This location sucks, food isn’t bad if you can get it. Service through drive thru sucks. Go to a different location, this one needs to be closed down.

Tonight I went to Popeyes and I was not pleased at all. First of they forgot my 3 jalapenos. Secondly, I ordered a family meal and got two half cup of red beans which were suppose to be large. Lastly, I received a bug in the bottom of my red beans cup. The little red beans they did put in there. The red beans should be 3 scoops of beans 3 scoops of rice. That was a small. Yes I was a Popeyes employee before. I could have went somewhere else if I knew that is what would have happened.

My dog and I went to Popeye for a family dinner 11 piece chicken and red beans and rice, biscuits, French fries. We had to wait but it was worth the waitParking: There is plenty of parking and when I move from the service window I pull in the parking area and another truck pull next to me and he ask me about my dog and come to find out he ordered the same thing I ordered and we started talking so again I say it was worth the wait.

Did drive thru , ordered butterfly shrimp , hush puppy's and dipping sauce.Waited in parking lot for food bout 6 minutes , .in a rush left to work.When I checked the order (1\2 hr. Later) butterfly shrimp was regular fried shrimp , no sauce or hush puppy's to be found and chicken must have been under the heat lamp for quite awhile.Not much pride there.

I’ve had the magnificent experience at this particular Popeyes. Food was hot and received in and expeditiously manner. Service was great staff super friendly the manager Ms. Bourgeois in particular. Id give this location a ten out of ten and will recommend this Popeyes to everyone I know. It was amazing!

Went inside and was told “drive thru only”..not even greeted. Went to drive thru. Sat for 5 minutes. Finally said hello and instantly was told “20 minute wait on everything”..told them what I felt and immediately took my money elsewhere. Not that the employees cared- they don’t own the business. They are just collecting money for nothing.From all reviews, this place is horrible. Can definitely agree. Lazy people just suck!

I'm a little late with this review but it must be written. Last Sunday 11/21, i was standing at the front counter and there was a customer in front of me, that i could tell had a delay due to medical reasons. I was calm because i could tell what was going on, there was a woman behind me who wasn't as patient. This review is to commend the young lady that as at the register. She was soooo patient and kind that gentleman, even after he'd ask her a question she had just answered. She never changed her tone with him and answered all of his questions without hesitation and i MUST say that seeing that was warming to me. The store was extremely busy and she could have easily been rude or rushed him but she didn't. THANK YOU young lady for your kindness. I'm sorry i don't remember her name but she had long dreads and worked the front counter.

Waited 30 minutes for my order. When i got it, it was incorrect. Ticket 651 was for 3 piece dark combo. Only recvd 2 piece. Despite Chicken was fairly good.

More issues at this Popeyes than any other I have been to. Most recent was when I entered the lobby at 5:35 pm. The lobby was open an no sign on the door saying otherwise. I was told that only the drove through was open. I asked why there was no sign or locked doors. I was told that was because they were suppose to be open. They didn't even lie to me!!!

Horrible service. Went through drive thru today for lunch and order the 12 piece nuggets with fries and large coke. Was told to pull to side along with 3 other vehicles one that was there way before me. As we are sitting there 7 other vehicles went through drive thru. I sat there for 15 min waiting on my order when the drive thru lady came outside and asked what I ordered. So I told her and she went back in to get my food. When she finally came back out I left because I was already way over my lunch break time. When I was on the way back to work I looked and noticed that they gave me red beans instead of fries and that the chicken nuggets where not fully cooked. Worse Popeyes ever.

You must use the app or pay way to much.Look for the big box special on the app. Also 2 piece meals means any two pieces.I get the breast and thigh spicy.

First time visiting a Popeyes in LA.Food was great, had the spicy blackened tender with rice and beans.The service was a joke. Rude, uncaring young woman at the drive thru that has made sure that I won’t return to this location.It’s an option/choice to be there, not forced to be there.The operation here looks like it is very under-managed with long wait times for no reason and again, the worst service.We politely asked for a sauce for our tender and she said they didn’t have either one, ranch and honey mustard. Responded with “we ain’t got that”, okay so we asked for our missing biscuit and she told us to go back to the window. So we back up and ask the gentleman for our biscuit and any sauce they have. He asked which one do we want, we’re thinking whatever you have like honey mustard. We got 3 honey mustards and drove off. The young lady just smirked behind him as she had just walked in from outside and watched the interaction happen.Popeye’s, this store needs help and extra training.

I walked into the lobby of this restaurant on a rainy night. The manager told me that they were taking orders in the drive thru only. There were people sitting in the lobby. Some with food. There were no signs that said drive thru only, nor was the door lock.
