Best quality food for fast food even at 3am. Always have great attitudes even from the young staff, when packed, at 2-3am. I don't know how they do it but they do. They recommend the cinnamon roll and it was amazing. They recommend the chicken fajitas wrap thing. It was amazing. I got a chicken breast for my dog and it smelled so good. I know the dogs mad cause he only got half but in my defense, it was a huge chicken breast.

For a fast food restaurant you would think this location holds the typical fast food experience. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I had to after the great service. The manager was extremely respectful and funny. Stayed on the floor taking orders and going around making sure everyone dining in was satisfied. And constantly checking on his employees and asking if they need any help. Great guy that was!

10 out of 10 and hands down the best Whataburger I have been to. The order was 100% correct the first time which rarely happens with Whataburger locations. Connie took our order and was attentive during our visit. She was professional and engaged in small talk which was wonderful. James asked us how our experience was and I shared with him how blown away we were. He asked where we were from (Houston) and wished us safe travels back.

This whataburger is literally the most ratchet whataburger I’ve ever been to. I pull up tell the lady I have a mobile order and said thanks have a good night and she literally just growned into the microphone at me. I’m not gonna lie the food was bussin bussin but damn whataburger yall need to train y’all’semployees better!!!

Honestly, I make sure to give good reviews to fast food workers as they get bad credit for the smallest things. I usually hold back on a review if it is negative, but the service I received tonight was a joke. Usually whataburger takes a long time in the drive thru, but other than that, I’ve never had a problem. Today they did something different in the drive thru. Instead of one line they made you pull up to the mailbox. WHICH IF THE ASK YOU TO DO THAT, JUST LEAVE BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! That type of coordination in a drive thru only works at establishments that knows how to do their job and has good management.I was nervous pulling in the lane that doesn’t have a sensor saying how long I’m waiting, and then they come and bring my drink with no straw and make me pay for my food ahead of time. I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD. Oh wait, they did come and bring me some food at one point, but of course it was not mine because it was for the person BEHIND me. I then continued to wait but was furious when I was still waiting on my food ALONE. NO ONE WAS THERE ANYMORE, even 5 cars that came after me. Finally, they bring my order. I wished I would have checked it there, but I was so angry that I needed to leave. Of course my order was wrong and less than what I spent. Plus, still no straw. Not that it mattered since the ice in my drink was already melted. That whole crew and manager tonight needs to be let go, because they aren’t worth the time or money. I don’t plan to support that type of service anymore, so I’ll never go there again.

Absolutely Great Fast Food Establishment. From every staff member and the food is always perfectly on point in both taste and aesthetics. And the "real OG" for Gonzales as far as a legit 24hr fast food place, every single day. The only time I personally have seen them closed was on Christmas day, which means they're open more than any other fast food place and more dependable as such for the entire year minus a single day. That's more than reasonable to be expected from a fast food restaurants especially around here when the food is as good as it is. I love this place and the people who work there and the food that comes out of there! 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely horrible. Reporting this to bank for fraud. Went thru drive thru line ordered a whataburger meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal without pickles and mayo with side of honey bbq. Got to cashier and paid but then told to pull up and it would be brought out. Simple order yet four vehicles who ordered after were given food. Looked at my receipt and was oddly handed a receipt that didn't match order. Advised cashier who told me yeah he gave me the wrong receipt yet couldn't provide me with the right one. (Not sure why it couldn't just be reprinted?!?) Even more oddly, the ticket on the order handed to me was handwritten. This makes me feel this restaurant is doing fraud. Order finally came out and my chicken sandwich was slathered in pickles and mayo which I hate and can't eat! Informed cashier and handed him my sandwich, which instead of repreparing they literally just gave me a new top bun! The chicken still had slight trace of mayo and tasted like mayo and pickles!!! At this point it just wasn't worth it so left. To add insult to injury entire order was cold, burger too was made incorrectly, and never received the BBQ sauce I ordered.

well at first I was told by a manager or employee that I could get a ice cream or shake anytime. nomatter what come there no questions asked they would have it.. well now 3 different times I've been there now all I. different weeks they have no icedcream or shakes .. and on top of that . they put way to much onions on there burgers.. it's harolbe

Coming from the UK a burger between bread is unique, but it works well with lovely sauce and tastes great!
