If you decide to pawn anything here, do your research on the item from eBay to other sellers and see the lowest cost the item has sold for. An know that the pawn will under bid for said item. If you go in with no knowledge of the item cost. The people here will look at the same thing or something similar to low ball the cost. These are not trust worthy people. I tried to sell an item here and they tried to severely low ball the price I was asking for. After doing my research and going to another place I got the price value I asked for.

Went in with a Troy pound of silver(16 1 troy oz bars, spot was at $23.75/oz the day I went in not even considering the premium on the silver bars) and they offered me $250, as I walking out the guy said no one is going to pay over $250 around here, ten minutes later I sold it for $360. Second low ball offer I got from this shotty establishment. If you have coins or precious metals don't even consider them!

Great place with employees who are very helpful. I use them as my firearm FFL dealer for transfers and they are convenient and professional. I can say that I had very little experience with “pawn shops” before this one. This place changed my perception of what a “pawn shop” looks like on the inside. I expected some run down Grungy place. But pawn depot is very clean and organized and far exceeds my expectations each time. Easy 5 star score from me.

Always have a excellent experience at this location. I am always quickly greeted by one of the employees or managers, they are extremely helpful in trying to find something, super knowledgeable about their products and do their best to give a great price on their items. They are also very fair with me when I needed to sell or pawn as well. Truly customer oriented.

Very clean and beautiful store with exceptional customer service. Took out a loan on my ring and received more then what everyone else offered. Also, noticed they have very customer friendly layaway program. Definitely will be back!

This is by far the cleanest pawn shop I have ever been in! The employees are always nice, are fun to talk to, and know their stuff! I have found everything I needed at this store..... I will always shop here now and can't to see how the other Pawn Depot stores, I bet that they are the same way!!!

Stay away from this place if you know what's best for you. These are some messed up people with no respect, govern, or morals. Please believe they will get what they deserve. The guy with the glasses is a known . There's also a short chubby fella that is begging to be dealt with. This place will get what it has coming. They have ripped people off for a while. They will insult your intelligence in a heartbeat.

Great experience everytime I go in there!Two times I have called and asked them to hold things for me until I get there and they have kept their word both times, most businesses these days would sell it to the next person that walks through the door just to make a buck instead of keeping their word with a customer and keep them coming back.

I normally don't give a five star review to any place I go but I must say that as soon as I walked into the door I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by a beautiful young lady who immediately asked me if I needed any help. I told her this was my first time ever In the store and was told too take my time and if I needed anything to just ask. I also met the manager of the store because I wanted to let him know how amazed I was at the looks of the inside. This place is so well organized and it reminds me of almost shopping in a department store rather then a pawn shop and I will say this that between the friendliness and just the atmosphere in this pawn shop I will definitely be back to do Bussiness without any second guessing. I'm a businessman myself and have been for 21yrs and I got to give credit where credit is do. I don't know the owner of the store but I take my hate off to you because you have what appears to be the A TEAM working for you so congratulations on your opening and I'll definitely be back wether it's for myself or bringing someone else in who doesn't know or hasn't heard about you. Ok first off I enjoy buying items that still have a lot of value to them from watches to tool and even air Jordans which r my favs to buy from the pawn depot......and not only do I have an option to buy I always have an option to sell or pawn which I do so that I may retrieve my items for a reasonable fee here at pawn Depot.......the managers are very cool 😎 and always has a joke for me and they all try there hardest to give me the most for my loans and the best deals for my buys......and I really appreciate it so much so that I will not do business with any pawnshop ever after meeting these guys.... because I was a about buyer pawner at cash America pawn but after constantly getting low balled on pawns, meeting a new manager every month, and having to buy insurance just to return a bought broken item I was done with cash America and have only and will only do business with pawn depot on the west bank or in Slidell thanks u guys for all the awesome deals on so many great items........... keep up the good work and good Bless 😊😊😊.....

I went to buy a red box sig and saw a polymer 80 glock that I was going to buy as well. I went to pick put my sig and the old guy sold the gun out from under me in less than 10 seconds. He then proceeded to complain about me not wanting it until the other guy swooped in IN FRONT OF ME. Go to Bj's down the road instead. They have been around longer and at least treat customers with respect.
