It was a first time visit so I didn't know what to expect, but they done such a great job! They cut her exactly like I wanted and she smells SO good! The workers are really nice as well. They also put a cute little bandana on her, which I thought was adorable! So glad we chose Posh Pet Cottage!

The place smelled really bad, bad Urine smell, lady behind desk look very unprofessional, had a pair of shorts on that was to short for her. Very very loud voice she had.The groomer did ok on my lil ones haircut. But not sure if my lil one had a bath, dont think so, did not smell clean at all. Usually lil one has a clean fragrance smell.

We hadn’t been in a while for boarding and we just picked up our dogs after two nights- they were both full of dried urine and smelled unreal. I didn’t realize someone new owned it. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. The inside smells of ammonia and urine. Just very unclean smelling and obviously our animals were not taken out regularly.

I asked to have my dog cut half his length. They cut him to the skin. When my golden doodle came home he had not one but 5 different razor burn spots. The place is not not clean and the service is subpar to say the least.

Our baby girl Savannah loves Posh Pet Cottage! I know because she is the type of dog to let you know when she wasn't happy with her visit. They listen and respect our wishes when it comes to her, and this last visit my husband said she didn't want to leave. They're doing a great grooming job on her!

Family owned business for over 40 years. Great prices and excellent job with grooming. I took 4 of my dogs here and they all looked excellent! It also has a nice boarding room to keep dogs and cats for a few days if you're out of town.

The staff is amazing and very good with our family (pets). This is the first groomers I took my dog to and they do great work. The prices are very reasonable and the owner loves animals which made it very easy to leave my pet. I recommend if you live in Hammond or Ponchatoula to use this groomer.

Upon my first experience with this groomer it was obvious my search was over. They did a great job shaving, bathing and trimming my dogs nails. The price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend them.

A bath does not come with nails or sani being done you have to pay extra for it. I dont mind the extra but i expect a bath to be thoroughly done and i feel without the other stuff it cant be Groomer was nice tho.

I was very disappointed with Posh Pet Cottage. My dogs were have ears problems because Louise was NOT cleaning their ears well or properly. Then I saw how one of the dogs was being treated. I have not gone back.
