The manager here is an awesome and accommodating guy! Employees are all ok overall with a couple of more solid outliers. No issues, but the manager whose name begins with an 'F' (sorry, it escapes me at the moment writing this review) sets himself apart.

What's not to love, cheap tools for a cheap price. Yeah they have their limitations, but they get the job done for the most part. Joe, one of the managers, always takes care of me. All the staff are helpful and very nice.

Where to go for your basic tools. Stay away from some if the power brands. There are different tiers, google it. But for handtools or chip brushes or clamps or caster wheels etc. It's where to go

Told my sister we were registered at Harbor Freight for wedding gifts and darn if I wasn't in there getting EXACTLY what I needed for about the same price I'd have paid to rent it for a couple of days within a week of that "joke"!Harbor Freight Saved the Day!!!!

I love this place! Tools galore! Most of their tools are generic copies of other brand name tools, but at an affordable price. If you like tools and such, you have to visit. You won't be sorry you went

I was scared when I first went here. I'm just one man and barely one at that, but this store changed me. The reasonably priced tools and other men like me. I found a place I could wear jorts and not feel out of place. Men would point to each other and ask who let you in here. It was like listening to angels sing.

Harbor Freight is great for tools and accessories for everything at good prices. This store in NOLA isn't the best one I've been to but still had everything I needed.

Always a great experience at this location. Walked in asked for what I was looking for and was pointed to it immediately. I needed a 1/2 inch breaker bar. Had a 20 percent off coupon so I recieved a nice discount. I also got an LED work light for FREE. Look forward to their ads, coupons and sales books in the mail. They have been a big part of me becoming more handy around my home.

The quality of the tools has gotten better over the years. They do have COVID-19 restrictions in place, but the store is well lit and clean has always. On my visit last week, a staff member was going around disinfecting the display tools. There was only one cashier working as usual so expect a line

This place is always stocking shelf's so that's what it takes to be in business and I like places like that. If you go into any place that you don't see it being stocked, well it's not doing too good, so help them out, the next time you go back maybe the shelf's will be strong.

You can't go wrong with the 20% off coupon. Both location's are clean. Friendly cashier's and great store supervisor's that are on the showroom floor assisting guest's. The extended warranties are offered on most brand's of power tool's and other mechanical item's found throughout the store are a great purchasing incentive. The rate's are affordable, and like their ninety day return policy, the buyer should have a hassle free exchange or return contingent on the terms stated in the warranty and proof of purchase. An affordable place to shop and get the tool's needed for that weekend project without breaking the bank. Lol, and if you happen to break the tool you can get it replaced if you were wise enough to purchase the extended warranty! #hinthint

I love this place! I come here often just to browse and get some project ideas...sort of like when I visit Lowe’s. There is always a coupon or other deal going on. Very organized set up, but if you need help, HF has a very knowledgeable staff - as far as where to find things.

uh what can I say? Same O, very cheap prices for good tools!!.....PS: I had about 8yrs with the same $10 angle grinder, using it very regularly and finally gave up yesterday..90 amp still going strong after 9 rolls of .35 flux.. very happy with the quality per price.
