Parking lot is raggedy as idk what ! The fuel islands are filthy, never clean water to clean your windows, showers are disgusting! And now they charge 22.00 to park here. If you don’t have the paper taped to your window they will call your company and tell them you’re parked illegally. This truck stop gets two thumbs down! Sad sad sad how they treat us truck drivers these days!

4 am, not very busy. As usual two of the pumps were not working. The one that I pulled into you couldn't read the screen, so I went inside to get the pump turned on at the fuel desk. The employee was talking to another employee who put together the food. She looks at me and said " I'm on my way" then continued talking to the other person for 4 or 5 minutes. When she finished talking, she walked right passed me to the door and stood there looking out the door. I'd had enough, I got back in my truck and went across the street to the Pilot and got my fuel. TAs and Petros are always pretty run down and you can generally count on 2 or 3 of their pumps not working, but usually the staff are helpful and courteous. NOT this woman, she didn't seem to want to do her job.

Went in for a new drive tire & a PM overnight 5/7-8. I was going to give more stars because Josh was very nice, but I found out he screwed me when he put my hubcap seal on. I had told him that if the clips weren't put on then I'd lose the seal. When I went to restroom & came back, I kinda knew he didn't put clips on that quick. Now, I have to go spend money on another one. So yeah, thanks, Josh. The black lady at the desk had no compassion or cust serv skills whatsoever. She was a lil rude w me, but it didn't bother me much, but when I witnessed how she interacted w a foreigner, my heart ached!! Josh was present as well when this happened. When the foreigner walked back inside the store, she responded, "what" in a tone that demeaning. I questioned this & she said that she couldn't understand him. I told her there's an app you can download for those you have a language barrier with. She dismissed the idea immediately. Never again will I visit this location. Also.. I wanted a Yokohama drive tire, but there was none in stock. They also didn't have one of my filters in stock, but I just so happen to have a backup.

1st The parking lot is bumpy so slow down,#2 Nobody knocked on my door.#3 The store is nice, it has some good water pressure in the shower, mini gym, good Indian food across street, Blue Beacon, 3.06 gal diesel through my company. Massage chairs too! (Although you might want to spray them with Lysol and should be after each use)#4 The maintenance at the shop took way too long, I got there at lunch time 1pm or so and left at 10pm for 3 tires. My truck was in Bay 2 for 8hrs. Also make sure you check everything after the repair because I had to go back in the next morning because my Centramatics were blocking the valve stems. I'll be back to this truck stop it was good, but needs some improvements and I probably won't use the shop if I can go somewhere else.

After reading the reviews I was a little skeptical about parking here for my 10 but…It was kool! Sure, the parking lot is a little bumpy (and crowded) BUT no one knocked on my door asking me to move or pay for parking. I actually went inside the store to get coffee and the associates were friendly and the coffee counter was clean. Didn’t shower here so I can’t speak on that but overall they get a 9/10. I will return here if in the area.

The only thing that’s worse than the parking lot and nasty bathrooms is the female rent a cop that drives around acting like she’s saving somebody’s day. You’ll know who I’m talking about because she sounds like she hits three packs a day..

Yea, $22 a night when HALF the lot is reserved parking. I know stuff is expensive, but it's just outrageous. Just as a principle, I'm not spending another dime in this place. The lot is trashed, and there are literally human "remains" multiple spots on the lot. Drivers to lazy to walk to the bathroom 🚻 🙄Owners, you should be ashamed of yourselves for this condition.

The showers were good beyond that 80% of thier parking lot is unlabeled Reserved and you won't know you're on a reserved spot until night security comes to tell you to move from a reserved area that isn't labeled or signed in any way. The lot is in extreme disrepair and with how many storage containers they have out here all the trash in the corner and major lack of maintenance to the entire grounds ,that they have the balls to charge 22 a night to park in such conditions. It's not like you ever see security except when they wake you. Nope avoid this spot as much as possible.

I don't mind having to pay the ridiculous price for parking. But what I do mind is that every time I come here. These people that they have at the register, Never want to help you in anyway shape or form. They are clearly just here for a paycheck and nothing else. This place really needs to get new people.

I'm not going to read all the responses that this place has posted, because I feel like this has been years of trying to work out the customer service dynamic and it's still a failure. I'd strongly advise any driver that will hear this message to avoid this place if at all possible. If it was simply a matter of fleecing a few suckers out 22$ just to park, then it wouldn't be out of the ordinary. Yet, for all that hustling the place is a dump and have not much in the way of telling drivers what's reserved and not, besides a knock in the middle of the night from some random person with their hand out for money. Of course you'd get upset drivers on your hands after waking them up after they've done a full shift. Use some of that money to repair the lot and restrooms. Is it that hard? And be considered of the drivers who are tired, post a clear cut sign and reapply the spray on the ground to tell.

