I went to buy products and as I was walking up they said they were closed. Several other cars pulled up at the same time and I told them what Imas said. If y’all are gonna close see down your stores, inform your customers a day or two before so we can make arrangement.Instead I was told my a rude worker with a blonde weave just moments prior and when I asked she had attitude. Do better

I was in line at 5:40 pm to pick up my medication due to me being diagnosed with the flu. However they close at 6. Finally got to the window EXACTLY at 6, just for them to have it blocked off. I immediately went inside, they had that shut too. I knocked on it at 6:02, heard them laughing while I was knocking. I called the nice young lady to go back there and just tell them I want my medicine. She went back there and all I hear is “tell her we are closed”, “she’ll be alright come back tomorrow at 8”, and all this and that. There was this “pharmacist” that came out talking to me, she was extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend this Walgreens to anyone.

The white pharmacist lady with blonde hair is super rude! She wouldn't fill a rx she said because the Dr.is from out of town in Covington! He's a wonderful Dr. Been taking care of me for 20yrs! I said the number is on the rx if u need to verify it! She said we don't do that! So I went to the other location an they filled it with NO problem! super nice no issues! The 24 hr location needs to re evaluate the workers! Bad for business!!! I suggest ppl go to CVS or a different walgreens!

The most pain in the behind place I’ve ever gotten medicine from. I call to make sure they have my meds in stock (90% of the time they don’t) and they have it so my doc calls in prescription, I wait 2 days thinking it would be filled by now so I go to pick it up. When I get there they said they said I never called to refill it so they never got it ready and they’ll do it now. When they go to do it they tell me my meds are out of stock and they don’t know when they’ll be back in. Processes is repeated month after month, it takes on average 7 weeks to get a month refill. Just sad. Please save yourself a headache. To make matters worse this past time I called to see if they have it in stock they wouldn’t tell me if they do or don’t and said my doctor has to call. So now not only to I have to call my Dr. to send in prescriptions to different Walgreens to get it filled (because they don’t ever have it) they’re now making me call my doctor to have my doctor call them to see if they have it in stock to send it in, I just don’t get it.

I called Walgreens to have a prescription transferred from WA state. The pharmacy tech was very helpful, thorough, and friendly. My prescription was ready for pickup the next day. I went through the drive thru without any issues in minutes and was on my way. Hopefully, the Walgreens by my house in WA will be as efficient as this one. If so, I'll switch my prescriptions there.

They constantly tell you that your prescriptions were not called in or that they did not receive the prescription. Whether the doctor calls it in or you bring in a paper copy of the prescriptions. My daughter was recently diagnosed with asthma and her doctor called in Albuterol for her breathing treatment. Walgreens kept saying that they never received the prescription. My daughter's doctor then sent it in three separate times and gave me a paper copy to give to the pharmacy, then I was told I was lying when I called and tried to pick up the prescription and told them I gave them the paper prescription. This is not the first time this has happened, sometimes it takes them days or weeks until they decide to fill any kind of prescription. Do not use Walgreens pharmacy at this location. They are unprofessional and pick and choose what patients they help and fill medications for.

Pharmacy experience has always been very good, whether using drive-thru or talking on phone with pharmacy staff. I've been using this Walgreens on Thomas St several years now and am very happy with it.

24 hr. Pharmacy that's pharmacy is barely open 12 hrs in a drug store open 24hrs. Only opened 8 hrs. On Sundays. When this store opened the pharmacy was opened 24 hrs. Didn't tell me that they closed at 6pm when I dropped off prescriptions. I said I couldn't wait I had a meeting, I would come back and pick it up. No one said that they closed at 6 I arrived at 6:10 and it was shut down. I will not be back!!!

