Had an event at the Lamar Dixon center and this provided the perfect place to stay! The staff was super friendly, especially Kieaira!! She always welcomed me and had a great personality!Clean rooms, comfy beds, great space, convenient location! Eggs could be a bit better, but I did enjoy the sausage and grits!

My family and I checked in late with a few complications that had nothing to do with the hotel. When we checked in I felt like I had know the desk clerk, KeKe, my whole life! She is absolutely amazing and made sure our stay was as easy and super comfortable! She is an absolute asset to this hotel. We will be back because of HER. Thanks KeKe!-Haley

Front desk was awesome very nice people, the room layout I loved it, the problem i had was the fruit flies. So many flies. They were in the room and the hallway and also was a big roach in my room.Nearby activities: Tanger outlet right across the highway to do some shopping.They have restaurants up, down and across the highway.

Beware if you pay cash! They will steal your money and make NO effort to move a reservation due to work scheduling that changed last minute even though I didn’t care for the money back just move the dates but they definitely did not care and just wanted to keep the money!! Never again and not only that they lost the business of 7 other cash paying workers that were gonna stay there!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽stay away!!!!!!!

I had such a great time at the quality in hotele it was so nice and friendly , especially the front desk clerk Ashire she was so nice and sweet to me and Very helpful She has such a Positive attitude I wouldn't mind her checking me in to the hotel. She is the one I will be looking for Who ever raised her did a beautiful job she is very well mannered.Rooms: I love the room so much it was so clean and nice Is warming cozy It was a birth of fresh air .Safety: The hotel was very safe. I will recommend some friends to come stay there.

Great friendly service! The front desk ladies Diane and Kieaira always so friendly and helpful. I haven’t had such amazing service in a hotel ever. Great breakfast options!Rooms: Nice spacious rooms. Very clean.Food & drinks: Breakfast had a great assortment of options! Really delicious!Noteworthy details: Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! I came in late at night. I was very tired after a very long day. Kudos to Kieaira! I probably misspelled her name and for that I apologize. She made my day with our conversation. Next time I’m driving through there I’ll stop again. The hotel has very access from the freeway. A lot of restaurants close by. The room was clean and big. Plenty of receptacles for electronics. Plenty of lighting. Good hot shower. Breakfast was good.Kieaira thank you again.

Got locked in bathroom for an hour and a half. They knew the knob wasn't working properly but still put me in it. I never received any compensation for this ordeal and it wasn't good for a person with PTSD AND IM CLAUSTROPHOBIC. Nor any apologies. They moved me across the hallway. They font care about your well-being. The front desk clerk was the only one who showed compassionSafety: Check the door knobs to ensure they work properly before allowing them to close

This Quality inn right here far exceeded my expectations! The bed was super comfortable, coffee was good & always available. Staff was super friendly and made my experience a million times better than most of the hotels I've stayed in while traveling for business or leisure. Thank you so much to Stacie for going out of her way to make sure everything was up to par, as well as the rest of the staff who made this hotel beyond worth it!

Nice staff, but a room cleaner stole 1 banana and 3 beers! We went for a family funeral and I really wanted one of my 3 beers after it was over. But it was ALL GONE!Nice and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. However the cable didn't work. They offered us another room after the 1st night, but we didn't want the hassle of moving to another one. The hairdryer was new, but it only worked on high speed, hot or low speed, cool.
