Ordered a part from this guy. Asked if there was a tracking number. Got an attitude saying it was sent snail mail. Which I was fine with. He was going on about how he wasn't making no money. Over a week later got nothing. Got a refund from PayPal. Then he emailed me threatening to release my personal info online and slander my name. All because I got refund for an item I never received. This guy shouldn't even be in business treating customers this way. He acts like a little child who obviously has no business skills or customer service skills. Will never do business with this low life again. Buyers beware of this company. Be careful who you buy from cause if he'll threaten me he'll do the same to you.

I called on July 5th to inquire about a moped. Not only did I get educated, but I was given recommendations based upon what I was looking for.Al was by far the most helpful resource I found.I ended up buying from him and having the bike shipped to Kansas. I paid less, and I felt confident in my purchase.Al responded to my emails within hours, and always answered my questions.Less than two weeks from when I ordered, the bike was sitting in my driveway.I can't recommend this place enough. I had a great experience.

Al’s a jackass. Flat out. Ordered the bike online and received an email saying it was shipping late and would be an extra 3-4 days. No big deal. After I few days I sent him an email asking if it had shipped yet. Simple inquiry. Instead of being friendly and just replying that it hadn’t and he will let me know when it does, he sends me a condescending email. I decide I want to cancel. He sends me more condescending emails. This is the second bike I bought from him and will definitely be the last. What a jerk!

Seems as though I should have left my 1 star review, as this business is run by incompetent people from front to back. For Alan. The post I made on Facebook had to be approved before it could be posted. That's why it showed that I made the post before talking to you. Yes, I was impatient about the wheel. Your brother was also incompetent in handling the order, by your own admission because of his health. I personally don't care how many people you help. It only takes one bad experience to make that an irrelevant stance. I'll be sure to tell my many friends who have just bought their maddogs also, to find another VENDOR... yall ain't it. Thanks for the refund... 2 weeks later.

This business is a clown show.As long as you are buying, Al is your best friend. As soon as there is an issue he turns into a clown. Oh, and he will keep your money. He is merely a dropshipper for Icebear ATV, does not understand the products he sells, and has bad business practices. There are numerous other reputable businesses that will sell you the same bikes from the same distributors. I highly suggest you search for one of them. BTW, he owns the big FaceBook forum and is close with all of the others. He will ban you for even the slightest of things. I am banned too, BTW. LOL

I bought a small 125cc motorbike from this shop online. Followed the instructions on the website. The bike, timeline, DMV documents were all 100% as described. I would confidently by from this business again.

I called all over my area in Texas and could not get anyone to help me find the shifter bracket for my little Ice bear motorcycle me being a new rider I broke the shifter bracket the second day. I looked online and called alot of places who always would fall short till I called this business. They took my info called ice bear then called me back and ordered my bracket . Customer service like this makes me happy and I will be doing more business with them for as long as I own the bike.

I canceled my order with Al. He requested that I allow the item to be delivered, under the promise that he will re-sell the item to somebody else and have it picked up out of my driveway within 2-3 days, after which my money would be refunded. I thought this strange, but I assumed he was doing it to make extra money, so I agreed under that promise to have it gone and refunded within 3 days. After delivery, he dropped communication, and told me it's no longer his problem, that I would have to contact the manufacturer to get anything done about it. So I did. It's now been several months. He hasn't sold the item, hasn't removed it from my driveway, and hasn't refunded any money. Instead, he is sending nasty messages on facebook and blocking me afterward. I've been scammed out of nearly $2000.
