I took my pet to the salon, telling them he was newly adopted from the SPCA and needed patience because he was very anxious. I arrive to pick him up, they didn’t even know where he was, the woman who groomed him was gone so I don’t even know how long he was left in the kennel in the back before they called and they had zero feedback from me. He would not accept his treats (did great for his first vet visit and loved everyone and the treats offered) and then threw up twice on the way home from the anxiety they caused him. They also didn’t even complete the full service that they still charged me for. I will never be back there! What a joke!

Bethanie C WORST EVER!!!!!!! On May 10, they groom my pet, DID NOT bother to call and say she was ready for pickup and on top of that LEFT her ALONE!!!! Inside the grooming area with all the lights off.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR YOUR PET, terrible experience we had to go through. Go to anyone but her!!!! Horrible

The young lady who was working in the fish department was very helpful.She explained what fish not to put with other fish . She also talked to me about the temperature of the water .As soon as she saw us , she greeted us and asked if “we need help?”She also explained the return policy just in case something happens to our fish .We had two large dogs with us also . The lady at the register was also very friendly and polite. She was out of treats . So maybe next time .

No longer a resident in the area, but my furry girl needed freshening up before our flight home. I booked services with the groomers, and I was very pleased. Keri tooked very good care of my girl (forgive the pic as it is several hours later and does no justice for the actual work).Please, please ask for Keri as I definitely will the next time we are visiting. All other employees were amazingly great as well!!!

No change to my comment.This is my go to place for my fur babies food.Brought my fur babies for grooming was here before scheduled time so I'm waiting to see how well the groomer does and if she followed my direction on bathing Benny as I brought his own shampoo since he has skin allergies.Well stocked and friendly employees.Misunderstood the open for business sign as it stated open at eight but for grooming only. It did not state that on the door as they actually open at nine but they rang up my purchase anyway. Great job PetSmart! You just put the service in customer service.

Yesterday, I came in with (Dog A) to have her nails clipped and bathe. I was told Dog A needed her paperwork for vaccinations updated so I brought paperwork for Dog A and Dog B. Although, I physically did not bring Dog B with me. The receptionist stated that I needed to create a profile for Dog B even though he has already been there before.I asked if she could create profile and update records in system for Dog B, she obliged. Meanwhile, dog A's appointment was for 3pm I brought her in at 245pm and I returned at 6pm as I had an appointment for later in the evening. Her nails were not clipped as they said they were still working on her. How does it take 3 hours to bath and clip nails on a 40 lb. Dog. I took her home without her nails clipped. The most important thing. Plus, they had a special for $20 they would not honor.Fast forward to today.I brought dog B in for same exact thing as Dog A and the first thing they asked for was said paperwork that I was told was entered into system day prior. Thankful I still had paperwork in vehicle or I would've had to go all the way home. I tell them I want the $20 special posted after which they remove sign stating amongst each other in my presence that it's an old sign and someone puts up signs without informing them even though they walk past advertisements when they report for work everyday.Personally, I washed Dog B on my own at canine Connection and there are other places I can purchased dog food if this is the service norm.

I like visiting this Petsmart, because the staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean and well stocked. It is so heart warming to meet all the precious pets we encounter as we shop. The pets are happy to meet you and their owners are super friendly and happy to tell you a little bit about their pet. Just yesterday as I entered this store I saw the cutest little puppy that looked exactly like a teddy bear. She was turning 7 years old this week and she was absolutely adorable. I highly recommend this particular Petsmart.

Your Salon sucks. I was never greeted someone finally checked me in after about 5 mins of just standing there looking at them ignore me. Angel doesn't know what she is doing. She asked for assistance from Savannah, without even coming over to look at my dog tells me to find veterinary groomer for my first-time puppy. Yes! he has some matting on his legs the website says you cover this service, I was willing to pay the fee. I understand if they couldn't fully cut him, however they didn't even assess the situation I wasn't offered a bath and nail trim instead of the full cut or anything I simply was not accommodated by your stylists, their customer service sucks.

Definitely depends on who’s working on what kind of service you will get. Store manager really doesn’t know much about animals or customer service. He definitely has his favorites so be careful. He will deflect any type of criticism and try to find someone to blame instead of being a “manager” and understand at the end of the day, everything is a reflection of how YOU run a store.

Love this place always go for my gerbils food, while it is a little pricey i actually got my gerbils from here so thank god I have them now!! The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable and told me what I needed to know to take care of my brand new gerbils! The one on the right is mr splinter 1 and the other is mr splinter 2

Great displays and array of products. There's so many animals to see like the reptiles, fish and felines to adopt. The fish section could use more love tho.

It was a great experience. Angel, Savannah, and Amaria all helped me out many times with all the questions I had about my dog's cut and specific shampoos and conditioners. Very informed and helpful staff. I will always come here for my dogs grooming.

I have two dachshunds, both very difficult when when it comes to getting their nails cut. They were able to get their nails to a length the vet hasn’t even been able to, I’m beyond satisfied with their bath/grooming services and will be back!

I have been here at least 5 prior times with my puppy a golden noodle & did the puppy cut until today! I asked for a lower cut & was quickly advised if they can they will & I said ok sounds good. Four hours later no call so I just pulled up & called from there car where I was informed that “services” was not done. I asked several times what was done & what does that mean & was told the same answer. I asked if I will be shocked & no answer so I go in & what I seen I swear was completely disappointing & disrespectful to me. So I expressed my disappointment & that I was freak shocked & upset. He looked like he was left in a blinder. Well the older lady proceeded to tell me my dogs was the worst,jumping, laying down & a utter mess & she want dealing with that & I need him trained & I can never come back with him since I’m so upset! Mind you my dog is 6 months! Then was asked to leave & called the manager whom clearly knew because I started to tell him what happen & was told they said they called you and explained to you he was a hazard! Lies! But this is what you get these days in services & customer service. This why you should go to a professional!

It's a very friendly staff. It is clean and courteous.There was quite a bit of disorganization in some sections however. There were carts full of inventory that had not been sorted for days, and some of the inventory was scattered across the floor.All in all, a professional institution with just a little room for improvement.

Honestly, considering how busy the area is and the little amount of time I spend in there, I've had a pretty good experience. The staff seems to be really easy they've helped me with rewards, store assistance, and returns with little to no problems. There are a good bit of animals and animal products. I believe there is a pet adoption service "Louisiana SPCA" that comes to the store regularly. And their prices are lower than other chain pet stores. I feel as if the store could be maintained a little better though. Organization is fine, but cleanliness/upkeep could be monitored a little better. My honest review! Thanks!

I want to make a huge suggestion that your company SHOULD consider doing immediately. Get emails for every customer you have and tell them that your receipt will be emailed on file for any orders or items bought in store, etc. There SHOULDN'T an option on the C/C Terminal for print receipt! WE NEED TO SAVE AS MUCH TREES AS POSSIBLE. AND ALSO PREVENT POLLUTING. #ChangeIsPossible #ChangeIsNeeded

This store is the worst I've delt with. They never answer the phone. They take over 3 hours to pull 1 bag of dog food and if u manage to get someone to pick up it takes another 20 minutes for them to bring it out. Terrible