There should be a 0 star as a choice here cause this Walgreens pharmacy surely deserves one. RUDEST staff members ever especially the Pharmacy Manager, Jonathan. No manners at all how to speak to customers. And looks like I am not the only one that has had bad experiences here. Seriously the whole staff in the pharmacy department need some training in customer service and performing their job duties. Also remember that a customer can have more than one medication, so if you see the same customer come two days in a row to pick up a second prescription, don’t call them a “thief”. Use some sense and check in the computer system for the prescription name. Will be shifting my service to a different Walgreens pharmacy now.

This is the only pharmacy that I've ever been to that will tell you an hour to fill 10pills in a bottle.No wonder yall are backed up. No logistical skill at all. You would rather talk with people 3 times than to fill a script timely and only deal with a customer and putting information in once.Seriously, that is the biggest waste of time. In my industry, that would kill all of my profits and customer base.

If you looking for a Walgreens pharmacy drive-thru, please go else where but here. These have to be the worst pharmacy staff I’ve ever had to deal with. I was there yesterday. They were 2hrs late with my pain medication & then had the nerve to ignore me at the window & helped 2 other ppl instead of me that was after me. I tried to keep being polite but then they dropped off 1 prescription instead of all 3 & walked off, saying nothing! No “have a nice day, or sorry for the wait, or bye” just crickets. I started to press the call button & all I got was a “hold on.” & then the dumped & still didn’t acknowledge me & the rude service they were giving. I swear if you wanna be ignored & get your meds late & get rude service, then by all means go right ahead!

I couldn't give lower than a 1 but this location deserves a 0. The male pharmacist is sooo rude. He talks to customers with no respect. My advice to him is to get another job. His personality is not befitting to deal with the public. The pharmacy techs are always so friendly and helpful. I'm referring to the Morrison blvd. location in Hammond, Louisiana.

Pharmacy is awful. If you go in during the day, there are at least 2 to 3 people working behind the counter who will basically ignore you until they finish what they are doing. No greeting, no smile, no "I'll be with you in a second!" Nothing.If you are even more unfortunate enough to go in after 5 during rush hour, be prepared to stand in line for at least half an hour before you can get what you need. Even the drive through is a joke.

I always find what I need there and the staff that works the store portion is always friendly.Now the pharmacy is another matter altogether. The way they are rude to customers and talk down to you like you’re there “Patient” (If my phyisician Write’s a prescription for me whatever medicine is, I always have problems there) The pharmacist job is to fill that medication, I have never had problems with mom and pop pharmacies getting my medication filled, but with Walgreens it became not only time-consuming but aggravating so I switched permanently. And I’m glad I did !!!!The one thing they had and I really appreciated that they took away was having a 24 hours Pharmacy, know that that is gone it is so much easier going to a privately run pharmacy.

I had to wait for over an hour for them to tell me they are not ready to provide my child's flu medicine. If fact the said they didn't even see it and would have to reprint the prescription! The prescription was sent in around 7:45 pm and by the time someone "helped" me it was 9 pm. When I asked for an ETA they could not provide that either. They said they were waiting for a shift change. Again, over an hour of waiting. There were three people working at a snail's pace is no hurry to help the many customers. One gentleman said he was waiting for an hour prior to me even arriving there. They were not eager to help and they had an extremely bad attitude. Terrible, terrible service.

After reading these reviews I guess I’m not surprised by the nasty attitudes from the pharmacy. I watched Meagan basically yell at a hard of hearing elderly man, then roll her eyes and slam down papers at a man with broken english. The entire time she looked like she hated her job with the constant eye rolls and obviously didn’t want to be there. NOBODY and i mean NOBODY made you work in a pharmacy or in customer service. If you don’t like your JOB then QUIT !! I hope you got the satisfaction you were looking for when you belittled 2 people in front of 14 other customers. Now probably isn’t the time to be working on health care of you can’t handle it. I hope you find the happiness you are looking for bc apparently it’s not at your JOB. I definitely will not be back.

