picks up the phone! Absolute worst service! How does Walmart have better customer service and they're the same company?!

Every time you go to the store to pick up a curbside order, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Orders are not even dispensed in order of arrival & employees come out to load once every 10 mins. I absolutely hate shopping with this store.

I'm going to give the over all store a 3 it was higher.The auto lets say -100. They deflated my tires to what they assumed they should be at. But this part not sure what happened. Went there due to my tire light being on. My tires call for 42lbs. They told me the censor on my dash is out. I get home and my husband has the compressor on. My tire is at 10lbs. They never checked they assumed and sent me on my way. This is sad and dangerous

Prices are descent. The option is good. They need to expand more food choices in the deli to more than just pizza and hot dogs.
