During my one-time visit to Dollar Tree, I was immediately struck by the sheer volume of items available. The aisles were packed with everything from kitchenware to stationery, all promisingly tagged at $1 or less.However, as I perused the products, I noticed that the low prices seemed to be indicative of the quality. Many items felt flimsy or looked like they might not last long.In summary, Dollar Tree doesn't hide what they are, you get what you pay for! The store presented a vast array of products at unbeatable prices, but the quality of some items may not meet everyone's standards.

Just wow! Worst store ever, okay so a female worker, working here who identify herself as MS. B ⚠️ Dark skin afraid American lady, older lady. Well she decided to buy all the antibacterial wipes and leave none for the customers literally she got in line to buy her wipes, and I asked her oh can I have just one and she said no.She literally brought all of them and save none for the customers. I was shocked because why not leave some for the customers why by all of them. First I thought she was taking them to stock up, but then she got in line to buy them. Must be nice to go shopping while you’re working. So when I asked the short light skin a little big cashier for ms B full name, she was a little rude to me about it and wanted to ask me all the questions, and I let her know I was doing a Google review because I did not like my experience.

The cashier was so friendly and knowledgeable! She knew where everything was. Dollar Tree never fails, they have the prettiest seasonal dish towels, mitts and pot holders to match! And clips to hold popcorn and chips closed!

It not just this store it pretty much any location you go to I do a lot of crafting and because Of this I tend to go to different locations looking for materials. I see the same issues at just about every store. If you call customer service you get the run around. The la k of professionalism is store wide.

They offer Cash-Back but rarely have enough cash to give. If u ask u are made to feel bad. They will give every excuse for not having funds for Cash-Back service. I went to a new cashier just opening their register and requested $20 cash-back. Big mistake. Excuse was, We can't give $20 until we make it. 2nd mistake I asked this rude cashier her name. Reply,"I don't have to give u my name".So employees aren't required to have name tags in store #390 Oakwood location. I have been shopping in this store for 12 years. I went there to buy paper towels on a Friday and there were NO paper towels. I spend lots of money in this store. I was told they Did Not Need My Business by this nameless cashier. Over this Cash Back incident...I live in this neighborhood and wish this store was better run.

I absolutely hate this place. The lines are always long. There are 5 or 6 employees just walking around with 1 or 2 cashiers open. Their attitudes are atrocious also. They are always arguing with the costumers in front of children and just not doing their jobs. I will drive clean across town just so I don't have to go to this horrible store and I know several other people who feel the same way.

Those ladies were a blast! I asked about an item when I walked in &the lady I asked said she didn't think they had it. About 30 minutes later, I hear the she lady asking a co- worker if they carried it.. how KOOL is that! She remembered me asking & continued to pursue an answer for me! Thanks for being a COSTUMER service role model!

Dollar tree is one of my favorite stores. Because, unlike other stores they confidently sell most of their MERCHANDISE at a dollar. Which, most should be. A lot of places, sell their products marked up and make them with the purpose of breaking. Although, the merchandise is easily broken, it is still a dollar.YAY!

Im gonna down them because it's the holidays, and just give a guess they had great sales but the store was pretty much out of any of my particular selection of items. Staff was also nice

This location that is next to Oakwoid mall is very run downed and need some attention to detail! I was not surprise that when walking into this establishment that the employees does not welcome you in. The shelf on each aisles was as if a hurricane went threw it. As I walked to use there bathroom it almost made me puke to see how filty and dirty this bathroom was.It was as if it was Mardi Gras time and I'm using a port ti pottie that's outside! Than to top it a off with a cherry on top,was when the cashiers was using large white trash bags that was off the shelf,not damaged, to place customers purchases in them. This is consider Shrink at its best, employees using companies merchandise without store using them as protecal! This locating hasn't had regular bags in over two weeks now! I didn't understand why this location couldn't get Bags from another location. I would never recommend this location to my family nor my friends!

This place used to have a friendly and nice environment. Now the workers there are horrible and have attitude problems. When they speak to the customer or when a customer ask a question, the employees are rude and mean to them. I would rather drive across the river to go to another location.

Very nice dollar tree! They have plenty of seasonal stuff still in. It's organized and the cashiers are actually kind of friendly.

I will always love the Dollar Tree even when they fully go to being Dollar Tree Plus, and even when they go up a quarter after January 1,2022.

Usually go several miles away to another DT instead of this one. Not friendly and never can use the restroom, however I stop here because it is the necessary convenience sometime.

DO NOT USE THE RESTROOM HERE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS. NO EXXAGERATIONS ITS WORSE THAN A PORTA POTTY AT MARDI GRAS ,,HOWEVER BAD YOURE THINKING IN YOUR HEAD..ITS WORSE!

Do y’all close at 9:00 or 10:00? Google says 10:00. If it’s 9:00 then google need to be updated, because I just left there at 9:30 and the doors are locked. What kind of frackle-nackle BS is this?
