They are the rudest people for a home town Hardware store. I had to borrow a truck to get supplies and then couldn’t get back to return. Had a friend do on his day off. They would not refund my money. Offered to give them card number. Take pictures of the card and license and would not do it. Had this guy unload his truck and then reload it back. Closed when I go to work and closed when I get off. Pitiful!! I will go to Gonzales before I buy from the again. Plus you get no help when you go there anyway!!!

The females in this store are the rudest ppl I have ever met. Seems like they hate their job and the customers. I am not saying this because of one experience because I understand that ppl have a bad day here and there. It's EVERYTIME. I will take a trip to ACE hardware from now on.
