Horrible customer service. Only one check out clerk. Over 15 people waiting in line to check out and sales associates pretending to be organizing store. Not to mention she then walks to the back of the store leaving sales associates to check out 15 + customers by herself.

Didn’t want the basic plastic bins. Went to Ross and found this nice little storage trunk. Really lightweight and holds a lot. I use it for winter scarves and gloves. Fits neatly in the closet.

i love all the clothes and everything they sell in here, honestly they only have one cahier and the lines takes like an hour to vanish, i see alot of people that work here that are doing nothing but talking and chilling playing dumb putting stuff back, well it can wait attending their customers is more important than any other stuff. that’s why people love to got to target. as a matter of fact why on earth if they are not going to use them damn registers might as well talk with the manager of the person’s thats above to to put self check out…. ? yall been taking tooo long just with one chasier… i always hear people bragging about it.. FO SOMETHING AND TAKE ACTION NOW!!

Customer service is horrible. Cashier mad because I asked could she help the other cashier because the line was down the middle Isle of the door. She replies I'm not gone be here all night with a attitude. Ross get help quick because I love your nice items...

Went in found what I needed was about to shop around for Christmas items when I noticed the check out line. It was long and steadily getting longer and without any thought I jumped in it to because I was not going to continue to shop when from the looks of it I was going to be at least 20 minutes just to checkout. Turns out they noticed the line and called all free employees to the registers and I was out in no time at all. Let's hope they keep this up especially with Christmas right around the corner.

Went back to Ross Dress for less today, 7/26/22 and I have to say from my last post 2 months ago the clothing section was organized today. I was so happy to see that. I also visited some other areas in the store for the first time and I did see that things were organized. Also, bought a cute flower plot for my Aloe Vera plant. My old flower pot was getting too small. I will change my rating from a 3 to a 4.Prev post 2 months ago: Sizes were all out of place.

Nice store. The low rating is for the very small selection for men's clothing. I have been to many Ross's before that had good men's clothes selections. This store had 2 racks of men's clothes which is 4 rows about 12 feet long. 1 rack had jeans and shirts. The other had t-shirts, sweats etc.

Hit or miss whether they have stock. It's August, and they have mostly winter clothes now. This is Louisiana, we don't have a winter for those big sweaters.

I love to shop. But this location does not have as many items as some of the other locations I have visited. It is very small inside and their stock is extremely low. Although I love to shop at Ross this location is not my first choice.

Frost I would like to say there's no mask mandate...not good I'm an elder with health issues...if I walked in there with a lit cigarette I would definitely been thrown out the clothes racks r so packed it's hard to go thru...the guy who checked us out should receive the 5 stars...one girl rolling a rack of clothes out ran over the back of my heel 2x n no apology until my daughter told her excuse me out loud..3rd time she said excuse me..very 1st time at a Ross n last 😬

This is a nice brand new Ross Dress for Less store that is right next to a Marshalls and an Ulta. They have good choices of handbags, hair care products as well as bath & body products. Shoes for every age are sold here as well. I spotted a jewelry counter. And the auto supplies shelves have so many good products. You find the usual home, office, and kitchen departments. There’s ample parking in this new strip mall. It was a good visit.
