The lines are always long. Employees standing around. This company need to think about convenient and stop opening up more stores but work on training the employees and hiring adequate employees in order to conveniently serve the community. They are not focused on customers but just making a $. Pitiful service & I will not return.

Closed at 8:50 on a Tuesday night. Seemed the workers just didn’t want to work. Door opened but the lady made me leave. Said they was closed.

I found everything I needed. Shelves and coolers were fairly well stocked. Had suitable amount of employees. No wait time in checkout line, because manager did her job and opened her register to help cashier. Employees were friendly and efficient. Will shop there again. Will recommend shopping there to others!

I was very impressed that I was able to walk in and the store had space to walk & not all those carts in the middle of the aisles like most dollar generals .

Some managers are extremely nice but the condition of this store is horrible. The shelves are never stocked they way they should be but you can't believe it's the managers fault when the line is sometimes behind 20 people. They need to take the money losses from people stealing an usually eating the merchandise throwing the wrappers in the shelves and hire more people. Most Family Dollar stores are neat with stocked goods.

Shelves very often not properly stocked. But can not blame employees. This is a corporate problem. Usually only two people working whole store, leaving one person to work register and one to re-stock. More help is only brought in for inspections from corporate. Employees friendly.

I was looking for inexpensive hula hoops for a work event after having been to 3 other stores with no luck. It was 30 min before closed and they were very busy. The manager noticed I didn't have anything as I was walking out and said "Did you not find what you were looking for?" I told her I was looking for hula hoops and she went in the back and brought out a whole box for me to choose from. I was very impressed she went out of her way to not only help me but noticed that I was leaving without a purchase. Great job! Saved the day!

The store is so disorganized, you can't hardly get through the isles, the employees are rude. The cashier was on her cell phone screaming at the person on the other line while she wad ringing me up. Technology has gotten in the way of customer satisfaction.

Absolutely the most junkiest stores around. I am disable and was in line behind at least 12 people an manager just sits in office leaving one cashier. I have to upgrade my opinion of the Dollar General. They fill a "niche" of economical and convenient that is actually quite competitive in price and less hassle than walking across "40 acres of parking lot" and then navigating a "football field" of shelves and busy shoppers at a Walmart. The only thing I really have issue with at Dollar stores is the check out. It seems like I have entered a "lost in time" zone at the register. One other car in the parking lot when I think "I'll just run in and back out" and before I get my item to the counter 5 people are ahead of me all of a sudden and the clerk is overwhelmed and in slow motion and the second register is never opened. But alas, the penalty we pay for being in a hurry! Still Bon Marche (good shopping)

Thw girl that check me out is very unprofessional. The entire time she was ringing my stuffs she was talking to this guy. It took forever for her to finish. She took the receipt handing the receipt to me without even looking at me and the worst thing she forgot to give me my change. I even needed to stop her talking to tell her I need my change. Then she answers me that she needs to finish to check out the next costumer before sh can give me my change. What???

Smelled foul. Like something died in there near cooler and snack aisle and it wasn't the group a guys that smelled like off-brand pot either. Most unpleasant this shopping trip was the cashier. Poor attitude and unfriendly, horrible customer service. It isnt my fault the stoner wanted a refund for an almond snicker bar.

Boxes all over the floor. Shelves wiped out. Total mess. And they had inventory tags everywhere like they were about to have inventory. I dont see how. Completely out of milk cheese and eggs
