Store is clean and employees are nice. Except the general manager.I came in today and the power had just shorted so the registers were shut down and the store manager was yelling at a sweet young lady when she was clearly just trying to calmly handle the situation. I think her name was Mitch? Handled the situation like a boss.Send that manager back where he came from

My husband and I went to the Hammond location a few days ago. We were looking for a few random items and had no idea where they would be. We walked through the doors and were greeted by each employee standing at the front individually. Richard was one of the people at the fromt and azked if he could help us find anything and sure enough we needed help. He was sooo helpful and knew exactly where each of the items we needed were. Thanks so much Richard!

Im really sorry but Can someone please tell the cashier lisa to please keep the line moving & not chat so much with the guests/customers? Some of us are either in a hurry, not very chatty or up for small talk,tips, suggestions or questionanaires every single time they shop at tractor supply and/or maybe introverted.Every time i come there I keep my fingers crossed in hopes that she isn't at the register.*This isn't intended to hurt her feelings or anything, I can't just can't take it anymore.

This is by far one of my favorite stores. The shelves are usually stock to the hilt with items. They have a great rewards program. I'm always getting them. Friendly staff.

The employees are helpful an friendly. The store is clean. I don't know much about all the items they sell, because there is such a wide variety of items. I can tell you they have a wide selection of bulk dog food. That's what I go there to buy.

Went in to buy a propane tank that they had advertise on sale. There was none on the floor. Met a nice gentleman name Brad that seemed eager to help. He search the back and found what I was looking for. I was happy with my visit and appreciated Brad for taking the time to find what I needed. I plan on doing business more with Tractor Supply because of people like Brad. Great Service!

The "manager" Courtney is a joke! She is unprofessional and incompetent. This review is based on one on one interactions with her. I drive the extra miles to the Amite location. They are knowledgeable and know how to treat customers.

Great prices and brand name merchandise. I love the pet section. You can buy propane here and the tanks if you need all new. A beautiful nice selection of seeds for lawn.great camping stuff like lamps, lanterns and more.

Why is it called Tractor Supply in Hammond, La? Everytime I go there for a Tractor part, they don't have it or I go to another store. They have dog food, .chicken food, tools, lawn mowers, etc.Everything but my parts for my Tractor. Lady in front is the best thing going for them. I'd give her a 10. Need to call it something else except Tractor

I wanted a baby chick for my daughter, the guy said there's a minimum purchase of 4 baby chicken that will come home with us and then in a few short weeks, they'll be 4 full grown chickens walking around my apartment.We just thought they looked cute.We did not get 4 chicks.Very nice people working and were eagerly waiting for us to discuss why we shouldn't bring 4 chicks home to live with us.

We bought 4 chickens. Two died in two days. I asked if I could just purchase the ones that died. I was I was told no, I had to buy four and that they could not replace. The store already let me know that would not replace the two that died. The manager stated only within 24 hours.

They let me return a pair of work boots that had scuffs on them with no box they leaked water through them but got money back also had receipt and it was before the 30 day deadline. But still nice helpful and clean 👌👌

This location is often times understaffed. So if you need any assistance good luck! They also have a very young obviously inexperienced management who was not trained in customer service. I believe most of the staff have not been trained properly.

ONLINE ORDERING STINKS AND DOES NOT WORK. Everone else in the world can do online ordering but TRACTOR SUPPLY. They will accept your order and then cancel it because their app does not know what is not available in the store. If it ain't there do not bother ordering it or go through professionals like Amazon.It is shame since my last order they did this to 6 months ago and it still has the same problem.

Love Tractor Supply. They almost always have what I need, whether or not it's household or auto or garden. They're staff has always been helpful and courteous and even when there's a parking lot full of people, which most of the time, I haven't been hampered by long wait lines at the check out. What did I do without them.

I'm trying to buy a generator. I tell the girl. I'm still standing around seven or eight minutes later. If you don't want to sell your equipment say so! Put a sign on the door. why bother having the doors open if this is the way you're going to sell the equipment?

I have to say. Tractor Supply is on the ball. The store is very organized. And most of the time has a lot of stock. Only thing that has bothered me was the last time I went there. They provided mask and buggy cleaner. They "Tractor Supply" was NOT enforcing mandatory mask wearing. This is several days after Governor Edward's issued mandatory. They provided them, at my last visit about a week ago. Did NOT enforce wearing the mask. Disappointed about it. I always have my own mask and gloves. I've also noticed over the past several months, maybe first of the year "2020". Having someone to help with a "load out". Thats what they call it when you need help with the items you bought. Help getting them in your vehicle. Greatful for that.

One of the better farm and feed stores in the area. They have everything from the Rancher to the basic home gardener supplies available. I went there looking for a water catchment system and found multiples from large farm size water reservoirs to your home and garden wooden style barrel for catching gutter water reasonably priced and well-made products. What can I say this is a decent place to shop!

Love the store but get tired going there for my horse feed and shavings. There is none on the shelf and a lot of the times there is none in the warehouse. Don't understand why they don't stock more if they are selling out. There order should be larger.

Bought chicks here back in April, they are all still alive (YAY!) Chicken feed is reasonable, dog and cat food is reasonable. Misc hardware is reasonalble. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff doesn't know the store stock. I called, because I could not remember the name of the product. It was for the Septic Tank (ROEBIC). I remembered the aisle where it's located. the person helping me even ask the manager. He said they don't carry it. So I shopped AMAZON, located it under septic tank products.

They now never have nothing that I need for my chickens. They dont carry 50# crushed oyster shells. They never have VetRX just to name a few. I would recommend the local feed store before going here. And there not very helpful. I'm sorry but used to like this place and had it 5 stars but after the past 3 weeks I had to change. I gave them the the benefit after the 1st time then went 3 more times and the same so had to change my review. Hope yall straiten up. Now they have the oyster shells guess they listened lol

There very proud of the products here. It's a big nice store full of everything you can think of. I guess because it's a one step shop they figure you will be willing to pay extra.
