If your looking for a weekend stay or weekly stay I highly recommend this place. We come to the island 2 times a year and every chance we get in-between. This was our first stay here. The rooms are very nice and extra clean. The accommodations were above and beyond. The staff was friendly and very helpful with check in. Thank you so much we appreciate you. Awesome place to stop for bait and coffee before heading out to fish! Very convenient location just off the bridge. Staff was super friendly and helpful! We did not stay in one of their cabins this time, but based off our experience I think we definitely will be coming back to stay with them in the future! Please support this local business as we know how badly they were affected by hurricanes the past few years! They have bounced back stronger than ever!

Every person (employee) I spoke to at the Marina was kind and helpful. The store is nice. It's not very big, but packed with things you need, and it's all very convenient. Having live music out back definitely adds to the fun.Nearby activities: The Marina sits next to a pier so it's conveniently located. There was live music every night I was there. The location is basically "Can't miss it"

This review is for the rooms they rent. The rooms are very nice and clean and large. Conveniently located. I felt they were quite high $$ wise, though. No winter rate and they are $350 a night for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Other than the price, they are a great I understand things have gone up and they are rebuilding but just 6 months ago, we stayed in an equally nice place and paid only $400 for two nights. This place was $700. Oh…and be careful they charge you if you use a card to pay. I paid an extra $27. They don’t tell you. There is a tiny sign in the marina. I found out when I saw my acct debited more than the ticket said.the Marina itself is GREAT.

Absolutely our favorite place to stay. Nitpicks? Bring your own grill. They only have 1 functional one at this time. Also the water hose on the second row of boat slips is too short to rinse boats. Like I said, nitpick, so don't let that keep you from staying here. Great location, bait, and staff.Rooms: New and clean.Nearby activities: Grocery store. State park. Good fishing.Safety: The undertow is deadly between the jedis.Walkability: Beach access.Food & drinks: Really good fried shrimp poboys.

1st time staying since Hurricane Ida, everything was brand new construction and updated to 2023 standards… lol. Rooms are definitely much more insulated than before and you can crank that A/C down low and it gets COLD in there even during the heat of our summer days. Marina within walking distance has fresh cooked food, fuel, bait, ice and all the fishing supplies you can think of.

Stayed 3 nights in the RV park. This place is laid back. There is a lot of month rental RVers there but everyone is friendly. The marina has EVERYTHING you need from RV supply’s, fishing gear, and boat/trailer needs. I would of given it 5 stars but the RV park is next to public parking for the beach. It can get a little loud and busy if your on the east side of the property. There was several large groups that had a cookout on the beach and left a bunch of trash behind one day. 😡🤬 Wish the Grand Isle PD would patrol more and enforce littering more because it was not hard to find. We will definitely be back just not in that same spot.Nearby activities: If your a fisherman this is it. Fish right at the back of the campground or launch your boat at the marina for $5 bucks. It’s Sportsman Paradise!Safety: Grand Isle is one of the safest places to stay.

Great boat ramp and marina. $5 launch Fee. Tackle selection is amazing. Live bait and ice too. Plenty of rod and reel combos. They have interstate batteries as well. Got us out of a jam last year. Our trolling motor batteries died. After purchasing 2 and 30 minutes later we were fishing again. Life saver. Lots of other things to repair boats and trailers as well. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Gift shop with t shirts and shoes and such. They have food also.

The remodeled room was nice - very clean. One recommendation would be to move the bunk away from the AC unit. Only complaint is that I wish they had microwaves and coffee pots in the room. 🤷‍♀️

I been going here for years. Very helpful staff that will even tell you what they have heard was biting where and on what. A really good selection of about anything you might would need including live bait. They also sell shrimp and crabs during the right time of the year. I give them two thumbs up and recommend them to anyone who asks me where to go.

Had a great time at Bridge Side. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was perfectly fine. The staff was really nice to my family and I. Due to the wind we didn't get to get the boat out much but, nothing one can do about that. So, we decided to head back a day early. I had counted on losing the day I had already paid for but, to my surprise they gave me a refund for the day we weren't staying. Really nice of them to do that. We ended up spending it all on some shirts and buffs for the kids.We went on Halloween weekend as well. Everyone on the island was super nice to us and even told us where to take the kids for trick-or-treating. Cant say enough about the people there. Going back as soon as possible to get my fishing in. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.The "pro-shop" was well stocked also. If you've forgot to bring something or if the fish are biting on something you don't have they will more than likely have something there in-stock to get you by.TL/DR - It was fantastic. Would not hesitate going back.PELICANS ARE THE DEVIL

Stayed in the RV park for a month. Great crabbing and fishing spot. Not much else to do. Maintenance guy was very nice. Office staff were not very friendly. I had to ask them where things were. If I didnt ask they didnt say. They are probably more used to long term guests that leave their RVs there for the whole summer. But like I said. Good place for crabbibg and fishing.

The room we stayed in was fine considering it's a fish camp. However, they need to provide more than 2 or 3 pots/pans for guests to cook with. They should also provide community grills. The biggest issue we had was contending with the jerks launching and taking out their boats - it was like a zoo!! They were blocking the lanes of the inbound and outbound traffic so nobody could leave.

Cool place , but one complaint , well 2 , my hot beverage ended up being hot cocoa instead of what was suppose to be xboost coffee which it we found out already way down the road , just a heads up . 2 who is in charge of the board walk / pier bridge area , that was pathetic , way too trashy for a nice little town like that . But overall your store was great !!!! friendly staff , great supplies great location .

Spent the weekend and enjoyed the whole experience! We stayed in one of the trailer-type cabins and couldn't have been happier. The rooms were clean, linens fresh, and the staff was courteous and accommodating. Sometimes the bridge fishing pier gets a little busy, but maybe 50-100ft away Bridge Side Marina has their own T-pier that provided us with more than enough trout, croaker, and redfish. In fact, we were pulling in fish faster than anyone we could see on the bridge pier! Beach access is nearby, but at least for the time being, it might be best to walk further down to go to the beach as there are bulldozers working on rocking an area to prevent erosion nearby. FYI, we didn't hear the bulldozers from within the cabin, it was super quiet when inside. All in all, this is the best place we have stayed on Grand Isle and I'm already planning our next trip down. Thanks to the staff, you all are awesome!

We recently spent Memorial day weekend here. We just love it here. They now have good, strong WIFI!Really enjoyed staying here. We were in an RV. Everything we needed was in walking distance.My only draw back was no wifi.
