I was buying a brand new PC and having a couple issues with the online transaction. I got help from David in customer service. Awesome guy and was incredibly helpful. Super knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about making sure everything went smoothly. Give this man a raise ASAP!

Not as easy to find a price on many items. But the employees working the floor are most willing to help, without being pushy.However, I can’t say the same for the person who was monitoring the entrance. I went to check out but no one was at the checkout counter. Once I got the guy’s attention so he could call for a checkout employee, he told me to check out at Customer Service.So I crossed over to customer service along with another customer. We waited in line as the Customer Service guy helped the customer already there. Then he disappeared without any comment.Eventually the person at the door came over and checked us out.Time wasted for something I could buy online, but I try and shop locally first.I maybe have to rethink that with BestBuy.Especially considering past experiences that were worse than this one.

The general manager Juan at this store is the best general manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very insightful, professional, and knowledgeable about the products in the store as well as online. He deserves a raise.

Love electronics? Then you'll be in heaven!Best Buy always has great quality and they will price match items if you find something at another store at a discounted price.Today we went in and Tyler helped us search for a camera. I was looking for something specific and unfortunately they were out of stock. It's all good though. Tyler was cool and very helpful.We'll be back next time.

Wow. 1 checkout at customer service. I didn't walk into your sorry store to stand in line for 10 minutes. Not under the huge sign that says checkout, either. Their motto should be, "why didn't you just use Amazon?"

Bad customer service. Employees show no regard to try to help you. They just tell you to go to talk to someone else who will send you to talk to someone else. Or they just tell you they will send help and never do. Got no help at all.

They are getting rid of cashier's. They want you to download their App to check out. I don't want to do this. They forced me to check out at Customer Service. This person has to many jobs. Took me 20 minutes with only 4 people in front of me to check out. Do returns and special orders that she had to deal with. I like Best Buy. But my experience was negative!! Is this what Corporation wants?

No place really deserves 5 stars. Think about 5 star service. You don't get that anywhere you go these days. Really, a 4 star is very high. 3 star is deserving. I give 4 stars because a couple of associates really went the extra bit to help find what I was looking for and what I may need instead of just a cheap price. Extra 100$ and get the same tv with everything extra I may need if it was to be for gaming. Finally got me an 85-inch tv! It is huge! But cheap. It will service its purpose. 55 to an 85 is major. Not a tv review, but satisfied. The right associate is very valuable.

Overall the place was nice, loved my view of the swimming pool and palm trees... As far as the casino, Im not a big fan of them and I could've did without the smoke..

Full-time employees are generally very knowledgeable and kind but a lot of the floor staff are part time or temporary and they are not very helpful. I had to wait for an hour to speak with the mobile tech. The cs rep was very nice.

Employees are very critical to most trips to best buy. Hammond Square has excellent customer service and employee turnover is far and few between, that being Said the management team does an excellent job! Thank you

Kinda confused(like everyone else waiting in line) why you don't have the checkout area open? It's confusing and twice I had to move lines and get 5 people behind I started because you all have the pickup line right next to the checkout line...beyond that the line 2 people deep goes into the cell phone case? Very confusing. And more importantly leaves plenty of inter customer frustrations. Equating you to double McDonald's drive through not a complimentThe staff employees are great by the way no reflection on the staff

The employees were very cordial and polite. But the TV stand I purchased wasn't worth the price I paid for it!! It was cracked in three places and it had scratches on the corners and the top. The color stick that was sent with it didn't match the wood. I found out Best Buys Does Not Accept 🤙 Calls In The Local Stores!! I had to reorder "1" piece of the stand that came from London. It took quite a while but I finally got it.

I didn't end up buying anything, but I was looking at home theater settings and all of the display models worked. I think that's a first for me. I like to see, hear, and touch what I'm buying so it's a big factor for me to experience the product.

What kind of geek squad doesn’t carry the back glass for a iPhone when it’s one of if not the most popular phones out there. No help don’t recommend coming here for a cracked screen repair since they will just point in every direction
