The parking lot is big and well maintained. I was greeted at the door by the friendliest employee and inside found exactly what I needed quickly and saw things that interested me for my next trip to Family Dollar. The cooler was low on stock so i stocked up on what they had before that was gone also.. The store seemed well staffed as it was in order and had a neutral pleasant scent. The prices seemed fare with everything increasing and I felt that I got a good deal shopping here over other stores with the same type of products

I come here often because it's the closest to my house. It's always hot and only one cashier at a time, even when it is busy. I've only had a few times I went in there looking for something specific and they didn't have it. Today, I called them to ask them if they would take back the hotdogs I bought from there about 30 minutes ago. The hotdogs are over a month expired and they have not answered the phone out of multiple phone calls, which is super frustrating. Aside from that, my son adores one specific cashier there, which I think she is an assistant manager as well. All of the workers are pretty nice and helpful when needed.

Every Family Dollar we have been in,the management and employees are, impersonally polite and helpful. Prices are great. My favorite is on Grand Caillou Road, Houma, La. 70360

Been shopping at this franchise for a while and the service is excellent always clean inside the store and restrooms.Employees are helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about what products they sell.

My visits are always ok. I think they need more people working register. And 3 dollars for a loaf of bread is crazy. I get it at other places for 1.25