Worst petro in the country. Staff are racist and rude severely unprofessional, especially the parking lot boy. The parking lot is covered in pot holes and reserve parking is not clearly marked. You forget us truckers are customers but obviously you don't care about thart at all . You really need to fire your parking lot boy so he can take his power trip somewhere else.

This place is a racket!! Woken up in middle of the night say that it is "reserved parking" ($22). With no posted signs or cone saying otherwise. Or else I would have left. What a scummy way to run a business. Avoid this place like it's the plague

I walked into the restaurant “Iron Skillet” and started complementing on how clean the kitchen area looked BUT that all went out the window when the cook started coughing in is and and continued cooking his burger which I said something and he ignored it then I thought he was finally washing his hands BUT he wasn’t he was actually grabbing a hand full of onions to put on the grill to go along with that burger. People please wa tech these cooks when preparing your food I will never eat there. There is a Waffle House across the street that was great.

I am tired of Petro and TA! I’m tired of their dilapidated buildings. I’m tired of their antiquated computers I’m tired of their un remodeled bathrooms, restaurants and showers and I’m specially a tired of the ultra one card! I booked an instant shower and it put me in a total different location. I went to the front desk they had me call ultra one I only had one shower credit and the lady said it takes 24 to 48 hours after five days of being on the road without a shower, and this is how they treat their loyal customers!!! I will no longer get fuel at Petro and TA or anything else!!! The manager at the front after an hour finally gave me a shower after going back-and-forth with the person on the phone from ultra one! I’ve had enough they could do better than this if they really wanted to!

I tried parking here at 4 in the afternoon on a Sunday and the place was completely full. Where are all the drivers who seemed to be parked here? Are they all leaving their trucks behind for the weekend? After reading the other reviews I think I dodged a bullet by skipping this place.

Who is this guy in regular clothes at night walking around the truck fuel building with gun in pocket. when asked he doesn’t work there he has no uniform and telling people where they can park i was informed that his girlfriend works at night at the truck fuel building and he is out there selling narcotics!!! Yea petro thats bad for buisness.

Multiple unmarked parking spots but they will have security come in at night and claim that they are reserved spots with no proper markings. They will have you move or force you to pay and this is as immoral as you parking in an unmarked spot in a personal vehicle and getting a citation for parking in an unmarked handicap spot. If it is not clearly marked they should not have a right to enforce a rule. This is wrong not because there is a fee but because there is no indicator of reserved parking so they can essentially claim any spot in the parking lot is a pay for reservation parking.

Nov 25th, 2023 Just HORRIBLE !!!90% of the their parking is RESERVEDAnd they refused to use my UltraOne credit, had to pay cash ($22). Totally unacceptableI fuel mostly at TA and Petro. Been their loyal customer for almost 20 years, but after this will reconsider. I will not fuel at this location.Also, the whole parking is covered with potholes. The fuel isles are filthy. What a shame !

🚫🚫Absolutely the worst shower I've ever had I needed two extra towels for me and my wife refused to give me four towels and that Two Towelss that he did give me were so old and rotten I wouldn't use them for my dog they need to buy and get new towels at this joint how they're voted the best showers on the interstate they must not have included this one and the individual cleaning and running the showers was an unfriendly individual as well he may walk around and pretend to be friendly but he's not

Decent place to stop. Ton of parking, with a separate section for RV's. Store is a bit on the small side. No separate driver lounge, but plenty of chairs and end tables scattered about.

Had a new tire put on tech scratched the hell out of wheel in 3 different places. Then was fixing to put vice scripts on wheel to mount new tire. Then he acted like he didn't do it and said he done it by TA procedure. He was trying to change tire with wheel on truck not by TA procedure.

After having read most of the reviews, I thought it couldn't be that bad. Boy oh Boy was I wrong. I remember many of those potholes from when I stayed here 5 years ago. 22$ parking and food quality right out the window. The only person who was actually polite was the Parking attendant. The "lady" in the store up front told me I have to go to the fuel desk to pay for the parking. Guessing she didn't want to put her phone down at all. Showers supposedly aren't working either. How quaint. "Lady" at the fuel island was just as nice as a 4 tailed Murder Hornet. Had my platinum card IN MY HAND and yet she made me recite all my truck info for the parking chit. Last time ever staying here.

Over priced. If you’re gonna inflate this much put the money into remodeling the place and parking lot. They just need to get rid of iron skillet. Food is just garbage food is bland hash browns are under cooked.

The parking lot is horrible, and pot holes are everywhere. Since I was doing a 10hr break but actually had 13hrs to spare, I stopped here to wash my truck, but after seeing the dust & condition of the parking lot, forget it. Was also going to take a shower, but after paying for reserve, I will take my money to a free parking truck stop & spend shower money there. Petro lost money with me. I even used DD to order me some food out side this place.
