I shop this site all of the time and have gotten many family members to shop here. However today they were completely out of line and extremely rude to me. Hey, lady was looking at jewelry in the jewelry counter and a person was showing her things. I waited my turn and asked to see a ring. After the lady showed the other customer thing, she sat down and ignored me. Politely to see the ring. I was told I needed to go in line to a cash register, and the person at the cash register would have to show me. Grant you no one was in line and I was not ready to check out. I was like really I have to go in line. I’m not ready to check out I just wanna see something. Again was rude and told me you gotta go get a cash registered person to bring you to see it. I proceeded to go online into the cash register, and the guy tells me I need to go to an empty register number five or no one is. I said all I wanted to do was see some jewelry. I’m not ready to check out. There are about five people back there and it is a little before 4 o’clock. I told the guy there’s no one at that register I just want to see jewelry. Everyone then proceeds oh, you go show her the jewelry and then they said no to each other. Then they say well I’m going on break I’m going on break too. No one wanted to show me the jewelry. At this point I’m very upset. The guy from the cash register comes over says I’m at register that’s why I was telling you go to five. The person starts to go to the jewelry counter. They say oh we were just playing with you. I said, no y’all were rude. I asked them to just show me what I want to see. Another person says, I’ll take her over. You go to the cash register. The experience was horrible. I can not find a corporate number to report them. By the time I left I was shaking, mad and almost in tears. Never before have I been treated like this before. Seems like it could have been a racial thing, but one can’t know for sure.

I have been coming to this store since it opened ,the SPANISH speaking people are horrible, they loose there children while shopping, and announcements have to be made, they act like its the first place they have ever been, they steal out of the store, hide merchandise, steal out of others carts. They talk loud and make a complete mess of the store, There Children run around the store unattended, and the make the employees work harder, I have no choices but to vote Republicans this has to stop,and the sad part it's everywhere you go.

Lots of great merchandise! But, this store is cash only. You don't know this unless you are a regular shopper. There are signs on the register, but none that I noticed at the entrance. They do have an ATM with a $2.95 fee.

Me and my friend were only LOOKING at a sweater we really liked which was on a yellow rack which apparently means you can’t even look at, touch, or purchase the item. While we are looking at the sweater a worker yelled at us and said we couldnt purchase that item. We then told her we were only looking at it and she responds by roughly grabbing the sweater and pushing it away from us!! We would’ve bought the item!

The most amazing little shop that we have ever gone to. They have the largest selection in the area and across the whole US of a for our thought. The people were all very extremely nice from the guests all the way to the staff. We found everything we wanted or needed and then more. Thanks to our friends showing us this place, we now have a new home for our thrift shopping in your city. We loved it and will be back when out this way for sure without a doubt! Amazing job yall!

I got a great deal on a rolling walker in great shape at Red White Blue Thrift Store. I paid only $19.99! My 95 year old mom loves her “new” walker! I also found some great clothing buys for her.

Wow, this is the Worst Thift store in Nola. Not only are they over priced but they are well known for changing tags when a new colors come out. Management is rude and just don’t care. They sell Nike shoes for $300+, knock off Coach purse for $300+. Only store in Louisiana has no idea what they are doing and they don’t care. Also, selling Pokémon cards for $25 for a box of element cards. Over priced and hell to deal with, management often changes staff.

I visited the red white and blue on Laplaco Blvd and I must be honest I've been coming to this store for years I've meet good people but I have to point out the young lady by the name of Destiny! Kind of heavy set lady with glasses, She must be commended on her customer service skills and also he very kind and helpful ways! Not too often you meet someone in the store or at their job that brightens you up because they have such a positive and graceful attitude! I even tried to tip her but she gracefully refused and explained that it was her job! She wasn't my original cashier! She was called over to assist me by another young lady that was originally handling my transaction. I'm guessing she is a manager! If she isn't than that store needs to know to promote her and if she is keep up the excellent work! I usually never wrote a review but because of her I will be returning! Thank you Destiny

Saturday was half off everything but one color. I don't know if Lapalco store is under new management, the hold store had the same color, the color that was not a discount. It is impossible for everything to be the same color. Don't waste your time going, there's nothing on discount.

These people are out of their minds! Prices are extremely high. Dollar tree items marked $5? Are you kidding me? Board games marked $15. Crock pots for $25. Beat up toasters for $20? Walmart jeans for $15? No thanks. I go to thrift stores to save money, not spend more than brand new retail for beat up stained junk.

Sorry to see Miss Peggy gone from the place I loved to go see every week so much. 5 stars because Vedra is another employee with a great attitude and always helpful. Her section is always neat and ready for looking through stuff. She also has ideas to make out better but adding mirrors in her station to allow customers to view clothes without having to go across the store.

Excellent, love the deals that u find. Some things i feel are high for being used, but if u watch the tags for 50% off you can get some great deals. I love shoping there. Thanks red white & blue. I find the employees are very nice.

Wednesday is senior day. But they change stuff so I would ask first.. different colors on half price. The best stuff is high price n not on sale.. They get this stuff free n prices are very high..

I have noticed that the red white and blue has gone up on their prices dramatically especially the one on Lapalco. The lady at the counter would not take my change I have been going to the store for years and always paid in quarters. They said they would not take my loose change that I had to have it rolled the last time I had it rolled they busted it to make sure that it was all there. Now they're telling me that they will only take it rolled and a kind of set me because I've always been nice and I've always stacked my coins up and the lady was very short with me so I had to go to the ATM to pull it out which cost me an extra 2.50 probably going to cost me an even more because of my card is finicky about what ATM i use. Thank you red white and blue for NOT being the awesome red white and blue I Used to Know.

There are some really nice clothing and home items here. However, the prices are way too high. Higher than Goodwill and other thrift stores I’ve been to. If you’re shopping to resell, you’ll have a hard time here.

Excellent hidden treasures! Unfortunately unprofessional rude and nasty customer service results in poor management! At the Lapalco location! Owner needs to clean house starting with a whole new crew front and back of the house. Things would run so smoothly and a joy to shop their replacing the negative entergy with positive! Hopefully this review falls in the right hands to expect change for the better.

Great place to ship especially for house and children. Must use cash only. ATM available. Wednesday senior day. Saturday everything half price except green tags which is most things. Adult clothing a bit pricey. Great prices and selection in sheets and towels. All in all great place to shop

3.5 honestly. Good spot where you can find a deal if the right tag color is on sale. Otherwise it can be pretty hit or miss. I'd say half of the stuff is overpriced for a thrift store, but again tag colors can make all the difference.

I drive a hr to come to The Red a few times a month and find so many goodies from clothing, shoes, music and movies and housewares. I love his place. People are friendly service is great.
