Completely over priced. They overprice by 60% and then knock it down 30%. Do yourself a favor and check prices elsewhere.

Left work early to get there before they left for lunch. Got there and only counter person was assisting customer, so I waited. This encounter lasted over 30-40 minutes before it was completed. I then went to counter to buy fence posts but was told that I couldn't get them because they were going to lunch. I waited in showroom over 40 plus minutes then wanted to purchase product from you, and nobody at your store could just give me the fence posts to put in my car. I will never again come to this company, extremely poor customer service. Horrible way to do business when a customer waits for service then basically gets told you can't get service cause we have to go eat lunch. Would have taken somebody approximately 30 seconds to grab fence posts but I guess that's too much to ask for.

After completing the initial request for an estimate for my fence 2-3 months ago and speaking to a representative, I still wasn't placed on the list for someone to come to my home. If I hadn't called them to check on the status a month later, I wouldn't have been placed on the list. I called back and was told I should her from someone in about 2 weeks. A month later, I called back and was told someone would call. Over a week later, Patrick finally calls and expects to come to my house at that moment as if all I do is sit around waiting for them. He stated he would come the following morning. I never heard from him again. I guess they decide who they want to provide services for. Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Took a little longer than I would have liked but now that it's done, I love it. The cedar fence makes the whole yard smell good. The owner Tim is very nice and the installers were very nice too. It was worth it to me just to have someone who would stand behind there work. I hope my fence buying days are over but I would call them again if I needed one

The crew was prompt and on time to start the installation. We walked the job site to ensure no existing problems would be encountered. Upon review of the completion of the installation the crew did outstanding job, the site was cleaned of all reminants, installation was flawless and professional. I would highly recommend Westside Fence to my family and friends.

They worked in the rain and cleaned up other contractors trash making sure the area was really clean at my house before they left. I called this place because I needed my fence repaired and they're local. A guy came out to do estimate and measurements. We were talking about the work and he was telling me he used to live in Chalmette and move to Mississippi. Somehow he got on illegals and "all kinds of people" that now live in Chalmette and I just stared at him. Before he was done I already knew I didn't want to have any work done by him or this company. I had also asked do they do deck work because I wanted to enclose mine. He just straight said no. You do wooden picket fences and don't do wooden decks? He never called or emailed me the estimate, which didn't matter anyway.
