Dollar General is just a quick stop store after all but today was just a very good Dollar General shopping day. I went there for a few 'on sale' items with a good 'on sale' price. What made this a five-star experience was an employee who went above & beyond the normal quick stop employee to help me find some of the items I wanted. She, 'Xanna' I believe, is well invested in doing a good job for DG. She was genuinely friendly, well spoken, knowledgeable about where items are located, and willing to help. She not only knows where the items were located, she walked me to them. Thank you Dollar General. I wish you had more employees with Xanna's work ethic and intrapersonal skills.A Month Earlier...Dollar General did not have sales flyers at their stores this week and the online app did not post the sales flyer either. I contacted their online customer service, and they wanted me to pay $55/month for an answer as to why they did not have any sales flyers either at stores or online!

The store is coming together. Its under new management and the young man is very nice, helpful and kind.He is knowledgeable of the store and has excellent customer service.He was able to get the lines down really fast.The store is looking cleaner and not as cluttered (at least the day I went in)

The Young Lady and Young Man Working the Day I went was Very Professional Respectful Polite,Kind and Knowledgeable about there Jobs and Assited me in things I couldn't Find.The Store Was Very Well Organized and Clean.Will Definitely be Back.

There were NO BASKETS available in the store when I went in; not even outside in the parking lot. The baskets that were available were filled with stock in aisles that they needed to put away. I had to get alot of heavy items and had to fill small hand baskets and sit them all at the front of the store until I was ready. When I asked the associate for a basket she barely said 2 words and just looked lost so I walked away and improvised to get my groceries. Really Unacceptable!!

A very convenient place. It's THE store in any rual area. They have a lot of off brands that you don't here of pm on a daily basis . Most of the name brand they have are either out dated or overstocked. But when you have no car and low money what choice do you have. They even have beer now. Right wow

Filthy. Stinky. Aisles littered with trash. Clothes on floor. Boxes on 90% of the aisles floors. 1 employee and very nice. Felt sorry for her. 12 customers in her line.

Never know if the stores going to be open or close, clean a dirty ham, or not have what you need in the store

I go there alot..and its always been great. This time wasn't all that bad either, beside the worker spilling four 12pk water on my leg and foot. He respectfully apologized

Store closes at 10 pm according to the internet...but the employee there says it's closing at 9:30 .....They close when they feel like it ....

Very good service, even though they are currenly shorthanded, i was blowed away by the great customer service by the cashier who made my visit a priority to her store.... Highly recommend shopping at this location.

They aren't very organized and you can't take the buggy out of the store so you have to make multiple trips to your car to bring your bags.

They normally have everything in stock. The wait is always more than it should be but that's because even when they are busy they only have one register.
