I’ve been struggling to find a good groomer in town, so this was my first time using Poochie Bella’s. They made a fantastic first impression!! ♥️ I requested a specific style different from the traditional westie cut, and they did it exactly right! Also there is a noticeable attention to detail on his paws and nails that I haven’t really seen at other places. I can tell the groomer here is experienced. Overall, communication and service was fantastic, and I’ll be coming back for sure! 🤩

If I could give a zero, I would. I brought my SIL's dog for a trim. I even gave them a list of what she wanted. He was brushed twice yesterday and again right before I brought him in the building. The groomer said he was too matted to just trim him---NOT. The groomer just didn't want to bother with him so she shaved him. He will not go there again.

This is regarding mobile grooming services. Where do I begin? It took about month to even get in touch with someone for scheduling. The first groomer we had never showed up for the appointment. I finally ended up with Sandi who was very nice, but nice doesn’t equate to dependable. We probably had 2-3 groomings with her until recently. She never scheduled our follow up service and I have not been able to contact her or any other groomer listed on the site.

Bring back Abby. It is impossible to get in touch with these people. We switched to a different girl after Abby left and have had nothing but horrible experiences. She never responds back to messages. She will give me a time and date and shows up hours after our appointment time. I messaged her yesterday to confirm todays appointment and heard nothing back. This company has gone down hill. My entire neighborhood has stopped using this awful company. The management has gotten many calls regarding all these issues and won’t do anything about it. Time to take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic service with a nice friendly staff. Great prices! Skip the big cooperations and come here. I have a 100 pound Newfoundland dog and was able to get the deluxe service for only 85 dollars.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have made an appointment for my boy to get groomed and again another no show. How do you have a mobile pet grooming service if your employees don’t even show up for appointments. Absolutely ridiculous. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Can't say enough about Jan!! She has been taking care of my babies for many years. Not just grooming them. She used to work at another facility that boarded them. That's where we meet. Ever since my babies have loved her.

I have to say,my Shih tzu,(Precious)is very skiddish,she is also blind and old. And I couldn't cut her any more. So my vet recommended Poochie Bella and it's the best place. Kim is Precious groomer I can't thank her enough for what she does. I would definitely recommend.

Two different groomers were completely unable to cut a pure bred yorkie appropriately. One shaved him, (said he was matted, he was not-she was 2 weeks late to cut him-generator problems) longer hairs on legs, head and face in numerous places, mustache uneven or shaved, no tipped ears. Horrible experience.

I loved Poochie Bellas at first. This year I haven’t been able to get my Pom Groomed since Abbie went on maternity leave. It is frustrating and there is only 1 person that I know of in the Saint Amant area. As of today, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them. Very disappointed.

The staff here is so friendly. Another pet salon butchered my big boys nails, then another said they couldn't help clean them up but Poochie Bella has been getting his nails back on track! Thank you!

This service is a bit expensive but very convenient just right outside your house and you can have your furbaby near. We were happy with the service until our dog got hurt and the groomer didn't say anything at the end looks like his eyes were irritated. But after taking him to the vet thank God my furbaby didn't loose his eye or his sight. Very very disappointed they need better communication with the dog owners.

I used Poochie Bella’s mobile grooming service for the first time today and I can’t say enough good things about them. Tiffany came to my house and did such a great job on my toy poodle. She was very professional and was also personable. She communicated with me during the grooming process and discussed a skin problem that was happening under all his hair. I was afraid my dog would be uncooperative as he was scared but she said he was an angel. I will certainly call Tiffany again for his next grooming. The convenience is well worth the price. I highly recommend Poochie Bella’s mobile grooming, and Tiffany.

Tiffany did an outstanding job! She squeezed me in last minute and did a great job grooming my dog. The service was very quick despite my dog needing a more intensive groom than we anticipated. I highly recommend using poochie bella and Tiffany.

They did a bath special and I decided to try them out since they had good reviews. The staff is very friendly and the waiting room is very clean. However my dog was there from 11-4 for just a bath I've had him fully groomed (standard poodle) in that amount of time or less. Also they left poop stuck to his butt so not really sure how well he was really bathed. The bandana was cute though...Recieved a phone call and was offered another bath I booked a grooming appt for tomorrow and will update my review then. The staff is very friendly I can't say that enough.I'm not deleting my initial review because that was my first experience but I have given them 5 stars because Rachel was awesome. She groomed Oscar in 2 hours (I didn't think she could do it that fast). If you have a poodle I definitely recommend Rachel! It is obvious she loves what she does and she is good at it too! I also appreciate the excellent customer service that they cared enough to make it right! We will see Rachel again in 6 weeks!.

I love Poochie Bella. I had to cancel 2 appointments due to chemo and not being able to drive. I was so afraid I would be cut. They understood my issues. They did my baby Harrison today and i am very happy with the cut. Thank you!

I took my toy dog here three times and that was it. They did an amazing job with her grooming but unfortunately every time we came to pick her up she always was extremely terrified and freezing. The groomer who worked with her seemed very aggravated that she was delicate and easily scared. I came here for my dog to be groomed and relaxed and unfortunately she did not feel that way even though she looked beautiful.

These are the nicest people you will ever meet. I don't trust my dog with many people but every Monday, Rhino, my silver lab gets a mud bath, blueberry facial and paw butter not mention everything else that comes with the bath package I get like teeth brushed and nails filed. He also every month or 2 gets a shave. Oh and I almost forgot about a different bandanna they give him for each grooming. They do such an amazing job. I have referred a lot of people here and now if you are reading this you should make your appointment ASAP.Thanks for doing such an amazing job!!!

I bring my Shihpoo, Winston, to Poochie Bella. The staff is professional and you can see how much they love and dote on their clientele. The last place I brought him for grooming gave him a poodle cut and I can't tell you how disappointed both he and I was. When I pick him up from Poochie Bella he is happy and playful with the staff and he has a perfect Shihpoo haircut. Oh, and he smells like a mens aftershave. He loves going there. I would highly recommend the staff at Poochie Bella range of services including spa services.

I took my very old weinie dog to them to get his nails clipped.. He hates having his nails done.. The ladies here were great with him! Instead of trying to clip his nails they used a nail grinder on him.. He was a happy old man after that! Highly recommend!! 💯🐶🐕🐩❤

All we can say about this place and it's employees is wow what an amazing job. My boyfriend brings his dog here and just about everyone he knows on the Westbank does now as well. If you have a pet and it needs to be groomed this is the best place we have found and we have tried quite a few places in Metairie, Uptown and Downtown New Orleans as well.

I brought my Australian Shepherd in for a trim and de shedding. When I picked her up, she was completely shaved down to her skin. Any professional groomer should know that you NEVER shave an aussie, it ruins their hair coat. I am extremely disappointed. We will never use them again.
