Raggedy and ghetto. 0 effort. -1 customer service. Most diesel pumps dont work, paper receipt never available, im sure they proud of it too lol. Pathetic but oh well, the best they got, cant be mad 😁🤣🤣🤣

I wasn't going to review this Circle K. I only stopped in for gas. It was that simple. But for some reason, the receipt didn't print on my pump. So I had to go in to retrieve one. Of course I had to wait in line. So after I got my receipt, I noticed a few different people who we were all talking out at the pumps. Everyone of us didn't get a receipt.So I have to wonder. What are the odds that all the receipt tapes ran out at the same time? Or is it more likely a ploy to get people in the store that probably would not have entered? Once inside they may buy something. It's either that, or Circle K just doesn't care and doesn't fill the tape. I have a feeling it's the first scenario.I can't say much about the inside of the store. I didn't really look. I was thinking more about paying at the pump so I didn't need to go inside and wait in line, as I waited inside in a line. I just chaps my ***.

I'm never going here again after dealing with these low class clerks too lazy to do a simple task like refunding my money to my card. The female clerk was too busy shoving food in her mouth at the registure to help i guess. I put the wrong pump number on my checkout and bought a drink. The clerk told me i had to go outside and cancel at the pump after so asked for a refund. Then she procceeded to ignore me and throw my recipt on top of a pile of recipts. I told her i needed my recipt back. She dug in an found it. Then just walked away ignoring me. I just stood thier waiting for her to give me a refund. I realized she wasnt paying attention and then I told her i still need a refund for the drink then she (with a seriously nasty attitude) gave me cash for the drink. I told her i wanted the refund on my card and she refused to do so and just stood there with the cash in my face. They are clearly a rasist by the attitude given to me. The completly gaslight me acting like I was in the wrong while I wasn't yelling and I was very calm. i still had to go to the pump before anyone pulled up to it to cancel and i didnt even get a recipt for the cancelation. These people acted so rude to me. I was calm and explained there is no way that you cant refund this to my card. I will never be back to any circle k. As much money as I spend in this place it's a joke for me to ever spend another dime. This place is ghetto and trashy and everything is dirty anyway.8:57 Aug.

The customer service was horrendous I would say that there needs to be significant changes whoever owns the store or if it’s corporate that definitely needs to be a complete overhaul in the way the customers are treated!!!!!!!!

Worst store. Be careful when you beer they overpriced the beer for around 2 dollars over the price listed in the coolers. And if you show the picture of the price is listed in the cooler they say sorry we don’t do anything. Ridiculous. This been happening for the las 3 months and they don’t care.

Most expensive gas in town, the pumps don’t accept any type of card and if they do, the buttons are broken and the user is stuck on the interface waiting for the machine to time out. Severely understaffed and seemingly overworked employees treat customers like a herd of cattle. Always missing stock items, and the employees play their own explicit music on the speaker system. I’ve tried and tried to like this place, because of its convenient location, but now I just drive a little further for a place that can operate like a real business. Unless you know the employees personally, don’t waste your time here - just go across the street.

While in the store located by Hammond square mall on 9/30/21 I witnessed a drunk guy in the store, employees slamming money on the counter and threatening to meet him ( the drunk guy) in the parking lot, lots of cursing, and girls walking out( quitting) one girl left at register almost in tears and ready to quit herself. Store definitely needs better management.

This location was the worst. Employees were rude. Soda machines need to be cleaned. All the soda from the machine tasted flat. A soda got spilled and I told an employee, she did not say anything just gave me a look. Never cleaned it. I will not go back to this locatio

Every time I have gone there they are never able to print me a money order, because machine is broken. They are either to lazy or just don't know how to do so,but it is very aggravating to continue to stop there to get told the same thing every time machine down. They are very rude about the situation
