After spend $1632 to service my car and replaced my front strut, only to find out when I received my car and get home, the engine guard underneath the car was down and bent up.I returned to pep boys the following working and to find out I have to wait 2 hour after been sitting there for 1 hour to bolt up an engine guard.The sale advisor I spoke show me no care whatsoever, wonder if because my accent is different

My experience with Pep Boys was excellent! Employees were very friendly and courteous. Even had a few laughs! The only thing that bothered me just a little was the 2 new tires I had installed had a white film around the the rims. I think they should have cleaned that off. But other than that I would highly recommend Pep Boys and I will be returning to them in the future.

I live in Alabama but when I was in Gretna for Mardi Gras, it happened. I needed tires AND......wiper fluid. Sean took care of everything my truck needed. He didn't make me feel like a customer. He made me feel like family. Thanks Sean

Kevin, the service manager, is extremely thorough and patient. I usually have a million questions or concerns and he talks me through it all. I know exactly what is happening with my car thanks to the five star communication. They are not predatory with upselling services and I can trust that if they say I need something my car truly needs it.

Sean Heisler is one of the best customer sales driven employees. I brought my car for new tires today with a promised wait time of 1.5 hours, but I was out in less than 1. Not only is he efficient, but he is knowledgeable in his trade. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle.

Found a huge nail in my tire. This location is very close to my house. Barely made it there until tire was totally flat. I was taken care of right away. It was able to be patched thankfully. Highly recommend for service needs. The technician Sean, was great in handling my emergent issue. I will be scheduling my oil change here very soon.

I went to 6 shops that would not take me in to do a patch on my tire. They either said they didn’t have the time or didn’t feel like it. When I walked into pep boys they were super professional and understanding. They took care of me in a timely manner and understood the urgency I was facing. Scammers. They take advantage of people who don't know anything about cars...will lie and say things are broken when they aren't even related to the problem you're currently there for. Then they'll have you waiting there for hours and overcharge you for their "repairs and labor time". The "labor time" includes the 4+ hours they'll have you sitting there. Just bring your car to a local trusted mechanic! 🛢️ ⛽ 🔧 🚗 🛣️

I’ve used Pep Boys 3 times and I have to say that the 2nd time was not a good experience. But I wanted to go back again because, as an Uber driver, I really need my car to work in! So I called and told them everything and when I went back , Robert was there. Let me tell you, he’s efficient, listened to everything I said, got me a Pep Boys card (up to 12 months like cash) and because of that, I was able to get more work done that I had been putting off! And he took care of the past issue I had. He is on top of it and I recommend him highly! I like that they also do a comprehensive check up of the car so I’m not surprised by unexpected breakdowns. Check them out!Also they work 7 days a week and that’s so handy for people that work weird hours like me!Update: I had an issue with a prior visit and just discovered something else last night. I called the store and Mr. Steve was so nice! He totally corrected the problem right away and I can get back in the road again! Thank you, Pep Boys! I will certainly be bringing my car back there from now on!
