Love this group of animal lovers! They are Affordable, compassionate, and really make a difference in the small animal health community. I've had two male cats neutered here with no complications and will continue to help sterilize when a foster kitten lands in my lap. The veterinarian on staff is very kind and knowledgeable, as well as all day of the employees/volunteers.

Saints SPCA was able to take in stray cats where other shelters would not. The staff is extremely friendly, very responsive, and the cat room was clean with no over-crowding (a HUGE plus to me to see the cats in a clean environment!). You can tell they're a very passionate rescue.

I had a very sick cat that showed up at my house and we brought it to Saints SPCA . They were very caring and the cat received a thorough exam with a vet.Highly recommend them!

Mrs Karin has a very calming demeanor, which was very helpful for me in a stressful situation. They were able to do an amputation on my cat for a low cost and we are so grateful! Everyone who volunteers there is a saint!

Great people, amazing pets! I got a great new addition to my home because of the wonderful people who provide this service! I also loved that they cared enough to follow up and if my new addition didn't fit in to our situation I could have brought her back! I would never give up anyone I brought home but it was great to know that they provided that service for their pets and that they care about what happens to them after they leave! I actually even offered my services because I'm so happy with them I want to be a part of it! Thank you very much!

Such an amazing place! These folks really care about the kitties at Saints SPCA in Hammond. They went above and beyond to help. Facility is well kept and clean. All the babies were in great health and well taken care of. I definitely recommend anyone looking to adopt a kitty to give this place priority - you won't be disappointed!

An amazing shelter with friendly, knowledgeable people and full services!They have a wide variety of cats that are all loved and well taken care of. I’m very selective about where I’d adopt a pet, and Saints SPCA met all my requirements. I would definitely adopt another cat there again!

Found a tiny kitten that needed help that I couldn't give and everywhere I called wouldn't help me but Kathleen at Saints SPCA didn't hesitate and even met me there after hours to offer help!! Can't say enough good things about this organization!! Thank you for all you do!!!!

I literally can’t say enough good things about them, my cat was shot in the leg and I took him to the first facility that was open where they x-rayed him and told me that I was going to have to get his leg amputated which would cost $1500+. I’m a single mom and a full-time student so I obviously wasn’t able to afford $1500 to save my cat. I called around to see if there were any rescues that could help and thankfully I came across Karen here at the Saints SPCA. She talked to the vet that works with them and they were able to give me an affordable Price and put me on a payment plan. Everybody at the facility is so kind and understanding I can’t say enough good things about them or how much I appreciate them, because of them my cat will get to live to see another day!

My fiancé was so nervous about going in to adopt a cat and Taffy and Karen treated us like family!! They communicated with us, knew and loved every cat and kitten, let us spend time with the kitties, and even joked around and has us laughing and smiling the whole time. The place was incredibly clean and all the cats and kittens were so well cared for and loved. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Saints SPCA!!!

I'm currently fostering a black cat dealing with several health issues. I called the Saints SPCA not knowing where else to turn. They were able to diagnose her, prescribe her medicine, and even did a bath for her skin.The owner has been keeping in touch with me to help with her ongoing care. She didn't even charge me for anything that day! The facility provides low-cost vet care, and they truly care about the cats. A wonderful rescue!
