02MAR24 ~ Dollar General did not have sales flyers at their stores this week and the online app did not post the sales flyer either. I contacted their online customer service, and they wanted me to pay $55/month for an answer as to why they did not have any sales flyers either at stores or online!Eight Months Earlier...This Dollar General location is larger, cleaner, better organized, and has a much better selection of items than the Dollar General I normally go to on Behrman Highway. The shelves are neater, the 'presentation' is much better. I will start going to this DG even though it is further from my house.

It’s currently 9:13 pm RIGHT NOW as I’m typing and the store is closed . The store doesn’t close until 10 pm this is my 3rd time come to this dollar and they’re closed before 10. Unacceptable. Why would a store such as dollar general close and lock their doors an hour before they closed.

The employee was really rude. They were supposed to open at 7am and didn't open until 25 minutes later and had an attitude that people were waiting outside the store to get in. Once they opened the doors there was only two employees working and they were not at the register. One was stocking and one was in the back somewhere. When another customer went looking for the cashier she said she was coming and never came. We had to call for someone and she comes from the back saying I saw you standing there. She was watching us stand there waiting on the camera. Very rude.

The store smelled like sour milk, and there was no one at the checkout register for 5 minutes, even though a clerk stuck his head out from the back and looked at us in line... Twice. The second time, he said "she'll be with you in a minute."

Look like a hurricane hit it. No shopping carts available for customers. Employees don't seem to know they are at work. One register was open, but there is always one register open and allot customers waiting while the cashiers talk on their Bluetooth. But that's the way of the world now. Everyone wants to get paid, BUT KNOW ONE WANTS TO WORK. It not just this Dollar General all of them are like this.

Totally the place to buy cleaning supplies.... and gift bags... they're all a buck. NO ONE WANTS TO PAY $5 FOR A GIFT BAG, PEOPLE.Oh, and they have nice, thick footies. Pleasantly surprised.

I LOVE DG. I live in a area that seems to close down early, like 8:00pm. BUT Dollar General stays open until 10:00pm. I Love that they are there for me in my hour of need.

This was my favorite place for years until they decided to hire a old man that is a idiot guy for security. He definitely has bad judgement I guess from all the sketchy customers they get , but he was definitely out his league. I was in here to shop and spend and I did spend $55.00 to be exact and was accused of shop lifting because I had a hoodie on and was dressed a little too baggy, but it was cold. This man had definitely made a bad call and because of this I was highly embarrassed, but mostly for the company. Sorry to say ill never come here again. A tip to the owners do a little background on the people you hire you lost one good customer because of a employee. I will say all the ladies who work there are genuiely nice one even stood up for me when this sad ordeal took place.

Even when it is just a dollar store, I find a store to be clean and neat without boxes all over the floor, without any mess at all. Cashiers were helpful and friendly. I always find what I want at this Dollar General

I live in the neighborhood so this is always my go-to store. Unfortunately they're usually a couple young little kids that like to try to steal. The cashier right before I was checking out noticed one of the little boys from the incident the other day and I must say she certainly handle the situation very well

Store dirty. Alot of empty shells, staff standing around chatting, trying to get help is a joke if your white! You get laughed at or just ignored Trying to check out is a joke, won't be shopping there ever again.

They puncture holes in their t-shirt packs by placing the theft prevention clip.I told the employee to tell her manager and she says that they have to. Seems out of her hands that they are damaging shirts before they sell them,

Dollar General's are pretty generic. It either hit or miss with them. They either have what you need or they're out. Basically , we love the fact that , for the most part, we can get in and get out.
