Stoped in today from outta town. Needed help finding an item spoke with a very friendly and helpful young girl. Her name was Nevaeh. She helped me get what I was looking for. Hopefully someone reads this lets her know what a great job she’s doing.

By far one of the best staffs and managers I’ve come across. They are always friendly and have become my little family there. They treat their customers with great respect and Mrs. Roxanne is a great trainer/‘manager. She allows her associates to do their own thing while she will go and get down and dirty to keep her store a float. They have been amazing through this pandemic and deserve some type of recognition. I love them!

The staff is friendly and helpful but don't buy batteries from DG. I purchased a 9 volt for my smoke detector, it didn't work. Brought it back and swapped it out, the second one didn't work either. I bought a 9 volt from WalMart and it worked fine. It's a good thing I tested the smoke detector after installing the dead batteries from Dollar General or my house could have burned down.

I like the DG's and , based on their growth, lots of people do. An amazing variety of products, good prices and helpful staff. I'd like to see more cashiers when lines grow.

I would go every day they was so polite and now 95% of them are ruder then most can Imagine. I remember I needed vinegar I got side tracked I would spend 30 to 69 dollarsThey talk about some of the customers I remember being in a rush and having to waited for the girl to check out a woman that cut me but hey she didn’t do it on purpose cashier knew I was in a hurry so decided to walk to the phone cards and try’s looking for answers to this poor woman’s questions. She is ignoring me I told I need a receipt well I shook my head yes she continued to talk to all customers except me and when she gave me my items and didn’t hand then to me no greeting walking in or outs I reminded her I needed my receipt she tried saying I said no. I wasn’t going to argue with this young woman because I have been in management retail for years I also know the attitude she had shown me. I can tell you this yes you may not like your job but be grateful that you have one. If you don’t like it get another. Nobody forces you to work at a place you don’t like always be nice because sometimes that is a only persons get away the damn dollar store. So smile and play pretend you might just need something like that from someone in the days to come .....what goes around comes around GOD don’t like ungky

Horrible I couldn't breath having a bad attack line was long stuff over priced and this nobody is every friendly. I mean it was clear that something definitely shock me up.i couldn't breath and the woman was moving extra slow

Need something fast ! Not ready to jump jump in your car and run all the way down to the supermarket that is crowded with people run over to the dollar store and pick up a few groceries and be happy get back to your dinner that you are preparing !

My neck burns when I shop here and I wish they would watch the camera instead of my neck ugh I can feel it and I kinda wish they would make up there mind about us already it's a fake environment it's just never okay to make assumptions and I know some folks can't be trusted but I'm 2 seconds from driving an extra 3 min

They never have their prices correct. Their always putting their sale signs out before the actual sale and half of their cashiers and managers and not friendly. They really needs improvement there. Sorry not sorry
