Brought in Chloe to get groomed for the first time there, had to be there by 8:45 a.m. Got there and the girl that was doing her I told her how to cut her. We left and she said about three hours. Well we got there and it was well over three hours and Chloe came out and she was nice and clean, well then I took a closer look and her ears didn’t get cleaned! So I went back over and told the girl who did her. She took Chloe back and cleaned them. After I got home I was looking at her grooming and she is cut in so many different lengths. Very poor job done on her. I want be going back to her. I expected more but I want go back. If you don’t know what you are doing and don’t like your job find something else to do.

I asked him not to cut the hair on her on Chloe's head and trim the tail and a number 10 all over and they cut the hair on her head but it's no big deal hair grows back

My 2 fur babies absolutely love Liz!❤️She takes such good care of them so I don’t worry when I leave them to be groomed. She does an excellent job on both. Michaela was amazing! I never like the way my pom looks when she’s freshly groomed because I love her full coat. However, for the first time ever, I loved the cut Michaela did on her. Most importantly though, my dog has a bit of anxiety about salons. However, she was happy and content yesterday when I picked her up. Michaela gets an A+ from us!!

Murphy has never looked so elegant!!! My thanks to Liz for taking time with him and attending to every detail involved with making him so glamorous. I am very well pleased and hope that Liz is available on the 20th of December...BTW Liz...besides all the time involved in grooming him, his nails are wonderful...they don't hurt as before when he paws my arms for attention! A huge thank you for that, too...

Michaela was so nice and was so kind to my elderly dog. She took her time so that my dog was not stressed or scared. She did a great job of removing all of the long, nasty fur. My dog looks so good now.
