Ryan was our technician that helped us walk through our RV and made sure everything was up to Par before we left the lot. This is my first RV was not very sure but Pierre Guillory had the patience to walk me true and get all my questions answered i went 3 times and always has the good attitude to help me out evenly after a buy it he called me to make sure everything is working good and told me don't hastiest to call when ever you want, that's a good after services . We loved our experience with Great American RV Superstore in Hammond, LA. Our salesman, Tyler Abadie, was AWESOME! We were looking for a very specific motor coach & he kept looking until he found exactly what we were looking for. The entire staff there were very nice. They had a tech, Keith Bel, come out & go over every detail in our motor coach. He was very knowledgeable & nice. He didn’t rush us to go through the RV. Excellent service all the way around!

This was our first time buying an RV and Great American RV and Brian Wills made it easy and painless!! We shopped at several different locations and when I tell you the customer service here was excellent, that’s exactly what I mean. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by 2 very friendly hosts that got us a salesman right away. Brian was awesome! He asked us questions to see how he could best meet our needs, took us on a tour of their inventory in a nice, clean golf cart. He was kind, informative, and even though I know it’s his job, he was very patient answering all our thousands of questions!! He was honest and up front and we NeVER once felt pressured or like he was feeling us what we wanted to hear just to make a sale. He spent about 2 hours with us, showing us different models and listening to me change my mind a millions times. We had our 6 year old son with us and Brian was very nice to him and even included him in conversation, especially when our son brought up golf! We didn’t make a decision that day, but we came back the next day about an hour before closing to take a second look at our favorites. Even when I changed my mind once again, Brian was a champ! It started lightly raining and he still catered to us like the store had just opened and the sun was shining. He showed us one last model and I fell in love! Brian worked out an amazing deal for us and we can’t wait to start our camping adventures!!! If you are in the market for an RV make sure to bring your business to Great American RV and ask for Brian Wills!! While I’m sure all the salesmen and other members of the store are wonderful, Brian made an excellent impression on us. We felt comfortable, like our business was important to them, and like they were interested in making us lifelong customers! Well, they succeeded!!

Well I'd say that google reviews are like opinions, everybody has one so I'm just gonna get right to it. Our salesman was horrible. He dropped the ball on too many occasions and left us hanging... promises - promises. Please go back to selling pull behind campers. I would rate him at 0/5 stars. However, in reality, the service dept. closed the deal for us, picked up the ball that our salesman dropped several times, and ran with it; They were simply outstanding in every aspect --- 5 out of 5 stars. I felt bad that they had to do all of the work he should have done before discarding us. Many many thanks to Mark (service manager) and Chris (service tech) for taking care of us like our salesman should have done to begin with and making "everything" right. THEY went above and beyond what they should have to make sure we were totally happy with our pre-owned awesome Tiffin ! I will not forget their efforts and will hopefully forget that we ever met our sub-par salesman. Shame on you.Update Jan '24 : I understand things happens and we cant predict the future but since buying this motorhome it has been one problem after another problem and beaucoup $$$ and tows. I'm not complaining but It has literally spent 2.5 of 3 months in the shop (Fact) for so many issues that I wont even get into them .... I just remember " it's such a strong bus; everything has been checked out." lol. Tried to talk to service at GA RV about all these emerging issues but was blown off like a cotton ball in a hurricane. Buyer beware. Overall disappointed.

Keith Bel is an excellent tech! He knows his stuff and explains it in an easy way for others to understand. He was thorough on our RV inspection, taking the time to show my husband all the features and showing Danny what to do on all the different components. He even labeled the 3 TV remotes for us! Pierre was great! We told him up front that we were there for an informative trip to get an idea of what we wanted to buy in the future. Pierre took us to exactly what we asked for, and provided all the information on the differences in the different models. He also showed us travel trailers that weren't exactly what we asked for but he believed strongly in the product and they ended up being our favorite models of the visit. He also gave us a break down of the numbers so we knew exactly what we would need to work towards to get the one we wanted in the future and we most certainly will buy it from Pierre.

Unbelievable great people! Just simply a remarkable experience. We need thermomastic sealant for our fridge and it is not a normally stocked item at any RV superstore, but the lady at the parts counter searched it out, found an extra tube in the service dept and called me with the good news. Same with the fellow at the pats counter when we arrived. Personable, warm and helpful. Overall this is THE place to call or come.
