My 1st time to Five Below and I was pleasantly surprised. There was a large selection of affordable "luxuries", such as cool electronics, toys, sporst, health and fitness products.There's a lil bit of everything for just about anyone, although children would probably get the most out of a visit.The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I made a comment, to a staff member, that it would be a great reward field trip for kids. And she replied, schools, parks/playgrounds and even the J.P. Sheriff's Office and Gretna Police buy stuff in bulk for children for various reasons because its good quality for great prices.Note: Although the chain got its fame and glory from items $5 and below it also has items above $5 in the "Beyond Section" but prices are still lower than retail elsewhere

Love this store. I always stop here before going to regular stores to see what I can find on sale. The staff is not very helpful, but the store is small so easy to manage otherwise.

The store was in a mess. They had merchandise scattered all over the floor like no one cares to pick it up. It appears they need more employees.

The employees at this store are amazing but they definitely need a new manager or he needs to be retrained on how to speak to employees. While my partner and I were in the store, a woman greeted a customer that walked in. The manager did not hear her and began yelling at all of the employees, in front of the entire store. This was extremely unprofessional. Regardless of whether they greeted someone or not, no one deserves to be screamed at the way this man yelled at the employees. The entire store was silent after this happened. This was not a great experience.

It felt like there was no ac on at all, and there wasn't a real flow to the merchandise for sale in some of the areas. I think that fivebelow is great in that they have a wide selection of items, but it was just too much, everywhere and hot.

the kids love to come here and grab everything that catches their eyes but its always something u can just grab just in case😂arts&crafts to keep busy and a station for virtual learning

It's been a long time since I went to one of these stores, and I'm so glad I did this time.... so much cute stuff! I can't wait to go back. The only down side was they didn't have enough merchandise to fill the store, lol.

Great value and and the staff were awesome. It was kind of crowded but it may be because it's close to Christmas when I went. Going to start going there more when I need to buy small but higher number gifts, this store definitely fills that need. If you have to buy lots of presents, specially for the kids, it's the place to go. The items they sell are cheap and will probably not last but they provide plenty bang for your buck. I recommend this store for sure, specially if you have a need like I just described.

I was passing thru town to see my family, n stopped by this location recently. I was blown away by how wonderful the staff was. They interacted with everyone that walked in, and was super friendly. I couldn't stop smiling just listening to them. They really made my day and they probably did for others too. They have the BEST customer service team I've seen at any of their locations. I want to give a shout-out to Mr. Eddy n to Ms.Kiantha Harris. Y'all sincere interest in each customer n their needs, exceeded expectation. Keep being wonderful n I will be back. They need a raise!

Didn't get it chance to shop today. Was stopping on a whim for something out of their wonderfully affordable electronics section (to be fair, the quality isn't top of the line, however for the price, their goods preform well enough for most things that the average person/hobbyist could need). I always recall them closing at 8:00pm, though hours it seems have been adjusted having them now close at 7pm. Granted it's probably a staffing issue due to the latest spike in COVID cases, even still 7pm barely gives the 9-5r commuting from the city time to get off and get home before finding themselves out of luck. Still love the store though!

Less fun now that stuff can be up to $10 and only about half the store is marked. You can still find cool stuff, and some of it is a decent deal, but if there is no way to know whether something is $1 or $10, why risk it?

Bullied me to press 9 on the key pad after I said I didn't want to answer the rating question. For one that's confidential if I felt like pressing a rating when you walked away. No two different transactions the team mate walked up and pressed 9. Once a manager then once a reg employee.
