I love this place, it takes a lot of self control not to buy everything I can.. They have so many different books and merchandise. I was surprised when they started expanding the manga section because I love manga and it's hard to find anywhere else. It's my all time favourite store because I love reading. And I'm glad that even though reading physical books is a dying median they are finding ways to keep the store going by selling merchandise.

This place has always treated me well fr. Like the kids area is so nice and will have everything your kids will want. The ya section is pretty full so you'll be able to find whatever you're looking for here. Also their cd section is so elite. Literally had more options than target had when I went to get my Twice album. The service is great here like all the employees are so nice. And I love how they have a Starbucks here. Gotta be one of my favorite stores out there love you Westbank Barnes and Nobles 💖💖

Great store. Large selection of stock, plus a great place for ordering books. Additionally, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Being able to get a Starbuck's Coffee and sitting at a table to peruse books is an afternoon's delight.

Great place, could use some more stock in some areas but I understand supply and demand. Whatever you're not able to get in store you can get on their site. Always clean. Helpful associates. Great deals with premium.

Great bookstore! They always have any book I'm searching for. Love the sale books. I never go in there without making a book purchase. Peaceful atmosphere and pleasant employees.

There's just something fun about taking kids to the bookstore, and this one has an awesome kids' book section! We love having a pink drink in the Cafe too!

Still ajoy to see they were wrong when they said the publishing industry was dying. I love going in here and reading the magazines, you can browse before buying while sipping on a Mocha from the Starbucks coffee place they have right in the store!

I absolutely love this store for my diverse choices in usual board and card games and they never disappoint.Definitely the place to go not just for books to read but a place to sit, relax, drink an amazing cappuccino and read whatever you want.It's truly a place to unplug from the noise of the outside world and just escape into another world through literature

I love coming to this B&N! The staff is super nice, easy to find, and really help you find what you are looking for. The cafe is great and they serve a decent variety of food/pastries along with Starbucks coffee. Sometimes the coffee has a funny or burnt taste but it isn't often. Only downside is the cafe has only 2 different outlets for charging and it adds to how dated the store looks/functions.

Efficient and courteous service along with the standard fare of Starbucks. This is also a great place to go in-between meetings to collect your thoughts, catch up on emails, or just take a deep breath.

Came here on my vacation and I just love the store no matter where it's at. The staff was super friendly found exactly what I wanted and got in and out in a timely fashion. Can't say too much of a timely fashion though because if you know you love books you're going to stay for a little bit longer.

I purchased a couple books and a light thingy for my wife to podcast with. I read one of the books and started the other and the pages started were coming apart in the book. The representatives allowed me to swap it out and didn’t hassle me at all. Very good experience. I appreciate them. They made my day.

Huge selection. Came here for kids gifts. Books are a bit expensive, I guess it helps if you have a membership as it saves you a certain percentage on purchases. But I spent 35 bucks on two kids books so a 25 dollar membership wasn't in my budget, but of you go there enough I'm sure it pays off. Very clean very organized and has good options for kids with learning disabilities and cognitive functions. I'm very satisfied with this store.

Love this place love all the books in general, unfortunately when your taking classes it can be hard to want to read any more than required so it can take the pleasure away from reading, although in my free time I love to read and I even love to read for school! So Barnes and noble is a great place for me. I always think the workers here are very nice the place is clean and the atmosphere makes me feel comfortable
