I go out of my way to get my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. They are very knowledgeable, do not make me wait long while waiting to fill a RX and give me instructions which is very much appreciated. Also the store has more inventory than the other Walgreens stores I’ve used plus very clean and laid out to easily find items.

They did not have my meds and had to order them. They came in with a half order ( 2 weeks) and said they would have the full order soon. They never ordered it but kept telling me it was at the store, but when I would go to the store ( after the long wait in line ) they would say they didn't have it and would have to order it. They do not have your interest in mind

It’s was a pretty good place especially I like when one of the possible former employees who’s probably now working at the one in San Diego California who’s named Stacey smiled at me and kind of looked out for me a little bit when I lived over on the Westbank altogether. But after hearing all the reviews about it which aren’t all that good I don’t know if I want to visit over there again one thing is definitely for certain I do thank Stacey herself for her little debt of gratitude towards me and it was very well appreciated as well I do indeed wish her nothing more than the best her future endeavors altogether.

The service of the pharmacy are so slow over three hours to get a medicine for my child incredible. They say they’re so busy, but nobody was in the line, I think three hours to get a medicine is really really fair.

I picked up some medications and needed to get a case of water. I was not in the condition to lift it at the time and Barbara at checkout not only got the water for me but walked out and loaded it into my vehicle. It was incredibly kind of her and I just wanted to say how much I appreciated it.

This is excluding the pharmacy. I had a gift card that has 35+ dollars. It didn't work. The manager cameand had a bad attitude. I called the number she gave me and updated her either the info, howeverno use. I have a card we cannot use. Bad customer service

The Asian female pharmacist who's name is "Phi Nguyen" is very racist to her pharmacy staff employees! She makes very rude comments about them & even behind their backs. She is literally someone who demean your work ethics. The Store manager who is a male Caucasian that goes by the name of "Duriel Marshall" is a well known colorist individual and is racially bias towards the African American women in this staff especially the pharmacy staff. They are malicious managers who has a hugereputation about firing staff wrongfully & being discriminating towards employee's in this Walgreens! BE AWARE because now I am a victim to this sort of ACT!

Absolutely horrible people. The pharmacist doesn’t care at all, she loves to yell at people just trying to get their medication. It’s been a week since my prescription has been ready for pickup but they refuse to fill the prescription, I’m pretty sure it’s illegal and she needs to be fired.

I don't know when these reviews for the staff being rude, but I have been using this Walgreens since it was on the other side of Terry Parkway. I have never and neither has my wife ever witnessed the staff acting this way. I have seen rude customers and the staff has graciously handled them. It's clean nice store when ever I visit.

I came to get a passport photo. Let's keep in mind this was my second fail attempt to get a passport photo at walgreens in the same day. My first attempt was barataria/la palco (read that review). I came to the photo counter which traditionally is separate from front counter. An African-American cashier stated i needed to get in the regular line to get service from photo area to which I repeated out loud to clarify that the instructions given were verified. I wait 5 minutes in line to get called by the same lady , when i arrived to the counter I stated I needed a passport photo to which she replied "oh, we not doing passport photos".... you think 🤔 that could've been proactively asked before I was staged in a line for a service that wasn't even being offered? " Welcome to New Orleans ".

I would give more stars but the fact that they close at midnight every night is a drag.. Aside from that all of the employees are kind gand helpful. Especially the lady that usually works the front counter with blonde hair is always smiling and so welcoming. Definitely recommend!!

I normally go to the Walgreens on wall and lapalco but they were about to close and I needed the medication tonight so they sent me to the Walgreens on Terry parkway. The tech at the window was very unprofessional after I gave her my prescription. She forgot to turn the speaker off and she made a rude comment about me which I heard what she said. I will never go to that Walgreens again

Just had the most horrible experience at this location over nothing. I took four item to the register to do a price check. There was no line and it is before 9am. The cashier states I can only check one item for you and gave me a look as though she cannot believe I would be checking prices. She called the manager and everything to see if they are allowed to check prices at the register?Do you have a price checker like Walmart or Target? Is there another area I can check the price?By the time she had things sorted I could have already been home.

I will no longer be using this pharmacy. For the last 5 months i call in for my refill they always tell me they have the meds in stock and when i go to pick them up the next day they always say they are out of stock an would have to order it and it could take up to two days to come in I will no longer be using this pharmacy

Their cashier Nancy is very rude I kept asking for change in ones she completely ignored me and just stood there and looked at me even when I asked again I loved coming to this store because of the pharmacy is really quick and nice but I will not return to this one that lady is very unprofessional

Tienen mal servicio en la farmacia y se tardan más de 3 horas para para rellenar una prescripción y aparte de eso tienen mala actitud con los clientes cuando uno pregunta por las prescripción.They have bad service in the pharmacy and it takes more than 3 hours to fill a prescription and apart from that they have a bad attitude with customers when one asks for the prescription
