Very disappointed. Took my daughter on a Tuesday night to Safari Quest to celebrate her 7th birthday . The sign clearly says closes at 9pm. We walked in at 8pm as a family was walking out and the employee told us they were closed. My daughter had been looking forward to it all day. We even ate at Isabella’s just to go to safari. My daughter was crushed. I guess the high school kid working tonight just wanted to go home.

Absolutely disgusting 🤢, the floors were sticky all the games were broken the basket ball.didnt even have air in them and the Lazer tag game had a download so no one could play Lazer Tag. Somebody needs to condem that place the bathroom had trash it stinks black.around the rim we left don't want a refund and will never bring my kids their again the baby tea cup ride was filthy people's babies go in their. And they had the nerve to have people actually making food....you know what I'll it alone it's a never for me call channel 6 news.

I take my grandson and granddaughter here every weekend and the staff is very appreciative of our loyalty. This place is a great atmosphere for parties and the whole staff is great with kids. If you want to watch LSU or the Saints it’s no problem. The games are always in here so sit back and watch the game on the big screen while the kids play laser tag or games.

Great place, friendly staff, reasonable prices. I take my son here to play Lazer-Tag, the arena is on two levels and is very well run and maintained. Lots of video arcade games to amuse kids of all ages, along with a ariel obstacle course.

Need to be more up front on web page with prices. Allowed to bring in your own birthday cake but if you want to actually eat it inside, you have to rent a party area for $50 or more. Laser tag is the simplest pricing so that was easy and a good birthday event for a group of about 8 kids. Arcade was okay with charged cards. Generally a great place but the pricing structure felt like the web site said one thing then a bunch of extra costs were added on once you got there.

We came in on Friday night as a group of 8. The staff was great and very informative when it came to explaining the attractions and rules. We played a few rounds of laser tag and our older kids did the ropes course. The arcade offered a good amount of games as well. We really enjoyed ourselves here. It’s a great family attraction.

Had kids bday parties here last year. We all had a really fun time! Both the kids and the adults were able to play laser tag. The kids want to have their bday parties here again this year as well. The party package also included tokens and Isabella's pizza. The hostess for the party was very sweet. Our bday room was in the back corner which was a little warm, but other than that it was great!

Had an amazing time. Staff so very very sweet and considerate. Me and my girlfriend had one of our best date nights there, it was that much fun, even tho it was just me and her playing laser tag, regardless the atmosphere is great and so is staff, the game are amazing and great for bonding and family time. I’ll definitely be back soon.

I had a date night here with and my boyfriend and I. We played multiple games of laser tag and the hung out at the arcade after. The staff was extremely sweet and was always ready to help us with and questions or concerns we had. It is a cheap and extremely fun option if you are trying to find something to do. I will definitely become a regular customer at this establishment. DISCOUNTS IF YOU SHOW YOU SELU ID!!

Online hours say they close at 9pm. Just pulled up at 8pm to go in and we were not the only ones. We were all told they are closing 8pm. And wouldn't let anyone else in. With a young child this all the time we need and had to get them out to be turned away.

First time visiting, and really got to enjoy the family together and make memories. The staff, was pretty amazing and provided us with a long fun filled day of laser tag and arcade games. We will be back!

Literally just about everything is broke. My play card still had 10 bucks on it and I just left it. I couldn't be bothered to force myself to play those horrible games. Awful experience.

The experience was fine. It would be 3 stars but there is no changing station in the men's room. If you need to change your child as a father you have to get an employee to hang out with you in the women's room or get someone to change them in the women's for you. Pretty lame

There wasn't enough people there for them to open up the laser tag to play. Not a lot of arcade games to play but the younger kids had fun because they were able to pick out little prizes at the end with their points that they won. The food comes from next door at Isabella's Pizza and it came out wrong but the staff was very quick to fix it and get the correct order to us right away. The Mediterranean hummus was delicious as was the pizza.

This was the most enjoyable night for my son on his birthday. This place was great!!!, Johnathan and his staff person he had there tonight, they both was terrific!!!!. This is the first time I seen staff people take time with the kids. OmG they were great.. Also this was our first time coming here. I am so amazed. I will be going back. We are from GA our son and grandkids from Texas. We met halfway in Hammond, LA. After 7 hours of travel we decided to play at Safari Quest Family Fun Center. We had so much fun with the grands. There was the rope course that my 10 year old loved. There were games for all to play. They have the best air hockey table. And the laser tag was awesome. What made our experience even better was the attentiveness of the staff. They were so friendly and made it a joy to be there. When we meet halfway again, we will definitely be back.

Like many others that have reviewed Safari quest family fun center we also attended a birthday party here. And like the other reviewers our kids had a blast. They really enjoyed the laser tag area and the climbing, hanging obstacle course. The laser tag area was pretty large and the staff in there you're very helpful. The party hostess was very sweet. The pizza was delicious it's not your normal run-of-the-mill Pizza it's cooked next door and I could go there just for it.

Went there wit thr kid to kill some time. Only thing that was operational was the video games. All else was shut down. Got $50 on a card and the kid blew through it in minutes. Perhaps the costs on the machine are too high. Left after about 15 minutes because there was nothing else to do

Went with my friends and their son and had a blast. The staff was super friendly. My husbands god child wanted to do the rope course and they encouraged him the whole time until he finished. Had a blast playing laser tag too.

This place is great for families. You can tell right away when you enter because I don't get that feeling of noisy anxiety like you do at Chuck E. Cheese or theme parks. Never do I see kids running loose and unsupervised. It's small but they have a large area for laser tag. Kids usually want to play 3x's or more. The obstacle course has everything. It's elevated but well thought out. The staff is always nice and helpful. Even their pizza had me return one day on my lunch break it was so good.

This place was great. We went for another child's birthday party. They did a great job keeping the party moving and on time. The climbing maze was great for the older kids and laser tag and palm tree climb was great for the little ones. The arcade games are overpriced, that is why they give you a card instead of quarters or tokens. $1.00+ for most of the games

Apparently we went on a busy night so that didn't help things. However, lots of games not working. Small place so with any kids running around it's a lot. The games seemed expensive for comparable sized arcades.

This is one of the best places to give your child are children a Birthday party... They are super people friendly while making sure your child are children have the best birthday party experience. My son really loved his birthday party experience at Safari Quest Family Fun Center.

A fun place for kids of all ages. The laser tag room could be a little cooler but other than that we all had fun. Bunch of 13-14 y/o boys running around shooting at each other plus a 44 y/o kid!!!

Looked forward to going here with the kids…complete disappointment, bad food, so small, not much to do and just felt creepy. Will never go again!

Went a few weeks back with my son. The staff was helpful, but seemed like most of the games were broken, either physically or out of order all together. We found ourselves playing the same things that were working over and over. Even for a 3.5 year old, seemed to be a little lack luster.

The owners of this place should feel ashamed for taking peoples money. Half of the games are broken. The guy at the front had no problem taking our money but failed to mention most of machines didn’t work. One of the machines that we played some of those buttons didn’t work. Ridiculous.
