Went here Easter Sunday to use the wash station like we usually do. While been there I realize there weren't any towels.. no big deal we went to ask for some. That's when the problem started and when asked the cashier she scolded us like little children about no been able to use it till we pay and how big our dog was. Not sure if the lady was just in a bad mood for working that day or has no knowledge how it works. Unless the website is wrong. Which states you shower your dog then head to front when done which we have always done! Other than that everyone else has always been very helpful and respectful.

Been using this store for years. Never had any issues. I breed Chihuahuas and I goto this location weekly. Never had them ignore or treat me unfavorable at any point. I am a Hispanic male so not see the race angle some mentioned before. Some people just have an unapproachable aspect about them. This is a solid store.....

The store is awesome. I shop there 2 to 3 times a month as I pass the store regulary. The people there have always been a big help when needed. Never had a bad experience. Can't say the same for the compaany website. Sometimes, I just want to know if they have what I want. If so, a guaranteed sale. I'll get it on my way home. It is the worst website I have ever used. Its not user friendly, clumsy, slow and many times I just give up and pay more on Amazon. For example, the search button at top of page has never worked not one time in the years I've tried. And then, the site does not connect my name to my local store depite the dozens of times I've clicked "make it my store" They always have what I need in Alabama, (that's what comes up when I search for TS) but when I get lucky and search my local store using a keyword in Google, they don't have it (remember search button doesn't work). For more money they will ship it. So, off to Amazon, again. Ever try search using their catalog buttons on the first page. If you know what catagory you need, then you get this long list of products and you have to scroll the whole list one at a time. The clock is ticking. If you hit the back button, because that was not the product I am looking for, often times it doesn't go back to where you were and you start all over again. If you guessed the wrong catagory, guess what, another long list. Slow, clumsy and time consuming. Worst online store on the internet. Lately, I check Amazon first. Time is money. So, I guess it just works out.

I went to that store and asked for some help and I was ignore by 3 guys and a lady. I hope it wasnt because I am hispanic but they were rude by ignoring me. Sad these days we still have to deal with problem.

I wanted to say thank you to Tom who helped me with a tough situation with a complicated replacement tire situation. I did not ask for help he offered it on his own and assisted me with locating a product I needed, which I couldn't find in any other big box store. He saved me and I would love to see him rewarded by the company. He was an asset to me and he is an asset to your company.

The staff are always friendly & extremely helpful. Every once in a while they'll have a long check-out line but it tends to go fast. I rescue animals & they always have the medicines & formulas we need, not to mention the regular odds & ends you can't find anywhere else.

Found bolts i needed much cheaper than lowes or home depot. I like the close parking and friendly employees who are very helpful in item locations and offering advice. The size of the store makes everything easy to shop, bring to the register and carry out. The front parking for police and armed forces is a welcomed sight. It's nice having a Tractor Supply store in your area. My experience with this place has only been average. Usually I'm looking for something odd and the staff don't seem that knowledgeable or interested in helping.

I absolutely love shopping here because it's so convenient where I live. However but there's a lady that works the register sometimes, I'm not sure of her name, but she makes my time in the store longer than it should. Everytime she is there, the line is backed up so far. And the reason why is the fact because she has to ask everyone for their number (for the rewards thing) or their email. And those who dont have the rewards thing she forces everyone to get it whether they want it not. She wastes too much time. Today in particular the line was clean to the back of the store and another employee had to come from stocking the shelves to open the other register. The time it took him (the second employee) to handle 10 people the lady dealt with because of her persistence with forcing people to do the rewards thing. I loved the guy who checked me out, very professional. Simply asked if I had it I said yes and went on about my way. And the people ahead of me didn't have it, he asked if they'd like to sign up and they politely said no and that was the end of it. That lady who holds up everyone asking about that rewards thing and forcing them to get it needs to be removed from register dusty and put in another area.

