Ordered sonic blast oreo, extra oreo, got it and I had a hole with missing ice cream, and hardly any oreo, so I spoke with the guy and told him that I'm missing half the ice cream, because there is a hole. He said, that's from mixing it, I asked him where is my oreo, and extra, he made an excuse up, I told him don't worry about it, I won't be back. They robbed from a good shake!Employee was very rude.

So my husband and I called ourselves getting some fast food before we take a break from eating out and chose sonic because of the drinks and the cinnasnacks. Y'all- huge mistake. First off - they got my husband's food order wrong and gave him a cheeseburger instead of the double cheeseburger he ordered. They forgot the bacon off of my double cheeseburger and I just found a hair in it ( I know it's not mine because its a different color than mine) and the cinnasnacks were raw, I guess they were taken out early. I haven't left a review in a long time but I just had to leave on this time because this is completely unacceptable. If the Sonic wasn't 20 minutes away, I would have rode back and gotten a refund.

So, it was pretty slow for only a 3 pc chicken tenders meal and onion rings...I get back to work and open it, and I don't even know what to think of the onion rings (if you wanna call them that)...and its all cold... Im certain now that I will not give it another shot..Better now than its been in years.UPDATE (03/10/2020) went for a couple meals and a blast, one meal was left off after waiting about 15 mins, now I've been waiting for another 15 mins ATLEAST , hopefully it will be here soon. The blast is melted.

Arrived at a slow time. My order was taken quickly and processed well. There was a beautiful red head (ellie I think). Who brought us our food with a great smile. The kind of smile that made you feel she wanted to be there. The only room for improvement was I believe the totts were slightly undercooked. Just didn't taste right. All else was just as expected.

I enjoyed the place even though I've been to several Sonics. I thought this one would be pretty bad seeing it looks a little old. Compared to the ones I've been to they are a little more up to date. The service was quick food was fresh and hot and the bell hop gave great service. My only downfall is that they did not napkins and my cup had drink on it before I got it. Other than a nasty cup with no napkins to clean it the place is great.

Really like their concept and hot dogs. They made a mistake with my order but where quick to replace it. I ordered a burger with bacon and they forgot the bacon. But again, they did replace the order and it was all good. The girl who help us was nice and friendly. It was my first time visiting them and all in all it was a good experience. Will come back.

The Sonic Drive-in in Gramercy is by all means an awesome fast food restaurant to grab lunch or dinner like all fast food restaurants, the employee's are awesome and not many people know that their carhops (the employee that brings you the food) are ment to be tipped because they are essentially waiters.I'd give 5 stars, but my last 2 visits my order was wrong.To go into detail I always order a number 2, which is the sonic double cheese burger, but I always ask for Baja sauce, a cheese sauce they normally put on their burritos which I recommend everyone try at least once. They have unfortunately not put the sauce on the burger like I have requested. Now please keep in mind that these 2 visits were made a few weeks after the destruction of hurricane Ida occurred. I can understand that maybe the Baja sauce is out of stock, but no employee has informed me if it was out of stock or not.Now they got everything else about my food correct and this is a niche extra that I like on my burger, and I hope it doesn't dissuade anyone else from ordering at sonic, they have served my orders correctly in the past and I do hope they can get back on track.

On 12-16-20 I Ordered at 3:19 check #216540 per my receipt. Waitress delivered my order without a facemask and she gets right in your window. Gives me my order and I ask for ketchup and she says she will get me some. Sat the 4 minutes and still no ketchup. I press the red button and wait several minutes. No answer. Counting my vehicle there are 3 parked. I press the button again and wait. Still nothing. I waited a total of 7 minutes and could not get them to answer and the waitress never brought me my ketchup. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. THESE EMPLOYEES ARE OVER PAID FOR THE JOB THE PERFORM.

I had to turn around and tree order my French toast sticks. They were over fried. Very dark. They replace then with no problem but the idea of it all. I go twice a day mornings and every evening after Scholl with the grandbaby. She love the dishes and the wacky meals. Thanks

The route 44 slushes, happy hour! The daily specials. Laplace has a pretty good staff all the time. Closed too early sometimes and happy hour could be longer for cold drinks when it's 100° Overall awesome

This particular location had poor service. People who arrived after my family and i got their food before us, and we waited over 20 minutes for our food. Then, there was a problem with the order. Love the food tho.

For the second time in 2 weeks our sever wore no face cover. This time I had ordered cheese tots so she was breathing on my food not a bag of food. Upon getting home I promptly called the store and got nothing but voicemail for two hours. Gramercy has Popeyes McDonald’s and this sonic so guess I no longer eat fast food here

To say they just open u would think thwy made sure your food was hot. My burger was ice cold like it was cook 2 days ok. Fries where salty and look redipped in grease.. Not a good 1st time experience at ALL...

Since this Sonic has reopened new management new owner not sure but it was one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time from a Sonic. The food was hot the service was friendly.
