I thoroughly enjoyed my visual shopping experience in Best Buy.i was greeted & impressed @ the door by a courteous young man called Slow Motion, Everyone was so nice. I needed a new computer, and as I shopped, i was amazed at the variety of quality merchandise & and high-tech appliances . I highly recommend Best Buy as a unique shopping experience.

I never thought I’d leave a review for a Best Buy, but here I am. I had such a DELIGHTFUL experience yesterday thanks to the lovely, knowledgeable Donna! She made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. I was in town for a long weekend in search of a new Canon camera. Donna answered every question and made me feel confident in my purchase. This woman needs a raise! Thank you Donna!!

My friend wants to buy a phone for her then when we are at the counter they said they dont have stocks then we decided to change the model then upon paying in the counter the price changes even the other staff didn't know about it. So my friend decided to change the model again because she really needs to buy it to greet her son for his birthday back home. I hope you can change this service. Thank you

Steven was a great help in recovering my system. I would strongly complain about the online customer support. They did a tune up on my laptop and I was unable to access my laptop at all. Until I went into the store. I couldn't do the fingerprint scan or enter my pin after the so-called tune up!!!!!!!!!! I called back twice after the tune up and they hung up on me both times. Online support sucks!!!!!!

Best all around electronics store. Out lasted competitor stores. Great on line presence to pick up or return at store. Tons of open box items when people cannot figure out what they bought. They will have to take more losses because they are not moving at their open box prices. Wish them the best and can beat Amazon.

i went 3 days in a row before my purchase. a young man adamantly was very knowledgeable and patient. i returned but he was off again but i did see a young lady who is also knowledgeable and patient she is always there at the appliance desk those two are keepers. thank to them they are well trained for the job.

Purchased a Xmas present for my aging dad. The first thing I was handed my purchase in my hands with no bag. This is not the worst of my experience. The worst came when I went to return the gift not realizing nor told that return date was 19 days. I was returning it like most stores within 30 days. The store clerk & manger expressed to me if I was to become a Loyalty member then I would have 60 days to return the Xmas gift. Furthermore,, their manager stated it’s unfair for non Loyalty members to have the benefit of returns of 60 days but if I was to pay $50.00 to be a loyalty member I could then return my merchandise. This sounds like extortion of customers. I hope customers read this then start using Amazon. I hope Mr . Damion Harmon corporate executive knows this is exactly why retail stores are closing! This is a Thankless company to All customers!!!

The customer service is absolutely horrible. The male with the long locks is beyond rude. Went in for a television there was no one to assist in over 90 minutes. Then looked for help, nothing. Find a television close to what we were looking for, grab it and go to checkout at customer service, its ringing up three hundred dollars higher, so we carry the TV to where we got it. Then grab the post for TV and price and wait for customer service again to see why is there a price difference and what was the true price, the same guy, since he scanned us first, cuts into our questions of price mismatch and says he is going to the back and check. He comes to the back and goes back and forth with us on which tv because there were two types were we placed it, so I stated we want this one, he tells over and over that it being displayed doesn't mean its that TV, so I stated we can see that, there was a 2 size difference, but it still proved what it dispel and what we thought it was is the same number, smh and he tells me to look at the skus. I remind him I know how to read a sku, the issue is that there was one digit off with the TV we brought up and the TV that was advertised and we actually wanted. That was the only tv of that type, in the same cluster of what we wanted , same box, and this one had no price or display it was simply intertwined and identical to our tv off by one single digit, that we noticed not the guy. He was already walking off because he expected me to look at ever single sku of TVs that I did not want. We wanted one and just wanted to figure out why did the sign read that it was the right tv with what is on the box and it not ring up properly. They could simply organize their TV and displays and have someone working in the area. Because getting an attitude for choosing to walk to the TV section because your store has noone available to help with a section in the store and not offer to give any input or assistance carrying two tvs back and forth from the back and front is not good service or mediocre service its just bad. This is a horrible store. Last time I was here the service was bad and I had the same guy handling a return then. If you don't want to work somewhere then don't work there, no point and using your bad attitude to destroy someone else's good day. I literally dread going to some stores now people treat customers so bad, and its so much easier to order on line, get exactly what you want without someone being rude to you for simply trying to have an efficient shopping trip even if no assistance is offered.

