Avoid this place! We are not happy!Not sure who's running this place but we deserve a refund and poor Marley deserves an apology! Our pup looks ruff and she actually looked better before we dropped her off. Its as if you have kids in there grooming our dog, her hair is uneven all over and does not even look like she was bathed properly. I am attaching the pic we took AFTER she made it home.This pic is an AFTER pic.....

Don’t judge this book by its cover. Puppy Kutz is the only groomer I’ve ever used that consistently grooms my Aussie’s to perfection! She is AMAZING with them.I started using her almost 2 years ago, when I called and needed to get my 3 full grown Aussie’s groomed ASAP. Puppy Kutz was able to fit me into her schedule the very next day! I was praying I would get a half way decent cut my first time in and I was absolutely amazed when I picked my Aussies up afterward! She made them perfect! HANDS DOWN the best grooming my Aussies have ever had. We will never use anyone else again.

Staff not friendly. On my fur babies 2nd visit she did not want to go back with staff person and went into a sitting position. Instead of the staff person trying to make my fur baby feel more comfortable the staff person just dragged her to the back. If they treat their clients like that in front of the parents, lo and behold, who knows what they are doing behind closed doors. Never went again NOR will be going back, period.

Went on line to schedule. No one answers phone. Set appointment for next day. Message indicated appointment not confirmed. Drove over to confirm appointment. Was told that appointment scheduled on line was not valid. She advised that she looks at appointments requested at end of each day & schedules at that point. (Not sure why you would use online scheduling.) That evening was sent message with appointment time. Went in for time scheduled (11:00). At 1:00 I drove over & was told they were still working on him. I explained that I thought they started on him and at 11:00. She explained that was the drop off time. They work their dogs in as needed. I explained that I wasn't aware of their system & went home. Was home for 5 minutes & received text he was ready. Dog was shaking & acted so scared from his experience. He acted so strange all evening. Wouldn't socialize with us - very unusual! All around terrible experience. Will not go back EVER!!

I took my dog today at 10 am and didn’t get him until 4:30pm! His a miniature schnauzer they shaved his whole body same length but forgot to cut the tail ? Plus he had patches of long hair all around his body. They used to do a spectacular job. Not coming back again.

Scheduled my dog a 9:15am appointment, I was told he would be ready around 1 or 2. When I came back at 2:15pm I was told that groomer hadn't even gotten to my dog, I did not get my dog until 3:45. Not sure what the point of the appointment was if I was going to be stuck in the area for 6 hours anyways. On top of that the hair cut was really messy as if they did a rushed job which aggravates me more, because on top of them having my dog for 6 hours they still did a sloppy job on his hair cut. But at least the staff is friendly. Overall I feel like I wasted time and money when I could've just done the same haircut at home.

Best grooming company I have ever used. They know exactly what cut I want on my dog soon as I walk in the door. The staff is very friendly and the prices are great. Will definitely never use another grooming company. Thanks Puppy Kutz!!

My first time patronizing this groomer. I loved the convenience of the location. But that's about the only positive I have. Upon dropping my puppy off, the employee rubbed his fur and asked was he matted. After rubbing him, she confirmed that he wasn't. I left the picture of the cut I wanted and left. A few hours later, I received a call saying it would be extra for this style for reasons I still don't understand. I simply wanted a full face with a lower cut everywhere else. After some back and forth, we came to a compromise. The caller also says my puppy is matted which will be extra as well. How? When we just confirmed that he wasn't earlier that morning. Ok. Whatever. I go to pick my puppy up after he's done and who I assume is the groomer asks how old he is and begins complaining about how poorly my puppy handled the grooming. He's an 8 month old toy poodle, so he's still a baby. She goes to get my puppy and basically throws him on the counter at me. His cut is patchy and super low. Basically down to the skin in some areas. Upon getting him in the car, I realized he was jumping at my slightest movements and just wasn't himself. Barely moving. Very quiet. This is a dog that's usually hyper and all over the place. Clearly he wasn't handled with the most consideration and care. We won't be back. Giving two stars. One for convenience to my house and another because at least he came back to me in one piece.

Today was the first time to patronize Puppy Kutz. I couldn't be more pleased. The staff was very nice and friendly. The price was reasonable and my puppy was finished earlier than stated. They did a great job!!! I will definitely go back.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I had a great experience previously with this place but this time was terrible! I made an appointment for a Saturday and when I got there they were closed. I called later and the girl apologized and said she must’ve made a mistake. I called back and asked for an appointment the following Monday or Tuesday and was told 2:00. I get there at 2:00 and no appointment was on the books for me. The girl at the desk let me leave my dog and said they’d work him in. I get almost home and they call me back and say they don’t know who I talked to but they don’t take appointments this late for big dogs. So I had to go back and get him. No apologies whatsoever! I will not be back ever!!!!