Do not go to the store in gray unless you do not mind the creepy stalker (the heavy woman with brown hair) I will not ve back nor recommend this place. It's terrible. Borderline harassment.

The employees successfully help customers with their problems and show great knowledge of products. Though it may look like a small staff, the team play a vital role for each individual function to one huge, working company. Prices also vary from a variety of products that seem fair, allowing to have some savings as well. In a customers perspective, the people are genuinely nice; whenever it comes to help make decisions to products, the employees help out the customer that is about to buy or just wants to know what's more better.

Ask lady at the register about an item, she seems to be uninterested of what I was asking (she said what you see is what we have ). But a customer told me to go tell the manager because she didn't like her attitude towards me and she was going to wait there until the manager comes. I said no I'm use to attitudes like her and I have been treated excellent by others there, that her day is coming!!

I've only been twice to get rodent poison in bulk. Store is always clean and I was greeted walking in. Store can use organization as it's not easy to find things. Like items are kind of in sections and then sprinkled all over the store. The part that really gives the two star review is both times the cashier had her boyfriend or gentleman caller standing at the register having a personal conversation. It made me uncomfortable and distracted her from doing her job.

Love this place, but today wasn't my best experience here. I was toting a sleeping toddler into the store, and there were no baskets in the store. Right next to the young lady checking people out was a basket. I asked if I could use that. I was told no because that was her return basket. I told her, I have a sleeping kid in my arm and I'm coming to buy a 50+ pound of dog food, and I need something to put it in. She said I can go look around. I said that I won't, and took the basket and told her I would be finished with it shortly. The line was long, and I wasn't holding a kid , plus a heavy bag of dog food with one cashier working a long line of customers. Still love this place, but didn't care for the service today

Well, I came here a few times in the past, most of the time, I didn't really find what I was looking for, because I it was a certain brand, but the store was very helpful, and I have ended up switching brands a few times to Tractor Supply. I find a good bit of the employees very very helpful, and kind hearted.I strongly encourage everyone in the terrebonne and lafourche parish close to this location, I suggest getting what you need here.Great friendly service!

Always enjoy my trip to TSC. They are a man cave plus. Needed to pick up some propane for the house. Done. Need to get some food for the dog and or a little bit for the people. Done. Need to pick up a couple of tools. Done. Need to have some kind of special discount secret Club. { Done.} Don't want to have to go all the way into town. Done.

Utilized the Pet washing station for the first time. It sure made bathing & drying a large much easier than at home. Everything was included in the price (shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, and the vacuum dryer). The cost was $9.99 but there is currently a $5 off coupon at the register.

Gray,la store...I just bought a german sheapard and forn13 weeks I have shopped T tractor supply. It was great up until I tried the self grooming.i paid and began grooming my pup. The restraints suck so I had to keep calming my pup down..the manager was rude and obnoxious. He almost got slapped.needless to say.my 200 bucks a month in dog and cat supplies will be bought at pet smart or petco.

I called and asked if someone was on hand to fill propane because I had to drive an hour to get to the store. They told me yes someone was here till closing filling propane. Arrived only to be told they don't fill after dark!

Bought some chicks here during Chick Days about six weeks ago. Happy to report that most are still alive and well and happy. They have most everything I needvto feed and care for the chickens, as well as plants and tools and even western style clothing. Absolutely love the Staff here. So much so that I also recently bought a 42" Bad Boy mower and a safe from them too. High quality materials and hardware at affordable prices! What more could a budding farmer ask for?

I called to make sure someone was there to fill a protein bottle. A man named Paul said yes. We arrive 6 mins later to be told they would not do it cause the manager heard thunder and lighting earlier. What does that even have to do with propain?!?! They are liars and have lost my business!!!

If you are looking to buy a utility trailer, don't bother going there. They have them but they can't sell you one. No one there had a license to sell one. The only two people who were licensed were on sick leave and they didn't know when they would be back. He said possible 2 to 6 weeks before they would return.Took my business somewhere else.
