Slow night and plenty of staff. However only one cashier while the others converse with each other. I stopped for a bathroom break. No seat covers available, but otherwise clean. No hand sanitizer.Coffee station was working fine. Fresh food items were scarce though. Definitely not as well stocked as it could be.

One star is way too much for this place!I used shower #5 and the smell was terrible 🤮🤮 when I walked in.I took some pictures of the shower room and went to the desk to speak with the manager.When I got to the counter I asked for the manger and all the employees told me we are the managers we are all manager, I told them no I would like to speak to the actual manager than someone( Older lady name starts with T don't recall name) told me she was the manager.I asked her, Do you ever walk the showers?He answer was no she seem more interested in me finishing talking to her than actually listening to what I had to say, well I showed her the images I will post and she said definitely we need to change that. She seemed like she didn't care. Asked for my rewards card and gave me the shower back.This is the handicap bathroom and has old soap in the shower place when water hits it i becomes slippery and this is something serious.Avoid this horrible and naughty place.You might get bacteria or diseases from here.Drive safe.

If I could just give them a bad review with out giving any stars, I would. 4 hours waiting for a shower and their excuse was their doing something more important. When you can just see them two ladies walking around and chatting over the phone. Time of situation is 6:40 pm and counting. Today’s date is December 14, 2023

You can tell that they are trying to clean up the inside of the store and keep it organized better…. But you can only do so much with what they working with…. The store needs a remodel bad … showers are sad and parking lot needs to be fixed and buy sum land for parking…If u don’t get here early go ahead and hang up trying to get a spot to park… it’s a nightmare getting in and getting out…

traffic circles are a blight on the landscape. traveling east to west it takes you through 3 to get here, with the last one being a u-turn. but if you want some real entertainment sit back and watch the steering wheel holders navigate through this lot. you'll soon understand why most highway accidents involve a big rig.Summary: after spending 2 nights at this dump i realized that modern day truck drivers are the worse creatures on the planet. 3 am and they feel the need to lay on the air horn THINKING (now there's an oxymoron...a thinking truck driver) it'll clear up traffic. I'll make it a point to NEVER stop at this exit ever again.

The parking lot is horrible. It's got craters in it. After reading the reviews I'm scared to try the showers since the parking lot is so bad. Y'all they haven't even cut the grass.

They definitely need to teach respect to the truckers here to move off the fuel island I can handle a few but I think everyone here just sleeps at fuel island off duty .!

Was here 2 nights in a row. Around mid night they have the showers closed. Had to walk across the street to the petro to talk shower.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here for a 34! Everything about the showers are true. And you will wait all day for them to clean the shower. After waiting 3 hours I just walked across the street and got a paid for a shower at Petro.

You guys are making bank by providing low quality showers to hard working truck drivers who don’t ask for much. Your showers are absolutely disgusting, I took a shower here & there was little to no water pressure. If you’re charging $17 for a shower at least clean it & provide cold water showers on a hot day or lower the cost of the shower because your showers are very low quality. You’re better off taking a bird bath at the near lake & still get a better experience than this place. I will not be stopping here again.

Racist Jess from Arby's did not want to serve me food because no reason. Please see video for details. I feel discriminated by her. On top of that Camey also got on her side and kicked me out of the store because I told her what happened. I was denied food by Camey as well. I was getting a hot dog and she asked me to put it down and leave the store. This happend on 10/22/23 8pm.I have been humiliated and now I am still hungry. I got fuel from Pilot, I am a driver who wanted food but they kicked me out just like I am garbage. I have my mind confused about what just happened. They made feel like I have no rights. I need an explanation and also and a apology. Camey and Jess laughed at me disrespecting me while I was asking them why they refused to serve me. What the hell!!! It takes years to gain a customer but a second to lose one. What a shame you guys hiring people who doesn’t show respect and appreciation for customers.

Attention professional drivers, if you reserve a spot and get here and there are trucks parked in all the reserved spots. (Keep in mind, you paid and another driver did not)They will not honor your reservation and will refund your money without requesting a refund. So just feel free to park anywhere here

This pilot is what I would describe as the worst of a bad situation. The reserve parking being at a high $20 showers at $17 aside from that, the worst is the customer service. The workers act as if doing their job is a complete burden never have I been to a facility that treats you less than human workers are the complete definition of ghetto and should not be in any customer service position if you can make it to the loves in the surrounding areas. Do not come to this place?

Filthy store, restrooms, and showers (I ended up not taking a shower, Loves west of here is clean). Parking lot is disgusting, and full of pot holes. Half the pumps were down. Asked my company to take this Pilot off of our fuel stops. Won’t be coming back.

I'd skip this unless your here before 5, restroom small and always packed. Showers are decent but takes forever to get cleaned. Good food around the area though

This store will not honor your Reserved parking. Don’t waste your time doing it. There’s a Petro across the street that will honor and move anyone that is parked in a prime parking.

I reserved a parking space for a semi truck two days in advance. When I arrived someone was parked in it. I asked for the employees to do thier job and ask the person to move and they refused.I then was offered a refund. This is NOT ok because as a professional driver that is regulated by law to only drive a certain amount of time per day, I was forced to find somewhere else to park for the night at such a late hour with almost no time on my work clock left find an open spot. Camey was the employees name if I remember correctly, along with one other who's name I don't know. If you are the owner of this place, fire these lazy people.

0 stars! Went by around 3am to take a shower to refresh and continue with my trip but told “oh no there will be no showers until 6am.” Is this really a thing? Might as well not have showers at all if you can’t have someone available to keep up with them at all hours. Such a sad location. Pilot y’all really have to step up your game. Mom & pop truck stops are turning out to be way better than any other major truck stop nowadays.

ZERO STAR REVIEW!!I don't understand why u ask for reviews, if nothing is done about ur rude employees n nasty store. Corporate should be ashamed of this location.This place is horrible! It's filthy, n everything is always broken. It probably breaks down cuz they don't clean. The rude girl working at 6:20 am. on 9-11-23, doesn't like to work n tries to cheat u out on ur change or overcharge u. Not to mention, it's a huge inconvenience for drivers when ur system is down every time u want to get ur "FREE" items. What a coincidence huh.AVOID THIS PLACE IF U CAN!!

Tina, is lazy and doesn't want to do the right thing. I purchased one of four remaining prime parking spots. When I arrive Tina informs all the spots are taken I said I know I purchased one. She said yeah but there are probably no spots and I'll give you a refund. They don't have security and she is not going outside cause she is not allowed. I said you can call the police and she stated I can call the police. It's not my property and she needed to. I said it's not about the money it's about the standard of service and the fact I've been up most of the day. This place is no good. Rather allow non paying thieves then do the right thing. Her fellow worker stated they have called the police for this same issue before.

Disrespectful male employee outside yells across the parking lot is that your truck as I am walking inside to get my parking pass then turns his back as I ask is there a problem he then yells your truck I ask my truck what and he turns his back again so I approach him asking is there a problem he move your truck or you are going to be towed and then walks away. I tell him do not turn you back to me tell me what's going on just move your Damm truck. So I go inside to speak to his manager before this essclates. I explain to his manager how disrespectful he was outside and she call him in and speaks to him about apologising he looks to me giggles then says sorry. His female manager drops her head and I say this is unacceptable. So she has him apologize again. Then finds out that I paid for parking them she states that he should have asked that first. Then printed out my parking pass.

Found a free spot at 0430 in the am, so I gave it one star. Friendly helpful staff, one more star. That's where this places usefulness ends. Dirty shower with no AC.