Edit: 10 hours instore combined is just ridiculous to get a phone repaired. Not to mention I tried to buy a case and waited another 20 minutes before giving up on check out. Way to many people walking around doing nothing to be a productive experience for the customer. 3 separate workers eating on the floor.Previous review:The Geek Squad team was extremely helpful and patient with my repair. shout out to Rudy on the front desk, he almost had me signing up for a best buy card, but we already had one!

We went here at around closing time, the staff were still very helpful to us. Plenty of items to choose from laptops to speakers as well.There are also some good deals for items that you should look out for, just ask the staff and they would gladly help you.

I purchased a dryer online so I’m not sure if my review is for the store or not however my dryer was delivered February 13, 2024 and unfortunately it took two cycles to dry my clothes. I called them within a week and they delivered a replacement. The replacement was damaged so the delivery person called them to reschedule for another one. I was told it would be April 11, 2024 before I would receive the dryer. I probably should have gone to the store and purchased it instead of buying the dryer online.

Can we decide on what technology yall want us to use and not make the checkout and the customer service line the same line with only one person. And then tell us we can’t use mobile checkout either. 30 minutes in line and i was second in line with 4 others behind us……. Amazing

A lot of people don’t realize Best Buy can be a good place to pick up toys and other non-electronics. I sometimes stop by here to hit their sales and clearance to find some real steals. Cheaper than Amazon prices.

I always enjoy walking through the store. But... originally, I went there to replace my Galaxy Note 10 Defender case with no luck. New cases replace the old. Several Best Buy employees suggested (5 & Below) and I ultimately chose Amazon.

Bestbuy has become like guitar center. Literally idiots working there doing nothing but lying and being morons. I called to buy a mac studio, this location told me there is no such thing. Just mac mini. Literally apple sells mac studios on their site and everywhere. Last time i also tried to buy a thunderbolt cable they couldn’t understand the diff between it and a usbc. Insane! Avoid these fools

I don’t typically leave reviews but Adam, the Geek Squad advisor, was fantastic to work with and incredibly helpful and personable. He pointed me in the right direction to assist with my new phone activation and shared stories and was just very pleasant to talk to while waiting for the data transfer to happen. He deserves a raise because he truly is great. I might come by again just to talk to him! Thank you Adam!

Very bad customer service communication it is the worst I have ever seen. Put in a order in to pick up laptop at 1pm called at 6pm couldn't find it having problems authenticating. Was told a manager would call no call called back at 8pm said they would call a a manger no call again. There was five in stock but if I wanted to cancel my order then they would return my money in 5 to 10 business days and I could buy one again in the store . Never again

Waited over 40 min for someone to help me and they took over 30 min to change a battery in my remote for my car . And then it didn't work , then they said well nothing we can do about call the car dealership, thought I was going to have to tow my car hm , I asked them to please CK it again , then they took it back and said ok let me CK to see if we put it in right . Well needless to say I guess the first time they didn't second time it worked . Guess they put the battery in right this time . Was not a good experience.

Love this Best Buy! I come here to this location specifically often. They have several Best Buys in the New Orleans area, but I come to this one because of the customer service that I received. This time I bought a new HP Pavilion gaming laptop! I absolutely love it! I had bought another HP laptop previously from this location, but I have the Adobe Cloud and was not able to use that laptop because of the graphics card. The associate that helped me was very helpful. He took his time to explain to me each laptop and what I needed in order to use the Adobe Cloud. My experience with this Best Buy was that they need more workers to help you, and our best experience was with the young man named Luis. He was extremely help with me and my son, but Alex was supposed to come help us when we were waiting for 45 to 50 minutes. When he came he went and helped other people who had just walk up, even though the young lady told him that we were waiting on him before them. He also had an attitude when I asked “is your name Alex?”, he said yes and then I said “we were here first waiting for awhile for you and you took the people who just walk up when u saw us been waiting he then apply and said u will have to wait rudely he saw I was upset and me and my son walk of an that when Luis ask if we needed help I explained to him how rude Alexis was Luis apologized for Alex rudeness and attended to help us he has patient and amazing customer service thanks Luis for helping us we truly appreciate you

I paid for my item in advance and decided not to hassle the staff with bringing it to my car. Big mistake. I thought I'd run in and pick it up. NO you will wait behind everyone making exchanges. If you are going to prepay - then maybe it's will be better if you have it brought to your car.
