Showed up about 20 min before they closed. When I tried to open the door it was locked, and the three workers behind the counter just started at me like I was stupid. That was fine, I understand stuff happens and the workers might've had to leave early resulting in them needing to close the store early. But, as I was filling up with gas I watched someone else pull up. And then the employee unlocked the door and let them in to buy something.

Omg the atmosphere and the service is phenomenal...we're Texas and Florida travelers. MS. JACKSON AND THE CREW IS AMAZING!! Each of the 4 received a great tip from us it was that perfect. It's been a long time since we've experienced wonderful customer service! This was better than waffle house and the other big restaurants to us! The food was prepared with love! Happy Holidays ladies..

I trying to get some assistance with the self-checkout kiosk ( it was processing my card too slowly). I asked one of your cashiers ( she's pregnant) for help and she replied: "What do you want me to do about it". Thankfully, I was helped by someone with common courtesy.

It’s really infuriating that in this difficult time of essential workers and nonessential people, this location chooses to rope off the restrooms. I am an essential worker that services a large area. I limit the time on job sites as much as possible. And I do not ask to use my customer’s bathroom. So when I come to place that is open only to fine the bathrooms are roped and barricaded off, I am just a bit ticked off.If you are going to stay open and call yourself essential, then do a better job serving us that are essential.I don’t have any illusions that this will be seen or considered by the owner. But maybe I can steer others in need of facilities away.

Customer service is trash. The ladies that work in the deli needs to find them another job cause they are so rude. I would stop every other morning to get breakfast but this morning was the last straw for me.

Stopped here to fill up and use the restroom. Well, the restrooms were ok, not the cleanest around, but it was suffice. Was going to purchase a drink and snack, but the line was so long, that I put my stuff down and walked out. Just your typical interstate gas station, nothing special.