You sit and wait for your prescription and then after 30 minutes or so they tell you they can't fill it till the next day . Terrible customer service,long line at drive thru

This has to be the worst pharmacy in all of the United States. For some reason they cannot get any prescriptions correct. And they are rude. I was Very disappointed I had to switch pharmacies because they refused to fill prescriptions they were to lazy to find their computer system. This pharmacy needs a true overhaul. Terribly!

Most inconsiderate pharmacist I have ever seen. He acts as though everyone is inconveniencing him, and is even carrying out other tasks while talking to you, so anything you have to show him is but a glance out the corner of his eye. This has happened to me on multiple occasions, and today I also saw it happen to the man before me in line. Also, "I don't know what to tell you" is not something that one would want to hear a PHARMACIST say to you. If I could give zero stars, I would still give a one star, because there was one singular time that there was a nice and helpful female pharmacist.

Love certain parts about this store. Cosmetic lady always is so helpful and kind. And some of the pharmacy staff are also very caring. Other pharmacy staff (like the one who answered the phone today at 2:05 P.m. should get a class teaching phone manners and how to speak to other humans and not mumble with an attitude and hang up on you after you say "thank you". Did i have another question? No one will ever know unless I call back. Ridiculous! Also, some of the front end cashiers look at me and my 1 yr old (who browses the store with me) qith suspicion. Keeping an eye on me and him like we are going to steal. I get it...im dressed overly casual (im an exhausted mother of a toddler)and im wearing a booksack (that I use as his diaper bag because it's easier for me : note it stays on my back unless i have to reach for a snack or toy) I hope this isnt a race issue because i look of Hispanic dissent. Either way, just wish EVERYONE in this store would be a little less involved in their minds and more empathetic to people as a whole. BE WELL.

Poor service every time my doctor sends something they can't seem to get it right... They tell me my prescription will be ready in about an hour and it doesn't fell always get here and they don't have it ready. I've always used walgreens but this particular one is not well managed at all. Most of the techs don't even know how to Bill the correct insurance. I wouldn't recommend going to this one.

I was given a prescription for my testosterone along with drawing needles and needles for injections. I purchased everything from Walgreens and when I got home the draw needles do not fit the injection needles. I brought them back and not only can I not refund for them but they would not give me the correct needles that I need. I asked them why was my fault they gave me the wrong needles and all the pharmacist could tell me was he was sorry that some of the people back there don't know the difference in needles types. Well if you don't know the difference maybe you should not be working in a pharmacy that sells them. Now I'm going to have to use them twice as fast because I'll have to use to per injection. Which means I'll have to come out of pocket again for more.

Staff very unhelpful when it comes to correcting refills placed through the app. Basically told me there's nothing they can do to even cancel it. Don't ever let the app default your stores location, because you won't get your prescription if it's wrong without being on the phone for an hour.

Spend 17 minutes on hold for someone to pick up the phone and hang up on me this is a terrible pharmacy they are slow in the store they are rude walgreens corporate needs to come to this walgreens and clean house and get all new staff in this location

Just spoke to someone at the store after waiting 35 minutes for anyone to help me.. The pharmacist just didn’t show up for work today and they can’t find another one I asked her if that’s why this pharmacy is always closed and never open when it says it supposed to be and I can’t fill my prescriptions on time she said yes… so.. sheesh

Raggedy clerk at the pictures. Came specifically for passport pictures, has no clue what she was doing, wasted my time and drove here from another town. She needs to educate herself or walgreens should have someone more knowledgeable to provide a better service over ‘ummm’ and ‘uuuummm’ …. Pathetic. Stop offering passport photo services till you learn how to. Smh 🤦♂️

Wish I could give 0 stars. Called ahead to see if they had a specific product. Asked the person one the phone to verify it was the right product 3 times before driving 20 miles to the store to find out they did not have actually have it.. even though I asked. Three. Times.. I saw the empty shelf where it should have been. Best example of an incompetent staff I've ever seen.
