Royal Pets grooming spa is awesome! I have a three-year-old European-English Springer spaniel. I am super super picky with where I leave her. They did a fantastic job on her haircut and were awesome at communicating! Jonathan did her groom and was great. They were quick and thorough and made sure to keep me updated as I am a super anxious pet parent lol. I can't recommend them enough!

Many friends recommended Royal Pets, and after so many complimentary online reviews , I gave them a call. They didn't have any openings for at least 4 weeks out. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring my new doodle puppy didn't get matted while we waited for his appointment. They invited me to come in for a brushing lesson, trimmed his nails, and his bangs. They were super gentle with my pup & patient with me. We look forward to his full groom in a few weeks!

The entire staff are delightful and their talent is never ending with each groom. I'm blown away every time I pick up one of my fur babies because of what a great job they did! They treat each baby with care and respect, and do everything to ensure that it's a calm environment so no baby gets stressed out. They truly go above and beyond, I highly recommend them 😍I also highly recommend after you come the first time (and fall head over heels in love) put your baby on a recurring schedule in whatever timeframe suggested by the groomer

Very kind and professional. My family members dog got very matted up and the stylist here was able to clean him up and get him feeling good again. This place is actually clean and looks like a spa for dogs, highly recommend.

I took my Shepherd mix in to get her nails clipped. The place was really nice, cozy, and full of friendly staff. I wasn't sure about the place because most of the online pics were of small dogs, but they accommodated my 60lb puppy with no problems. They did a great job. We were done in 10 minutes and were given the personal service the big pet stores can't come close to. I will definitely be bringing my dog back.

This is the second time I have brought my baby Jazzy (who is a Maltese) to see Ms. Kelsey. I’ve only been in the Hammond area for 8 months and could not find anyone to groom my dog without her being anxious, hiding in her kennel afterwards or even interacting with us for a week after each groom. WELL, let me inform anyone who is considering Royal Pet Grooming, stop searching, I promise you will not be disappointed. My girl comes back playing, rolling around, happy and smiling! She is absolutely beautiful, fluffy and smells sooo good. Ms. Kelsey does a great job with her. I’m very pleased! I cannot thank them enough for the care they give my girl.

I’ll start by saying I typically drive six hours to this gem of a dog salon because it’s WORTH IT. Previously living 30 mins from location, they’re still the only spot I trust with my doodle Andy. The BEST staff, and are always overly accommodating with scheduling. I’m honestly not even sure how they do it, but my Andy looks like a puppy again after a visit to Royal Pets. And the shampoo smell….think cupcake with a dash of heaven. I’ll end by saying if you’re lucky enough to get Jonathan as your groomer, just know your pet couldn’t be in better hands.

Wonderful place! Took my 10 mo black lab to get groomed here and they were very prompt in taking her and calling me when the job was done. She came back smelled heavenly and felt so incredibly soft. Great service, super friendly staff and lots of other cute dogs!

This place is really a good grooming. Every other place I have ever brought my little Shih Tzus to all they wanted to do was cut all her hair off. This place actually groom to her that she actually looks like a show dog. They gave her a trim and cut her beautifully. I can't say enough about this place and the staff is very very friendly. They know what they doing. They are very professional.

After a traumatic grooming experience, we found Royal Pets Grooming Spa and my Scottie absolutely LOVES to go there! The staff is always happy to see her come in and they do a great Scottie cut! I would definitely recommend Royal Pets over any other groomers in the Hammond area.

Just moved in the area, took my Westie in for a grooming, session, Wow was definitely a BAD Decision!!! The trim was Horrible, money wasted and have to wait for hair to grow back to get her to look like a round face again!!! Smh They do have videos available on you tube with step by step tutorial.. Very UnHappy 😞

If have an appointment to get your dog groomed wish they would call you.after 4hrs and my dog wasn't done yet.future reference call during the visit if your dog is going to take longer instead of you calling to check up.

I’ve called multiple times to schedule a grooming for my german shepherd and they never have openings. The lady told to me Tuesdays you can just walk in. I called Tuesday morning at 9am yet she advised no openings again and didn't even try attempt to schedule me for another day.
