Twice we’ve come here for paint- and twice we’ve been “helped” by the same lady. Extremely rude and acts annoyed at everything. I’m all about giving people second chances but that lady hasn’t changed her attitude in two separate times. The guy that was there was super sweet and helpful on the other hand.

if i could i’ll give them a zero stars.. i had to wait 30min to have somebody unlock the lock for a weed eater.. i kept asking what was going on and they literally snapped on me tryna say i got to wait ..i waited for 30min!!! this place has the worse customer service i aver experienced in my life!

Came here while out of town. Would not exchanged an umbrella, looked up the receipt on my card and claimed it was from last year. The thing is, I’ve only had the card for four weeks. Still doesn’t make sense that they would show receipts from last year for a card. That’s only a month old.

I've gone to all the home depots in a 50 mile radius. This one is by far my favorite. The young gentleman running the saw was extremely helpful and kind.

This location is a circus/zoo hybrid. Needed lumber pulled from the parking lot but after being handed off to different associates & waiting for 30 mins, I ended up jumping on top of 4 stacks of lumber to bust the straps and move lumber from the 6th and 5th stack on side of it, JUST to get to what I needed under it from the 4th stack. Stacked what I moved neatly on the ground as well as loading my order in the truck , which took all of ½hr , was positively faster than the HOUR OR MORE it would've taken someone to willing help. I'd rather go to a remote jungle & mill my own lumber than to grow old & gray waiting for employee assistance at this Dome Sleepo location 😤

Today's visit was pretty good. I was greeted when I entered the store and when I went to the appliance dept ,the service clerk assisted me with my issue in a timely manner. So I thought maybe I'll visit the garden center to see what plants were new. I was thrilled to find two healthy looking flapjacks to add to my arrangement. The gentleman at checkout had such a pleasant upbeat attitude. So the score this visit was a 3 for 3 ,which means greeting, assistance and checkout. Very good HD.

This location is not flat bed trucker friendly, plus the forklift driver sucks honestly but might be his first time or just grumpy who knows. I have a sleeper and 48ft trailer and it was a very tight unloading area. As for the unloading area it’s in the back next to a Rally’s burger place, it’s the first entrance you see after you go under the bridge on the right side. I’ve attached pictures but they aren’t the best.

Went in for this air can. It had ok reviews but the 1 with the really great reviews wasn't in stock.Maybe I can catch it when it is in stock.Plus I was interested in folding tables for my projects.The website was alittle confusing but I eventually noticed that if it is in stock it'll tell u exactly where it is located like the air can was in row/aisle 40 and section 30 or something and that was VERY helpful.Oh yes and this location didn't have my folding tables either but I saw online it was in stock in kenner so I'll take a look over there

Look up on line for products and then go to Home Depot and then out of stock. So now I call first to talk to a representative but it don't happen because there is not one available after holding on phone for a half an hour or more and then being hung up on three times.AND!!!!!. I am a Contractor.Fed Up! with the service at Home Depot. Also always running out of very much needed products.Upset after traveling to Home Depot. MY TIME! is valuable too.

We needed to replace our 45 year old washer and dryer, and a much newer freezer. The lady we worked with was helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the people Home Depot hires to deliver are rude and incompetent. Because of them, I do not have my appliances. Because of them, I must cancel my appointments for a FIFTH day. They could not be bothered to advise me on Monday that they would not have my freezer on Friday. No, I will not move five bookcases, my grooming table, a closet and a baker's rack so you can bring them in through the front door and navigate three 90 degree turns plus a door which opens in the direction of the hall for the washer and dryer, and five 90 turns for the freezer. I want you to bring them straight up my driveway, in through the side door and across to the laundry room. For the freezer, you will bring it up the drive, in my gate, and put it into place inside the back door. Yes, there are U boxes in the drive, but it's still accessible. Oh, and do not complain because I parked MY car in front of MY house. This is not the first time I have had issues with delivery. It should be noted that the delivery men demanded a $75 CASH fee to set the freezer door to a left hinge. Home Depot says there is no fee. When this was reported to the delivery company, the response was (shrug) "We can’t track cash fees." In other words, it's fine with "Last Mile in St. Rose, LA" if their drivers rip off customers.. Home Depot is a decent place to get appliances. Delivery is another matter altogether. As of 5/18/22, and four delivery apps, with another scheduled for today, I do not have my appliances. I did receive the appliances on 5/18, although I had to argue with them because they insisted that it was drop off only and not the removal of the old appliances and installation of the new ones. They left old hoses dumped in my dining room. And on 21 May, I received a call that they would be delivering my washer and dryer in half an hour. If I were less honest. I would have taken delivery on the duplicate set and then sold it to compensate me. As of 1 June, I have not received the promised discounts to compensate for the hassle. Guess I get to waste another morning on the phone. Again, HD is a good place to buy. I cannot recommend "Last Mile" delivery.

I have a great experience at this location. I bought several items. Than I was missing one item. So of course I went into that section.man I wasTOTALLY IMPRESSEDThe gentleman that helped me pointed me in the right direction but the kicker was a guy came up and ask for something in a totally different departmentMan the employee with outSkippin a beat told whatWhat aisle to go to what side of the shelf the section man those guys really know their store I would recommend them to everyone I know even if they came from the other side of the river this home Depot is the best just one man's opinion. Most unprofessional place I've ever seen in my life. The way y'all treat employees is down right worse than Walmart. Never will spend a Penny at home Depot again. Marrero and this one is disgusting, dirty, unprofessional, and staff is disrespectful as hell.
