So I get two fountain drinks so I get in the wrong line by accident thinking there's 2 cashier's 2 lines but not the case so the cashier with a nasty nasty attitude tells me you in the wrong line with the biggest attitude. So then I get in thr right line .She checks me out I got this circle k app on my phone that you can get free drinks and other things we'll I hand her my phone she says that wasn't an app that I screened shot that barcode accusing me of trying to scam for 2 free drinks so she tells the other cashier to look at my phone and she to said it was a screen shot while I. Feeling so humalated and so Embarrassed cause there's like 6 people behind me.They scanned it even though they were saying it was a screen shot because they didn't know what they were doing.So I paid for the drinks and left the store in a panic causing me to have a panic attack in not lying about that or any of this experience. So later I look at my app and the 2 drinks were indeed deducted from my app I've used the app in the last couple of weeks in other circle k never had a problem the cashiers were nice.But this circle I will never go back in.By the way their drawer should of been over by $1.88

Cashier accused someone of stealing who wasn’t. Gave them nasty looks the whole time before the incident. It was discrimination. Plain and simple. Will never go back.

On January 25 2021, 6:40, cashier was using “Bluetooth”, having a casual convo, I placed my items on counter, ask for an item the cashier had access to. The entire transaction including my request for an item in their control, the only thing the cashier ever said was to tell me the total of my purchase. And they never stop talking on the phone, and it was a casual conversation. Rude, snooty and just a poor person to place in contact with the public! Had enough of this place !Since Circle K took over this location from The Corner Store franchise it has gone downhill.

Today was HOT outside all I wanted was my favorite banana frozen drank. They had no large lids so I tell the manger and she sends her clerk to find some. After 10 minutes I ask the manger if I can just put the lids worth in my cup and I thought she said yes. (I didn't realize at the time, she was telling someone on the phone yes.). So, I get me a lid full. When I'm walking out of the store she tells me I owe her 89 cents. I tell her I don't understand so she tells me never come in her store again. When I'm walking out she tells the black guy in line behind me she can't stand these white Boys. (She didn't know that that black guy is my boss.). I hope all the Circle K's in Hammond aren't like the Valero Conner Store in Hammond, Louisiana (who is owned by Circle K). I guess Racetrack is the way to go if you want to be treated with respect.

It isn't the cashiers job to fill the paper outside at the pump. Have visited several times always out of paper. No reason to pay at the pump if you need a receipt and still need to walk in!

It's closed for remodeling at the time. Don't know how long it'll be before reopens but can get fuel at pumps with debit credit card.
