Went to TJ Maxx today in Hammond Square. The store was in an orderly state and the aisles where attractive to look in. I like when things are organized. The Fall and Halloween section was really nice. Gets you in the fall mood. Beautiful dresses and handbags. Wide selection of stylish clothes and I loved the pet and home good sections. The store boasted clean dressing rooms and staff was very friendly and helpful. They had many people working to get you in and out fast. Was a great day for shopping. They have something for everyone! Get in there today!

They always have tons of amazing finds and deals. Everyone at check out is always so nice and helpful. Today, Haylee was so great and helpful checking me out… she definitely deserves a raise! Love this T.J. Maxx!

I love TJ Maxx. Everything I need, at discount, in one place. The Hammond store stays pretty stocked. It's usually neat and clean. My only complaint is that I think they no longer carry items for pets? If they have, they've moved it and I haven't found it yet. Overall I still give this store 5 stars.

Be careful when purchasing any jewelry at the store!I had this ring less than 24 hours and and the stone fell out.I went into the store. Lorri said that I would need to have the tag on it or the receipt that she could not pull up the transaction from the card that I used and she slammed the jewelry return policy on the desk before telling me to come back and speak to the store manager.It's really shameful when I spend $400 a week here and customers are treated like thieves.I asked if she could find out who worked jewelry yesterday so she can confirm I bought it here but she was rude and condescending. I'll attempt to speak to Brandon tomorrow but I'm curious who wears a tag on their jewelry while wearing it?Terrible customer service.

This store has lots of deals on keto and vegan options of foods. There are clearance sections on every aisle in the kitchen section. A great shoe and purse collection. I love shopping here to get more for my money.

The people at this target are very friendly and I have good experiences every time I come in this place. Never anything bad to say about it. I will say that since the covid thing Starbucks in the store has removed all their sit spaces. This I find a little bit upsetting. I think as long as they space them out it would be good and they should allow that especially if you pay in five bucks for a coffee. This does not reflect on the service though the service is always very friendly at the Starbucks as well I just wish they would put the tables back.

Worst experience ever, absolutely terrible! I Went shopping at TJ Maxx today and I found a jumbo size dog bed (none of the dog beds have price tags, a lot of the items did not have a price, which seems sketchy to me.)I asked the front greeter if I can hold the dog bed up here while I continued shopping so I don’t knock over anything. The greeter stated “ it looks like the area behind the cashier is full, but you can leave it here next to me and I will watch it.” After I was finished shopping, I went up to grab the dog bed and it was gone. I asked the lady that was watching it for me and she didn’t know where it went either and asked another employee if they did. The employee informed us that it was put back. The gentlemen who put it back said “he didn’t know why it was there and put it back”. At that time, I noticed that the dog bed was in someone’s cart when they were about to check out. I told the gentleman who put it back that it was being held for me and to tell the lady that you’re sorry but it was being held for someone else before she purchased it. He told me “ no that’s not right because my name wasn’t on it and it wasn’t held behind the counter. I explained that I had asked your employee to hold it for me. The gentlemen paged, Catherine the manager to the front who I again explained the situation to and while I was explaining it the gentlemen kept interrupting me stating “it didn’t have her name on it”, I stated “ what did you want me to do, go behind the counter and put my name on it.” The employee who was suppose to be holding, admitted to the gentlemen and manager that she told me she’d watch it and didn’t know to put my name on it. The manger was unapologetic and had no solution to my concern. Never again will I support Tj Maxx, very disappointed in this location.

Really good finds in here if you look around, especially things like Adidas or Nike brand items and higher end makeup marked down in price. There's also a great assortment of candles here, with brands like Village candles and occasionally Yankee candles for less than their usual retail price.

TJ Maxx is one of those hit or miss discount stores. Even though the store is geared more for women (about 65-70% of store has women's clothing, shoes, and accessories) I can usually find something to walk out with. The home goods area is definitely worth taking a look at for gifts, food items, and decorations. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. Returns without receipts can turn into interrogations.

Too many people! Very little choice in sport shirts for men unless you like only LSU OR SAINTS. Choices are better at Marshalls. Everyone must have been at this store because Target and Dlsrds had very few customers.

Found some great Christmas deals as I do every year. Super-friendly staff and a wide selection of great products. This is also my go to place for last minute gifts. Can't go wrong at T.J. Maxx.

Pathetic. We explained upfront our dog was not a service dog. He had been in the store over a half hour. We were spending money. Never again. Back to St. TAMMANY.

Always have new stuff and the occasional furniture pieces are very nice. Prices aren't expensive or cheap so its a good middle ground store.

Nice place to shop. It's clean and organized .You may not get quite as good of deals as you would at Marshall's or Ross's but the shopping experience definitely makes up for it.
