I shop here a lot but I probably won't be shopping here often anymore. The lack of customer service in the store is absolutely disgusting, I waited for a good period of time for somebody to arrive at customer service, several employees passed me I counted at least five employees who not one of them said anything about customer service being closed or if somebody was Manning customer service what have you. I had to ask somebody if customer service was open, they said yes they went to a person who was supposed to be the manager who said "I know she'll be back in a minute" and still nobody assisted me nobody told me that she was going to be back in a minute the guy who asked the manager anything just walked away and ignored me, the entire time I was there I was just ignored. This is the worst Run Rouses market I've ever seen in my life.

Had a craving for some quick Sushi & Sake so I stopped in, rather than driving past Rouses. Everything prepared looked so good it took me longer to decide what I wanted than it did to pop in & out. Very worth my time because it was fresh and delicious. (My final decision was made between two choices of which one was on special for a $6. Tuna & Salmon Sashimi combo).Update: I Just added some photos of a "Doggie Treats" section. It looks like some homemade Dog Biscuits/Cookies and some pig ears.

Kinda busy today due to Mardi Gras season but clean store.Busy today due to Thanksgiving Day tomorrow. Still well stocked.Store is always clean and stocked. I enjoy shopping at Rouses as it is convenient and close to home. Much better than shopping at Walmart (aka wally world). The employees are helpful and have more registers open. Now with some of the new employees they are NOT customer friendly.

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ROUSES there is and the customer service that I always receive in the deli! Melissa is always rude when I come in the deli and closes the deli at her leisure! I’ve reported her to the manager James on several occasions and his leadership is also in question. He does absolutely nothing about it and claims the he documents each time but yet to prove it. When I challenged him on the situation he said that this was the first time but when I produced the video from my phone if each time that this has happened, of course he was shocked and didn’t know what to say!

Great grocery store if you like waiting 40 minutes+ to check out. I’m not sure where the cost increase for groceries is going besides to shareholders because certainly it is not going to quality employees. Morning crew is great…Sunday afternoon = terrible.

Between Rouses and the beef people, when I menu plan around their sales, I save more money than I would at Walmart. I prefer Rouses cause they sell local brands and products. The meats and produce are always fresh!! And I'm not going to lie. Whatever they use in their boils is AWESOME!! I love the crawfish!!!

Stop to get bell peppers for Chop up... nice store but prices WAY TO HIGH. Update December 32022. Stopped to get broiled crabs special. Well got them home n mush. Light weight n any meat was like mash potatoes.. took them back for sure. They are broiling them n then still them in hot water to keep warm. Bad idea. When to small seafood behind Rouses. Crabs were 6.00 more but well worth it. Packed with meat n bigger

This Rouses is Awesome haven't been to this one in Awhile.It's Setup is Different than other Rouse's When we went the Young Lady who was Our Cashier was Named Robin she actually came in on Her Day Off.The Manager actually Thanked her for Coming In.She was Very Professional Respectful Polite,Kind and Friendly.I didn't get the Managers Name But She was Also Very Professional, Respectful,Polite and Kind.All Employees we Interacted with Were Very Friendly it makes A Difference when you go Somewhere and The Employees and Managers are Actually Glad to be at Work and Taking Care of there Customers. Store Very Clean and Organized.So Thank You All for a Great Experience We Will Be back.✌This Rouses like I said Before is So Clean All Employees and Managers Very Polite Friendly,Kind and Respectful and are Very Helpful and Knowledgeable.Thank you for Always Greeting your Customers with a Smile ✌

The new remodel is nice. I don't care for the long isles to much. But the outside edges are wonderful! Have always loved Rouses! Thank you all. Was also very disappointed that you were not shipping king cakes this year. I send yearly to Arizona. Hopefully next year!

I know things are expensive right now, but holy... The selection for most items is garbage as well - God forbid someone wants full fat yogurt or wheat bread that isn't pure sugar. I'm pretty sure they'd use one bag per item if possible, too. A self-checkout would be nice. I can't believe this is the best store within 2 hours of Venice.Decent beer choices!

Very upset needed cash back as I was reading the cashier hit the total an told me I couldn't get cash back an rush me odd. I am a cashier so I know that you have to wait if I hit the cash buttons she was so rude I am an elderly woman so I am not as fast as I use to be but I am not rude to my customers that was not call for. Honestly a great selection of items. I can't believe their cheese selection and water crackers...I just want to stock up each time.Great fruit and veggies too.Last big stop before heading south on 23 for a weekend, stock up.Always friendly staff!

Rouse's never ceases to please. I'm overjoyed everytime I walk through their deli, produce department, and bakery! Fresh everything, staples, sundries, and specialties for kinfolk and connoisseur alike. The other day when I stopped in after work I was assisted by the very affable, very gracious Chris. This fine young man turned my partly stormy attitude... err... umm... afternoon, into a warm and sunny rest of my day. Thank you, Chris!I'll never again ask myself, "What if...?" when I can say, "Well, Hello there..."

Once again Rouses tells us they have crawfish and only 5 minutes later, all they have is about 2#. This isn’t the first time this store has done that but it’ll be the LAST time. Perhaps for me, maybe the entire chain. My wife did however purchase a half dozen crabs. Would have been better off just eating the $15. Totally empty shells and salty almost to the point of being inedible. Rouses once again proves they’re more hype than substance.

Rouses is a little bit more expensive than other stores but I really like it. The produce is wonderful and the people who work there are very pleasant and kind. The store is clean and neat the aisles are wide and easy to maneuver. Parking is plentiful.

Rouses never has enough sales items. I always leave without all the items I came to buy. However, the store is always clean. They have a large selection of local products. Also, the seafood dips they make in store are delicious.

Nice people, mostly good check outs lines. Had renovation going on almost done product placement has changed some, but looks good. Done with renovation, nice layout. Still friendly.

Absolutely love this rouses been here many many times, me and my mom always hit the salad bar, old school type s, get a salad a soup etc. sometimes the lines a bit absurd and only one cashier but it’s no big because this store is AWESOME and total Yeet bro. Not to mention I love the salads and the salad bar. Don’t go here if your vegan.

I always get my birthday cake here. So far, they can put whatever design you want on it and I've been very happy with it. Also, you can also get fresh ready- made finger sandwiches any time!

The variety at Rouses is great. Prices high. With that combination one would expect fabulous customer service. Not so. Whole Foods variety and prices plus Wal-Mart customer service equals a not so impressive shopping experience. Cashiers do not greet or thank customers either.

This location was clean, and well stocked. The employees were very helpful. I was looking for some items I could not find.. The employees approached me and asked if I needed help. I was very pleased with my visit at this location. I will be returning. 😊
